Set up MX Records, Not Able to Send or Recieve Emails
Hi there, I set up ten emails all for the domain feypublishing.com and I set up the MX records with GoDaddy per the instructions. I did this last night, but I'm still not able to send or receive e-mails. Is there something else I'm missing? Thanks!
How to send an email in two folders
Dear All, If I receive an email is there any way to put it in two folders? Or maybe to duplicate it? I know that there is an intermediate solution using labels but I would prefer to have it in two different folders.
email bouncing from zoho
When someone tries to email me at my Zoho mail account they get a bounce back email saying that the mail is undeliverable. I have just set up this email account...what can I do to fix this issue? I can email fine from my zoho account--no one can email me without an error. Also, I do have my mail being forwarded to a hotmail address--could that be the issue?

POP3 Access, Mailbox Locked
I just can't get POP3 to work on this mailbox. I've disabled pop3 access on all other mailboxes and I still get "Mailbox Locked" when trying to get this account to work. The mailbox in question is daniellaruth@laughlovelive4him.org. Thanks for your help.
How to edit the nickname in front of my user name??
Example: Bubba<username@domain.com How do I change "Bubba" to a nickname of my own choosing? For some unknown reason, my Zoho mail has taken the name used in my backup email account and slapped that in front of my username. It is bizarre.

I can't even seem to be able to select several people at once to send an e-mail to; I have to go through all my contacts adding them one at a time to the e-mail address box. Surely I'm missing something?

Zohomail POP problems with Eudora Pro
If this appears twice, sorry; I first posted it early this morning and don't see it yet so I'm reloading it. I cannot send or receive mail to/from my Zohomail account using my Eudora Pro desktop mail client. Any suggestions on how to do so would be most appreciated! Unable to receive website enquiries
Hi, I am unable to receive emails from a website enquiry. I have set the mxrecords as per the help document. All other emails are getting through. Unable to end - Address blocked

Migration Help
I am trying to migrate ll my old mail from Google Apps (I created my own domain which is hosted by godaddy). When I try the Migration on Zoho I keep getting the following error- Authentication details provided was rejected by Source Server. Kindly provide valid username and password. The only thing I can think of is that I deleted all of the google listings in MX section of the DNS console. Can someone please help in getting all my old mail into the Zoho mail?? Thanks!

Organization Contacts Not Reflected in Users iOS Contacts
I have added numerous Organization Contacts but they do not show on userdevices on iOS. We are using Active Sync. Personal contacts for eachuser are showing up. Set up dual-delivery with Outlook.com
Hello, colleagues! I have a domain pointing it's MX records at Outlook.com at this time and I would like to add new users to my Zoho account. I looked at the dual-delivery option, but I am unable to set it up properly. I add in the 'Destination to route the emails' field the MX name of the outlook server and set 'Change SMTP envelope to match the provided destination' to On. Unable to sync exchange in Android

Cannot create email again after deleteing the user and email address
I created a user under my account livingtruth in Zoho Business and associated the wrong mail account w/ the user. So, I deleted the user thinking it would free up the previously created mail account and then tried to create the mail account with correct user, but Zoho now tells me the email already exists. the email id i created was info@livingtruthnow.com I already sent email for the same on support.zoho.com but no response so far. Outgoing Email trouble with Thunderbird
I have a new email and the company is using Zoho mail as the server. I have several business emails that I have to manage and monitor for multiple clients. I cannot get the mail to work on Thunderbird Windows 7. All the setting look right and it will accept mail but I cannot send it - the connection times out. I tried using Windows Live just by chance and I getting the same results. They checked things on their end and it looks OK. What could I be missing? I have several other IMAP emails running

Hi, I would like to know weather it is possible to receive e-mails form my "old" fastmail account into my "new" zoho inbox? As for now I set email account (details) in zoho settings and all old emails form fastmail disappeared from (fastmail) inbox ... any advice? Mike

I would like to turn off or disable the spam filter for all of my emails associated with my account. I am receiving very important emails, yet they are going to spam and not inbox.
