Bounce count exceeds day's limit
Hi, I had a vacation reply that replied to spam and caused this I believe. We have removed the vacation reply but really need to send out emails. Would it be possible to unblock our account?

I am going to submit email headers in this thread that have been considered spam by zoho. Although I have now added these to whitelists, that should not be necessary. As such based on the header information please advise for each of the emails why they have been considered spam by zoho. Thankyou

Migration from GoDaddy to Zoho mail
Hi , I am using zoho services from past 2 years. I am trying to migrate all the emails from Go Daddy to for zohomail account using the migration tool. i tried with imap method,its not working. when i try it with pop, then only the emails from the inbox of go daddy mail account ( not other folders), is getting transferred, how can i transfer all the folders from go daddy to zoho. and also the emails which are coming from go daddy are like new unread emails ( is there any where i can differentiate
Outgoing emails blocked - Next steps?
I have seen my outgoing emails get blocked because of high bounce rate due to invalid email ids. 1) Is there a way to increase the bounce limit per account? 2) Does any of your paid subscription plans provide the above capability? Cannot show mails in another POP account from IMAP
I have set up two accounts (external pop3 account) in Mail Accounts, I can see both of them in home page of Zoho Mail, but in IMAP, just the mails in Primary Mail Account can be seen. How to show all mails in both of accounts from IMAP?

Incoming mail delayed by 2-3 hours!
Is this usual? I am new to Zoho. At first I thought it wasn't working at all. I switched my mx records and after the appropriate TTL expiration began receiving email in a timely manner. But today I thought maybe my dns records had reverted. I double checked everything, but my test emails did not go through, and neither did they bounce. Now 3 hours later, some are starting to trickle through. Is there a place in Zoho where active problems are announced and ETA's published? That would be very reassuring.

Hello! email mezinov@alemolina.com is blocked. the reason is - amount of recipients in outgoing mails is more then 1000. But it should be 3000, that stays in e-mail policy!!!! what is going on? When i was choosing what kind of pricing plan to take ive got no response from the support service ( also by phone becouse line is always buzy). I recently purchased an iPhone 6. I am trying to set up my mail accounts and I’m having problems. I can send and receive email for the email address on my iMac and Mackbook Pro and my old iPhone 4s. When I enter my password in the mail settings in the iPhone6 it is accepted. I performed a backup with my old iPhone and restored to a new iPhone. I NOW cannot receive or send emails on my new iPhone. I re-entered my Zoho password for incoming pop.zoho.com mail server. Hey ZOHO, I own a TAX consulting firm. Today is APRIL 15th!!!!!!!!!! My mailbox isn't working. I'll be contacting my attorney to see if penalties assessed to my clients as a result of your unreliable mail server can be passed along to you. This is about the third or fourth time this has happened. Get it together and invest in the proper systems to ensure this doesn't happen.
One email works just fine; Can't seem to get another one to work!
info@qualified hire works through Zoho just fine....sending and receiving works great. Now I tried to create sales@zoho.com, and followed the instructions. Zoho shows the new email created okay.... but senders get a "bounce back" when email is sent to sales@zoho.com . I have followed all instructions completely. Default Language in Custom Login Page
Hi, I follow the steps in document to setup a custom login page for my domain. It works, however I would like to force the language to English (now it shows Chinese) in the custom login page. I know that can change language for accounts, but how to do that before login? Furthermore, just for interest, seems that the language used in zoho pages before login which is auto-detected. I would like to know zoho how to detect language. is it by IP or some how by browser setting? Thanks.

I can't migrate my gmail account
I've been consolidating my general email addresses into one. The Outlook e-mail thankfully worked after some struggle. Gmail keeps giving me a Authentication details provided was rejected by Source server. Kindly provide valid username and password. I did accept the IP when it prompted me in Gmail. It was still a no go, which has left me very much drained on the subject after more than a dozen retries.

mx issues (can't receive mail)
1) domain is hosted by godaddy 2) didn't have any hosting for the domain....just zoho email....which was working great. 3) purchased hosting, and set nameservers for the domain to point to new host. 4) email stopped working (incoming).
