Syncronization error
Hi, my phone (HTC with Android 4.4) has stop to sync with Zoho active sync. The last sync of calendar is 18/02/2015 @ 17:36 The last sync of contacts is 06/02/2015 @ 00:37 I made no changes in settings. I'm using msync.zoho.com. I cannot remove and add again the exchange profile because I loose all contact that I add from 06-02-2015 to today. Can you check why my attempt to sync fails? Please answer me ASAP.
Lost Images
I lost the images on my buttons (for example, spelling) when I compose or edit an email. How do I get them back. When highlighting the buttons, the description box does come up.
Message exceeds file size -> action
Isn't there a more subtle way of notifying the user and rejecting the message that breaches file size limits? Education is better than coming hard down on them by BLOCKING the account from sending ANY MAIL, which is what the business rule is at the moment. The email users don't see the reason for mail services being disabled, nor can they guess the size of the final message they are sending (no file calc option in email compose window!). Hi, I've tried to add my custom smtp server for 2 days now. I have valid SSL certificate and it's still not working. I'm trying to use my smtp server on port 587 with TLS Auth. Little question about multiple users in Zoho mail
Hello! I'm interested in creating some email accounts with Zoho, so I wanted to ask you one simple question just to make things clear for me. Right now, I'd like to create a no-reply@mydomain that I'm going to use to send notification emails to my users, such as 'confirm your account' or 'reset your password', and a support@mydomain or help@mydomain to help users with their issues. can't receive mail in my new Zoho account
A couple days ago I created an email account using my own domain. I followed all the instructions correctly, and I now have green checkmarks next to "Verify Domain," "Add Users," and "Change MX Records." However, when I sent a test email to my new Zoho account from my gmail account, the email fails to send (following this message is the error message I receive). Blocked email
I've submitted support tickets, calls, just about everything I know and nothing is getting done. My outgoing email is blocked. I've unblocked it 5 different times because of a email blast I did 6 day's ago and now I can no longer unblock the block. This is crazy..........I need something more reliable than this. Randy

Hello, I just moved to Zoho Mail from my old provider because of some problems with Yahoo addresses and poor customer support I was having. I have sticked with the free plan for now. I verified my domain ( delmarauto.ro ), updated my MX and tested everything from the Webmail interface. There is a feature in SalesForce CRM that allows you to get a special email address (assigned to an individual user) and insert that address in any outgoing emails (regardless of email client used) as a 'TO', 'CC', or 'BCC' address. Once received by SalesForce, It will match that address to the individual SalesForce user, followed by matching the recipient's email address with either a contact or a lead under that user and inserting it as an activity or history.
