NOT RECEIVING INCOMING EMAILS
Hi Our incoming emails are not being received. our outgoing emails are going and emails from within our domain (capricorn.net.in) are also being received. Incoming emails from outside our domain are not being received. We are using the ZOHOMAIL under the domain capricorn.net.in. The adminstrative email id is pnbhaskaran@capricorn.net.in. We have checked with our domain provider and he has confirmed that the pointers are correctly placed. They have also sent a screen shot of the same for our reference.

Cant receive emails via gmail
I setup custom zoho email few hours ago. I am not receving emails from gmail accounts for some reason but its fine when I use other email clients. I get this error: The error that the other server returned was: 550-Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client, or login to the 550-IMAP/POP3 server before sending your message. mail-qg0-f44.google.com 550-[209.85.192.44]:45963 is not permitted to relay through this server without 550 authentication. share mail folders
had to open this topic again. it would be really great if you could share folders that you create within zoho mail. E.g. I have a folder XY - drag & drop a cpouple of emails in here - and give permissions to certain team members to be able view its content.
Spam control at Zoho
Just set up a free account with Zoho yesterday as a test. Looking for anyone's experiences with moving your domain email to Zoho after receiving excessive spam at your old provider. My old provider used SpamAssassin but had it so screwed up that it didn't work at all. As a result I am receiving 200 daily spam emails on my account with zero being caught. Wondering if Zoho is better and if you need to be on a paid account to get the spam filtering. Anyone care to share their experiences? Russ

Hi, I really like Zoho and I use it as my main personal email... However, the web interface, although it works and is stable, it is quite outdated and looks.. well.. disappointing... Are there any changes on the interface being planned, and themes, etc... That would make this service a 5 star one. Thanks

Hi, I really like the zoho service, but the interface could do with some work... Granted, it is simple etc, but it looks like it's 10 years old... I dumped my Gmail account to migrate my email to zoho, but the things I miss from Gmail is the customization and functionality. Zoho works but its very basic... Any plans to change this soon? Thanks

1. When I send email from Zoho mailbox I can see this letter only in Zoho. This mail is not shown in my Yandex mailbox. 2. I have set up my organization's email with your service. I can receive and send mail from my user account (as intended). I have set this account to forward all mail to my personal Gmail account. I am receiving the forwarded mail (as intended). I have set up my Gmail account to "send mail as" the user account I set up with your service. Access group mail
Hello I created a support group/email for my company but when i send an email to that id, I cant see it in my inbox. I have to go to the control dashboard and access the group and then approve the mail sent to that group id. But after approval, I dont know where that mail goes. I cant even see it in my inbox after that. In the group tab on the lower left part of the inbox page, there is no mail. Where are those mails? It is used for customer support. I cant see it any. I have access to my domain name information with the provider etc, however I have forgotten my Zoho login password and do not have access to my old personal email I used for the reset password function. Unreliable mail delivery
Hi, I have notice that some emails seam to be blacklisted or even blocked. I can not receive any emails from them. And that seams to be consistent issue. My guess that is due to region blocking I am form Lithuania (Eastern Europe) and the emails in question were too. Strange thing is that some other emails form region works and the ones that don't are not even listed under spam just never received. I realize that changing region blocking policies is probably not happening so this is also a question

Need more info regarding changing email hosting to Zoho
Previous mail hosting service was dropped and need more information to edit CName list. Do I need to change the following Host Points To to a Zoho? Will I need to change MX? Are other edits needed? e email imap mail mobilemail pda pop smtp webmail I have added my Zoho assigned CName host and the "points to" per setup instructions. Not receiving mail, configured mx records correctly
I just signed up my domain (fractured.io) for zoho, added the mx records to it and I have confirmed that they have been properly added, but I still can't receive any mail but I can send mail fine.

Customer complaining of receiving multiple times same mails
We have configured Zoho Free 10 users with MS Outlook client as a POP client as follows: Outlook 2010 with Windows 7 Outlook 2013 with Windows 8 The machines are configured for different mail users. Never received zoho acct confirmation email at aol address. Can't send zoho email.
I set up a https://accounts.zoho.com/u/h#profile/email (while logged into Zoho) to request another confirmation, but I still didn't get anything at the aol email address. My Zoho email profile says that I am "Not confirmed yet". I am concerned that I will get locked out of my Zoho email account until my Zoho profile says "Confirmed". Yahoo, Gmail, AOL and FastMail all have implemented DKIM for spam control when will Zoho do the same?
As stated in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DomainKeys_Identified_Mail DKIM is widely implemented and can form part of a spam control solution (it does for some pretty large mail providers). I get too many emails through to my inbox that are clearly spam and I want Zoho to do / be better.
