I cant recive mails - MX problem
I have set up my MX mail server with appropiate values but Zoho continues without receiving emails and shows a message "The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho. You may not receive emails in Zoho. " I had waited for 48 hour since I set the MX values in my sever. Please how can I get my email work fine to recive emails. Thanks in advance.

Hi everybody. Zoho always worked perfect for me, but today 4 hours ago I'm trying to figure out why zoho smtp doesn't work with this. I've installed xampp on my server with a complete version of a web with forms for user register. That web allows me to change the smtp server, user, password, port and secure connection. How do I change MX records with 1and1?
As I don't host my domain with 1and1, I only bought the domain through them. So I have my domain set up with alternative name servers to point to my server, rather than using 1and1's own DNS. But then 1and1 won't allow me to amend my MX records. They can only change the MX records if I use their name servers. So does this mean I can't use Zoho to receive and send mail addressed to me@mydomain ?

Integrated ZOHO mail does not save to contact record if you delete it from your inbox - this is poorly designed software.
it will save an email to the contact record AS LONG AS YOU DONT DELETE IT FROM YOUR INBOX...so as long as you are ok with having an inbox with 10000 messages in it - yes you will have the emails attached to the contact record. No history is kept for a deleted email...there is no attaching/filing of an email...it's basic CRM/Mail 101 stuff but zoho lacks this functionality. As far as sending email, can anyone enlighten me on how to stop zoho from putting it's "stamp" on my email sent through MY OWN

Solved! No pop3 Access since 48 hours!
Hello I am using zoho usually via pop3-access and I did not change any settings within mail.zoho.com. I get access to my mails and donwload them via pop.zoho.com, port 995 and SSL. This does no longer work. I only get a quick message that response via ssl failed. This is something that happened before for a short time. But now this is more than 48 hours. Any ideas? Zoho integration in Apple Mail

Fri Feb 28 @ 9:20am EST. Yesterday I was sending mail okay -- slow, but okay. Today, I am intermittently (frequently) receiving the error above. I have sent one or two small test emails successfully to another email account I own, but other emails I am sending to multiple (10) recipients are hitting this error. Can we edit attachments in Zoho Mail without saving to hard disk?
Dear All, When I click compose and upload an attachment xsl file, is it possible to edit it (it is already uploaded), then save it (not to the hard drive) and finally send the email? Or first I have to edit it then to save it in my hard drive and then to upload it again? In other words, to edit the existing uploaded file and save it when it is already uploaded. Outlook has this feature. What about Zoho Mail?
IMAP folders do not synchronize with Outlook
I just created a new account under a custom domain that has been hosted on Bluehost. After changing the domain MX record, the account on Zoho is working normally from Microsoft Outlook. I was able to sync all email in the old account's inbox to the inbox on Zoho, however when I tried to move some folders on the old account to the Zoho account, the folders are moved in Outlook but do but synchronize to Zoho. ActiveSync delays on Android 4.4
Hi, I see to be having a sync issue with ActiveSync. Syncing seems to be delayed. Some emails only show up hours later when in push mode. Whenever I test, I get notifications right away. Notification in general work on my phone because I don't have this issue with SMS or WhatsApp or Gmail. Has anyone else reported this or is it a known issue?
Cannot receive email for some users
Hello all, So since outlook dsnt allow making new users, I have signed up for Zoho. I have setup everything and created two new user accounts. Both works smoothly, I can send and receive email. But as expected I do have accounts that i created in outlook before joining Zoho. So naturally I created accounts for those users in Zoho CP as well. Now I can log into these accounts from Zoho Mail log in page and send emails just fine. But cannot receive any mails. And I can also log into these old accounts

I want IMAP access to multiple email IDs
I have made two email IDs from my hosting provider's cPanel. But I don't have any knowledge regarding MX records, etc. So I don't know what to point where. One is personal, name@company.org and another is for other members, control@company.org I want both these emails to be available through email clients like Thunderbird. Draft eMail not saved when "Compose - Open in New Window" If I compose a new eMail from the Inbox and select "Open in New Window" or if I select a Contact and then select "Send Mail" I have a nice window to compose my message; however, if I close that window, I get NO PROMPT TO SAVE or warning that the eMail is not saved! This is an unfortunate UI choice and is inconsistent with how the draft eMail works when composing in a new tab, which DOES PROMPT if the draft is not saved. Is there a setting

outgoing email addresses are barely viewable b/c “to”, “cc” and “bcc” bars are too thin.
Is there any way to make the area larger for “to”, “cc” and “bcc” in an outgoing email? - if i send an email to several people in one email I am unable to see if all the recipients are listed unless i scroll horizontally. Moreover, the space is so thin that I have to guess who the recipient is because only the top portion of the email address is visible in the “to”, “cc” and “bcc” bar.

email reply from whitelisted address incorrectly ends up in spam folder (why?)
Today I sent 2 emails to a friend. He replied quickly to both. One reply landed in my Inbox the other in the Spam folder. I want to know how I can find out why that message (or any message) is flagged as spam. When I look at the anti-spam settings, I can see his address is whitelisted along with many others (I've never populated this list manually, so apparently Zoho has constructed it from my usage over time). Where can I look up the filter rule(s) that were tripped to cause any particular message

Hi I am just about to transfer my emails over to Zoho, but can you clarify for me the options for archiving please ? 1) if I choose to archive mail, does it still count towards my data quota of my plan ? 2) Can mail be taken off as a .pst file so that I can be sure I have a backed up archive of my mail always as this is how I have always managed the email before ? 3) Where can I find out on your site what your security of email is in Zoho ?
