I accidentlt provided minw domain as www.keshavgyawali.com.np and just because of this now all mine email address are being as abc@www,keshavgyawali.com.np but i want to make them as abc@keshavgyawali.com.np. Please help me to figure out this problem. Thanx in advance.
Configure Exchange Active Sync in iOS device
Trying to setup zoho mail in IPhone Mail under Exchange so I can sync my contacts. Following these instructions - https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/idevice-access.html#alink1 However it doesn't recognize my Zoho password. I know password is right. Just used it to login via my laptop a few seconds ago - its good. How do I solve this problem?

Zoho Mail Service intergration with 3rd party webmail clients
Is it possible to integrate Zoho Maile Service using 3rd party e-mail clients like RoundCube, AfterLogic, RainLoop etc.? To be honest, I don't like Zohp Mail GUI. Besides, I would like to use mail.mydomain.com to check email instead of visiting zoho.com every single time.
Add new user after changing MX record
I'm in the process of setting up my Zoho email to act as a mail client for my domain and I'm wondering if I can create new users down the road? Say I hire someone and want to give them an address on my domain, is this possible?
I get a 550 error every time I try and send an email to my zoho email address
I recently switched from wordpress.com to .org and ever since I can't send or receive emails from my email account that uses my domain name. Any idea how to fix this? I just get error 550 and the message that this user no longer exists the email address in question is jjfox@thebackpackersalmanac.com and the website is www.thebackpackersalmanac.com
Problem receiving emails via POP3 with SSL

Hi I like the idea that u have one single button from which we can attach a file from google drive, dropbox or zoho drive. However there is an issue. When we are acessing Zoho Drive it would be better to see folder and time information; without this it is very hard to determine if 2 or more file exists (with the same name) in different folder as to what i am attaching. right now i have to download (the file that intend to send ) from zoho drive to local and attach it back again to mail. A huge inconvienience.

Record of Mass Email Sent
I sent a mass email and I can't see a record of that in each Lead's record. When I send a single email to a Lead or Contact using the Send Mail button, that is recorded in that Lead's or Contact's record, but when a Lead or Contact is included in a mass emailing, there is nothing recorded. How can I correct this? Thanks.

Hi, I think this is a missing function that would really be of use for Zoho Mail. When composing mail and clicking on the contact icon, I can not search the contacts! I have to choose a starting letter. It would be MUCH easier to have a search field. I know I can just type in the name, but sometimes you don't remember the exact name and seeing it on the screen is a lot easier... thanks, marc
Colored flags in Apple Mail
Hello, I'm using Apple Mail and IMAP to get my mail from Zoho. Everything works great except one thing. When I flag a message in Apple Mail with a flag other than red (i.e. green, blue etc.) the flag color changes back to red after a while. Usually after the next synchronization. Curiously, this doesn't happen with my GMail account which I also added as IMAP to Apple Mail. I can flag a message with blue, green etc. flag and it never changes. Do you have any ideas why that is happening? Thanks.
Identical spam email received by all ZOHO email accounts
I've received email recently posing as being from well-known chainstores in Australia - Woolworths, Coles, Kmart, etc. These messages havearrived in all five of my Zoho accounts - all that changes is therecipient email account. Deleted Email not Synchronizing with iPhone
I have Zoho mail setup on an iPhone 5 with POP settings. I do have the option called "Delete from Server" set with "When removed from Inbox". However, when I either delete email from the Zoho webmail page or delete it from the iPhone, it does not sync. In other words email deleted from the webmail page will remain on the phone. Email deleted from the phone will remain in webmail. How can I get deleted email to sync? Thanks.
Zoho Mail is running very slowly
Just want to report that Zoho mail has running very slowly for the last few days. It takes me around 25-30 seconds to download a 50kb file. And to access my mail, it takes just under a minute before I even can read it. It used to be much faster and have an almost instant response. Other sites I use (hotmail, googlemail, etc) have no problem whatsoever. Unfortunately my work mail is linked to Zoho. Will this be rectified? Thank you.
whitelisted email going to spam
Hi, I have an email adres that is whitelisted that is going directly to the spam folder. The email is generated on an website and then send to my email adres (The from adres is the same as my email adres) The SPF record has been adjusted to allow the other server to send email. When I check the email headers it gets a pass on the SPF. Could you help me out on this, Thanks in advance.

Email from gmail and yahoo works but other sources don't!
I am having a similar problem. My mxrecords seem to be setup properly with the hosting provider and I get my mail when I use Yahoo or gmail but if I send something from LinkedIn, it's not getting to my inbox. Attached is a screenshot of mxrecords in my domain. Any help is appreciated

Forward to Google Apps account
Zoho didn't put this (particular) email in spam, or filter it in any way. I forward my email to a google apps account and this message was actually blocked due to a virus alert from Google. I have never seen this before. Not sure if the assessment from Google was accurate... though I am not going to open the attachment either. Any suggestions? Spam being SENT from my email
Somehow thousands of spam emails are being sent FROM my email account. I have changed my password a bunch of times, and set up 2 step authentication and it wont stop. I contacted ZOHO support numerous times, I got one reply asking me to forward examples to them, which I did but no one has gotten back to me despite multiple contacts since. This is insane! The lack of response is just offensive on top of the ordeal.
