Help! I used the wrong email to set up my account
I have set up my email account as the group account rather than an individual name. What I really wanted to do was have my name as the set up address and then the group as a "group" forwarding to me and my colleagues. Is there a way to change the admin email address? Thanks!

Hi I would like to use my external mail client (Airmail 2 on Mac) to collect zoho mails. Do I just turn on IMAP in Zoho, then put the settings into Airmail as a new account? Will this still integrate with CRM? Thanks Mark

Hosting on BigCommerce
Does anyone is using BigCommerce to host their web site ? I need some help in configuring the Email settings between Zoho and BigCommerce. We can send emails but not receive them on Zoho; if we change the CNAME on bigcommerce then the url will not refer to the web site but rather to the Zoho Mail login page !!
Domain Verification Problem

I have been getting constant timeouts to connect to zoho mail imap servers for both of my email addresses all day yesterday and today, is there a problem? I have a question: I use the Send Email function when I am working my Leads. When I open the Lead, I click Send Email, Select my template, and hit send. Is there a way to create a report or view a list of those emails that I sent other than going back into each Lead and reviewing each one of them within the Lead record? I have several emails for our company, LaCasa+Gourmet all using zoho as the server. I don't have any problems with any account, except for fjimenez@lacasamasgourmet.com. When I access to my account on Safari I get my mail, and I can also send it, but on my Mail app on my Mac i can't get to send it, I have tried it over and over and still don't know what it is that we are doing wrong. I upgrade standard plan, and i created an account user, direccion@grupokevana.com And i want to create more email accounts with the same domain like contact@grupokevana.com, info@grupokevana.com, etc. Is this posible with my plan??? When I go to send a new email my signature with my information (name, title, phone number, email address and web site) doesn't show up. Also when I reply to another email their is nothing in the body of the email it's just blank the contents of that email doesn't forward.

Not connecting to server
I Have recently stated using zoho. At the top ofthe page, I keep getting unable to connect to messaging server. Try again. I am having to shut down and reopen to get new mails-but not all the time. I also cannot see what the reload time is. Are new mails added immediately or looked for say every 5 minutes?
