Unable to receive mails from Gmail or Domains using Google servers
Hi, We are unable to receive any mails that are sent from Gmail or domains hosted on Google App / Google server. The mail goes through, but it is never delivered into our Zoho mail inbox. I have tried sending mails from two different gmail accounts and one account hosted on Google App, and the mail was sent. However, the mail was never received on Zoho mail. Mails can be sent to Gmail or Google App accounts using Zoho mail. But mails sent from Gmail or Google App account goes out, but is never delivered
Not able to receive mails...
Hi... I'm not able to receive any mail... but i'm able to send mail... Kindly resolve my problem.. i have configured mx in godaddy.com... after configuring only i'm able to send mail... but not receiving the mail. Request not to suggest the thridparty tool.. which is of no use.. it shows only the hosting server names not the mail configuration... my domain is in godaddy.com... and my hosting is in hostbuddy.com and email accounts are in zoho,com.. for mail account i think mx configuration is enough..
mx records bluehost
I'm having trouble getting through the MX records stage with bluehost. The only domain I have an option of picking is my current one. once I enter the "@", "14400", "mx" "mx.zohomail.com" and "10" I get an error message that says YOU MUST PROVIDE THE NAME OF THE OLD EXCHANGER. Anyone know what I did wrong?

Hi Sending mail to my mailbox returns a 554 5.2.3 MailPolicy violation Error delivering to mailboxes to the sender (mail attachment is only 22MB). Whitelisting the sender did not help. Could you please tell me what to do? Kind Regards, Serge

Incoming mail delayed within Zoho
Hi. Yesterday there was a big delay in receiving some email messages in Zoho. They eventually arrived several hours later. When I looked at the received headers the messages had arrived at Zoho very quickly (less than a minute). But they were not visible in the web user interface until hours later. The sequence was like this. The messages were sent at '16 Aug 2014 08:51:44 -0000'. That is 08:51:44. They arrived at mx.zohomail.com a few seconds later at 'Sat, 16 Aug 2014 01:51:49 -0700 (PDT)' that

Since today I can't receive emails
I've been using soho email without trouble for months, but today I noticed that I'm not able to receive any email with my Thunderbird client. So I tried from the web mail but it is the same, nothing at all. There is no problem to send emails. Please help, I was in a registration process and need to receive the confirmation email. Thanks.

storage not release after deleting mail
Dear sirs/madams I have been trying free up more mailbox storage by deleting emails, i already deleted 2 years of old emails but the stats had not change and stay in 85%. Also tried doing as suggested in the other thread by going to setting->mail account to refresh, but nothing changed. Advise please. Andy
Default screen changed
When I used to login, I always got a screen letting me choose between docs, mail, and apps. Suddenly, that changed, and all I get now is an icon for docs. To get to mail, the service I use almost exclusively, I have to choose it from a drop down menu--a real pain in the ass, especially since I check my mail several times a day. Is there any way I can set it so that I just get mail when I login? I don't see any way using preferences, etc.
Delay in recieving mails in zoho
Hello, I am a new ZohoMail user. I am just creating a small business domain with couple of emails. During my internal tests today there is anoying delay in recieving emails in Zoho (both through mail.zoho.com, and an external client). The delay is between 15 minutes to 2 hours. Previously I was using the business app from google and there was no problems with delay in recieving mails. Do you have some issues regarding this or the problem is by my side? What should I check. Zoho Mail worked great for 6 months. Now all of a sudden, mail is vanishing—a lot of mail! Mail I deleted is coming back to my Inbox. Mail I read in my Inbox is missing, but shows up under Views; All Messages. I read my mail with Apple Mail and never had an issue whether I check it on my Mac or iPhone. Now it can't be trusted. I rely on email for business and I am at my wits end. Please help.

I am currently using custom domains at Outlook.com and i am considering moving over to zoho since they've stop supporting it. I am trying to migrate email from outlook.com but i kept on getting error message saying "Authentication details provided was rejected by Source server. Failing migrating mails from Gmail due to account being suspended?
Hi, I am in the middle of migrating existing mails at Gmail to Zoho. My account at Gmail is being suspended because it is over the 30 day trial period. I keep getting this error message: "Authentication details provided was rejected by Source server. Kindly provide valid username and password." when trying to create an account for migration though I can confirm that I have already inputted the right source account details at Gmail. Move and merge email accounts
Hi: I made the mistake of keeping my Admin account and personal user account separate. I since realized that I could have both identities in one account, with separate email admin@ and user@ addresses. How do I go about moving the user@ emails into the Admin account? One thought I had was to create a user1@ address in the Admin account, then move all the user@ emails into user1@, terminate the user@ account, then rename the user1@ to user@. Seems very difficult and overdone to, as far as I'm concerned,
Lost Verification Code
I originally verified my domain using a zb****** code through godaddy, but i moved my domain to be managed through wordpress. I am trying to set up my mail and have changed my MX records but i think i have to change my CNAME too. To do this I need my zb verification code which I have not been able to find. Help Please: My emails are being deleted before I read them. Help. I've changed my password, several times. I also created 2-step verification. However, when I log in, the email notifications tells me that my last email was an hour ago, or 2 hours ago, and when I look in my inbox, the last email that I see was yesterday or 10 hours ago. How can I stop hackers from deleting my email? Or, how can I re-pull email from the server?
