"Domain already exists" when signing up, but it was only registered today!
Perhaps someone here has experienced the same problem, and knows what to do. I registered a domain today, and am trying to add it for Email hosting. On the mail.zoho.com/biz/mailsignup.do page (Domain Setup), I enter the domain name in the top text box, and click "Add domain". BUT, then a small message appears directly below the textbox saying: "Domain already exist". And it won't let me proceed with the signup. That's weird, right? Perhaps a previous owner of the domain had registered it with zoho,

Recover accidentally deleted email
I accidentally deleted important emails containing christmas gift information either on December 4th or 5th. There would have been around 11k emails in my Inbox and then my trash on that day. Is it possible to do a recovery on those so I can get that email back, I tried contacting the store I purchased the items from but they cannot resend the information and it is very important I get those back. custom mail urls for companies hosting their doamin on zoho.com
Hi, I can see right now if any company host their mail for their domain on Zoho.com, users of the companies have to go to "mail.zoho.com/login" page in order to login. I was wondering it would be great if company have a custom page for login, like "companyname.mail.zoho.com". In this case you can even allow companies to put their company logo on such login page and stuff. And it will give real feeling of company hosted email service. Thanks, Scopeight.

Is there a way to check if a mail is received bij zoho?
I've been using zoho for a long time and very pleased. But I have the following issue: we use a group because we have a group of editors who need to receive press releases sent to one mailadres. This works. But on occasion we miss e-mails sent to us. Is there a way to check if these mails even reach the zoho servers and get marked as spam, I can't seem to find a 'spam folder' for a group. Please help me out!

Problem with receiving mails in MS Outlook
I have problem with incoming server, actually cannot receive mail in MS outlook on my address dzevad@swulcinj.com, registered on zoho.com. I can recieve mails on webmail and on android application but no on MS Outlook. I have customised my outlook in accordance with request (pop.zoho.com, 995 SSL) but doesn't work. I didn't have problems up to date. I receiving message that need to be verified pasword and I already did It, but nothing was not changed. Please help.
Use secondary email adress to write and send emails
I would like to use one of my secondary email addresses to send emails to my clients (and use this address together with my primary email address). How can I do that?
No "Are you sure you want to send this email without a subject?"
This is more of a suggestion, and not a problem, but why is there no tooltip that pops up if I try to send an email with no subject? I just accidentally did this. Thankfully it was to someone with whom I've had previous email interactions, so its not as big a deal as it could have been, but really, this should be a standard feature.
Zoho email exceeds bounce limit
Hi, My email at noreply@getcardable.com has been blocked for exceeding the bounce count of 10. Are you able to help to unblock and to raise this limit? We have a mailing list and sometimes it is hard to verify that the emails provided by our users are valid. 10 is quite a small number for us to get blocked. Thank you.

Hi, I forward the Zoho mailbox to a personal gmail box. Is it possible to add a standard code/word, ... in front of the subject to see that mail comes forwarded from the zoho mail? Or a sentence to start the forwarded mail with? Any kind of eye catcher indication. If you don't pay attention for the receiver info for a moment, it can be confusing. Thx, Evelyn

Viewing my zoho mail in outlook
I'm trying to view my zoho mail in outlook. I've configured my iphone to send and receive zoho mail from the mail application. I've configured mail from godaddy into outlook without any issues. Can someone please save me??? LOL I've enabled mail in zoho, tried POP and imap both enabled and then enabled/disabled each.... nada. The error from outlook says there is no encryption. I have no idea what this means. Need a helping hand from a greater mind. Thanks!

We recently created an account. The MX records for our domain chic-nomads.com has been directed to Zoho from GoDaddy, the status is verified, and it is active for mail hosting. We created a user danielle@ and a group info@ both of which can send emails, but neither can receive emails. Advice?
Unable to connect to smpt using my wordpress website
Hi, I am using mail service for the domain iospolice.com using Zoho. However, when I try to configure smtp details to send wordpress mails, it fails to connect. I have used these details for configuration: Outgoing Server Name: smtp.zoho.com Port: 465, SSL Require Authentication: Yes I am able to send mails through the Zoho server without any issues. Viewing multiple users simultaneously as administrator
I've set up three users to my domain as email addresses in order to use the for personal mail, work mail and shopping mail so that the others aren't bombarded by junk. Is it possible to view all of those from the same page as if you were using Mac Mail or similar or am I forced into logging in separately to view each mailbox?

When it comes to mailing lists, one either filter based on the header "List-ID", "Mailing-List" or "X-Mailing-List", but I find no way to do this in Zoho. There's no way to filter based on arbitrary email headers?

My email is linked to my domain from my previous host. I just changed web hosts (to godaddy) and now I am not receiving any emails. My domain is verified and I have set up email through Zoho but I still have my old account open (through my previous domain host). Do I need to delete that before emails come through? Stopped working with Apple Mail and iPhone
Last week my IMAP account stopped working suddenly with Apple Mail and my iPhone, it says I have the incorrect log in details. I have since changed my info many times and I still can only get the Mail web interface to work. Even though I have updated my PW many times and I know I am typing it correctly, neither Apple Mail or the iPhone will recognize the account. If I can not get this resolved, I am going to have to change my email provider again.

I have problems with the ZOHO Spamfilter which even moves Business mails into the Spam folder. Is there a possibility to change the Spam preferences to be less sensitive? I know that it is possible to add selected domains to a list but that's very unconfortable.

I just set up a free Zoho mail account for my domain. However I cannot see how to make my picture show up on my email.
