unable to recive email in zoho
Today i registred in zoho apps, i add my domain, i am sending emails from this zoho mail, but unable to recive mails. when i test to send from my gmail or hotmail to my zoho mail, always getting failure notice.
Assigning MX records in Wix
I've been trying to add my Zoho Mail to Wix MX records but seem to be failing Here is what I added (Host name cannot be changed) But I don't see any records in mxtoolbox.com Any ideas why this could be?

Incoming email stopped syncing with Android 5.0 device

Mail display name
Hi, When I send mail to a Lead/Contact from within CRM the display name is showing as my CRM user name. When I send mail from Zoho mail, it shows my display name as per the settings in mail. Can I have mail sent from within CRM to show my chosen display name associated with that chosen email account? Thanks Mark

Zoho server blacklisted?
Our mails are bouncing back form a particular organisation. Their IT department pointed us at this link showing that a Zoho IP address is blacklisted at borderware.com http://intercept.borderware.com/lookup?ip=74.201.84.162&u=aed5319867b9be53&d=5d2fa7a52e873891 I've started the delisting process (no response as yet), but has anyone had any experience with Zoho being blacklisted, and the steps to resolve? Mail on iPhone -can't verify details?
Hi I am trying to set the mail up on my iPhone and it keeps telling me it can't authenticate. I have 4 different emails all xxx@mydomain .co.uk I set the first one up and it is working ok. However I can't seem to get any of the others to do so! I have ensured they are IMAP enabled Help?! Thanks!

Not receiving any mail.
New user here. Verified domain, added users, changed MX record and did email migration.I have not been able to receive any emails for the last 24 hours. 3 hours after changing MX record, I tried a few test emails but came back with instant failure. 24 hours after MX update, test emails are sent but I get no failures and emails are not delivered either. What did I do wrong? I changed the MX records before adding users, could that be it? If so, what is solution? Should start anew? Any recommendations
Email Migration Issue...
On a per MB basis... How long is email migration supposed to take? We setup migration for one mailbox of about 550 MB. At the current pace which is very SLOW, it could take a month to complete the migration. Is this a known issue? How can we speed this up? We have about 100 clients that we would like to migrate over to your system from Smartermail. Some of the postoffices will be several GB in size. Do you have tips for how to do a fast migration?
Changed MX but still not receiving emails,why?
I changed my MX records 3 hours ago. MX toolbox indicates the TTL is 1 hour and that it is pointed to zoho. We can't get this to work. We tried yesterday after waiting a whole day after changing the MX records on our host control panel. Our site, kokinocashmere.com was verified in zoho. We went back and changed everything to original state and emails came in. It is not working with zoho. Very frustrating. Can we get help,please? What are we doing wrong?

Outlook IMAP: the folder in inbox cannot be selected
Hi, my client has Outlook running. She is trying to delete emails and also move other emails to folders. Whenever she does, Outlook is give the error: The folder in inbox cannot be selected. Either this is a limitation of your IMAP server or Ibox has been moved. Is this an issue with the IMAP prefix? How can I resolve this? Many thanks. Loving Zoho!!

I am an attorney and I receive notice regarding case filings, etc via email. In a case I currently have, I have learned that I am not receiving emails from any email address that ends in "usdoj.gov." Extremely slow mail
I sent an email to myself. On my sent folder, it shows as sent, however it's been 30 mins and it hasn't shown up in my inbox. It's not stuck in my outbox or in my spam folder. Please help.
Email not send or VERY SLOW
I'm having the same problem!! If I sent an e-mail to myself in the TO box it is very fast sent and arrives instantly in the IMBOX folder to read. If I sent an e-mail to myself in the CC box it is not sent, or it is very slow sent. It shows in the SENT folder but until now, almost 2 hours late, not shows in the IMBOX folder. If I sent an e-mail to another server (like @gmail.com) is the same, goes to SENT folder, but the other person (@gmail.com) doesn't receive the e-mail that I sent. Please verify

Hello, I have moved many clients to Zoho Mail and they are happy with the service as am I. However, this one annoyance keeps recurring for the few that are using forwarding features. Forwarding to a specific address becomes disabled suddenly after the receiving provider apparently bounces a few messages back to Zoho. A quick search in the forums reveals that many others are experiencing the same problem.
