IMAP Keeps Disabling
Hi, Wondering if anyone can help me. I managed to enable IMAP for one of my email addresses, but now I'm trying to enable it for the other. When I go to click 'enable', and come back to the page, it keeps automatically disabling. What should I do to solve this? Thank you, Ravinder

Zoho Mail IMAP Disabling
Hi, Wondering if anyone can help me. I am trying to enable IMAP access for an email address I have on Zoho Mail, but when I click to enable it and come back to the page it goes back to disabled. Unable to sync email with Outlook
For some reason, from quite a few days we're experiencing problems syncing our Outlook client with our Zoho email. Please see the attached image for the error messages we're getting. Our email client is configured correctly as we followed your help articles. Please note that this is happening for quite a few days now. It was working properly before. My email access has been blocked. We are migrating emails from local store to IMAP and now we are getting this message. What's the point of paying for an account and upgrading to 20GB of storage if you can't then sync this. Please remove this block. John

Authentication Failed - Android Setup
Hi, I've previously had an exchange connection fully working from my android smartphone however it stopped working a short while ago. I've since made do with the zoho mail app as a temporary measure however I need to utilise all of the activesync features to sync contacts etc. I've double and triple checked all settings and credentials but to no avail - when I try to set up the account it simply states that 'Setup could not finish. Authentication Failed.' Any help on this would be much appreciated.
Unable to set up Exchange Active Sync - Ipad And Android
I am unable to set up Exchange ActiveSync on my Android LG mobile. I get an unable to contact server message and an instruction to check all entered information which as far as i can see matches the info set out at http://zsync.zohosites.com/Android.html I have also check that i enabled Active Sync for the account as far as i can see. On my IpaD I have managed to setup the Exchange account but the mailbox is empty Any assistance greatly appreciated

CRM button not working when I try to add new enquiry/contact
I have zoho mail with my paid version of CRM. For the last couple of days the drop down from the CRM button (at bottom) is blank and I cannot add new people who email me as a contact/enquiry. I have sent an email to CRM support but have not had a response so wonder if this is better addressed by zoho mail.

Hola a todos. tengo mi web subida a 000webhost (free) antes utilizaba los servicios de google app. Migre a Zoho y me ha dado un buen resultado. el problema es que comenzo a llegarme notificaciones "The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho. You may not receive emails in Zoho." lo que ocurre que si quiero modificar los MX records de 000webhots, al ser una cuenta del tipo free no me permite hacerlo. alguna idea al respecto para solucionarlo. Forwarding to an MSN account
I have zoho set up to automatically forward to an msn.com address. The mail is forwarding and arriving in the inbox at msn.com, but the sender gets this bounce back. Active Sync not working on any mobile devices??
I'm evaluating emails with zoho on my company domain. I can configure my BlackBerry with imap account whereas if I try with active sync it connects But no emails or calendars show up. According to your webstie active sync is available for free accounts also?? I've tried this with BB10 and iOS. Also logged a ticked on this.

Added New POP Email to CRM. Only Old Emails Download. No New Emails Coming Thru
I added a POP email account to my CRM Email. I have old emails being downloaded from 2013 and earlier. But no new emails. I've deleted over 7,000 old emails thinking that after I delete those the news ones would come thru. Still nothing new.

Gmail migration only moved partial data
Hi, We recently moved our org over from GMail to Zoho mail. The migration went through and gave no errors, however many emails are not in the main email inbox or the "all Gmail" box. Delayed emails - URGENT
Now emails we are sending are not getting to their recipients. This is URGENT as our clients are waiting on responses and documents. ZIX mail, used by doctor's office patients, all going to Spam!
Our patients are required to communicate with us using secure email, to comply with HIPPA regulations. We use Zixmail. support .zixcorp.com/ Now, the email patients send me is going straight to Spam. This means I need to open zoho and check for spam as often as I check my Outlook email. Because these are different patients, who may only write to me once or twice, I can't be adding them to the whitelist. Every Zixmail has "ZIX:" at the start of the subject line.
