I have added my domain and it is verified, but I can't receive emails.
My domain is with godaddy. I have added my domain in the zoho control panel and it shows as verified. I have also registered the CNAME and the MX records. I can send emails out, but can't receive any and don't know where the problem is.

Hi everyone. I am not receiving email on any of the accounts for my domain (redtrainwebservices.com). I can send email from those email addresses without a problem, but I cannot receive mail on any account. I have tried sending emails to these accounts from two different comcast accounts, a gmail account, and a yahoo mail account. Unstable work of Mail
We have noticed some unstable work of mail servers. Outlook shows disconnection status every 2 minutes, sometimes it states that cannot find server. We have tried through different server providers. Same problems. Connecting web interface also shows some lags as it refreshes with delays. Thank you

Problem with Zoho IMAP servers?
I can not seem to access my mail via IMAP for the last 20-30 minutes. Even ping of imap.zoho.com returns request timeout. Is this a server issue or a problem on my end?

Hello, I don't see anywhere that I can view an email that I am composing in html. If I could view the html, I could modify a table and make other changes that are currently very cumbersome with your editor. Is there a way edit the html, or do you foresee allowing this in the future?

Is Zoho Mail blocking messages from LinkedIn?
I normally get more than 20 group digest e-mails from LinkedIn every morning. Today, one day after the password breach, I got nothing. Is Zoho blocking them for security reasons, or is it a problem at LinkedIn's end?

Importing Outlook Groups, and setting up new mailing groups in Zoho
Hi I have recently set up my Zoho Account but am going round in circles trying to work out how to set up lists of recipients of emails. I want to be able to do what Outlook does - call a group "friends" and add individual email addresses from my contacts so that when I want to send an email to "Friends", all I need type in the "To" box is "Friends" not each and every recipient individually. How do I do this? I do NOT want to have to send them all an invite to join a Zoho Group. Paul H

I've commented on the other forums, but it says that my posts are awaiting moderation. I have not been properly receiving emails since about 10:00am. Every once and a while an email will come through, but greatly delayed. I'm also getting emails in threads out of order.

Hi, since 8 hours ago, I'm not able to receive e-mails. Some friends that are using Zoho Mail with other domains aren't receiving e-mails too. this is bloody pathetic. a feature request! for the templates of Zoho Mail
.I have over the years of using Zoho Mail created about 30 templates. What I would like to see is a way to put the templates into folders Like sales, Billing, Invoiceing, etc... this would help me keep them organized and not waste time searching all of the templates for the one that I need!
Contacts & Android
I'm importing contacts from Gmail to zoho contacts UI and I noticed that Zoho ignores any that only have company name and not user. It also means that If I create a contact on the android with company only, it won't get synced back to zoho. Is this by design or will there be a fix not to require a name?

I am a bit stumped and was wondering if anyone can help. I have just set up a new computer, W8.1, Outlook 2003 and all was working yesterday. However, today I cannot send any e-mails. I get this error message: Sending' reported error (0x800CCC7D) : Your outgoing (SMTP) server does not support SSL-secured connections. Yet when testing the account settings, the sending does work, no errors reported. I checked the setup (port 465, SSL), I checked the firewall (all traffic from Outlook 2003 allowed).
