Gmail not assigning emails to contacts or leads
Hi, My email account is connected with my Zoho account but for some reason the emails relating to contacts or leads are not being stored under the individual lead or contact. I can't see where the problem exists. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, BQ

I want to be able to email x amount of people at once. How many can I reach at once? Is there a limit? What is the actual format in sending emails? I received an error message that says 'illegal semicolon, not in group'. I had pasted a group of emails from Outlook.com where I have all my contacts in. Eventually I want to import those contacts from Outlook into Zoho. How to do this?

Totally frustrated with your help support
The fact that the support service leaves much to be desired, actually my experience is disappointing , several days ago that any type of record to take account either paid or free work, after entering data in all cases jumps an error that can not be process . I have a free domain and want to check out one payment so far it has been impossible and see that not even answer the requirements , I wonder contratrar is a good idea in these conditions?

Updated MX settings but not receiving emails
Hi, I've already gotten my domain verified and edited the MX settings so that i can use zohomail with my domain. I could send it out email, but I couldn't receive it any. Excessive Spam, but only with Zoho....why?
I've been experimenting with using a different mail service other than Zoho. Not because I don't love Zoho, I do. There are integration reasons with other software I use that have made me explore my options. 2 times over the past month I have changed my MX records to something different than Zoho during the experiment. While it doesn't look like I will be moving away from Zoho, I did notice during those 2 times that the amount of spam I received plummeted. I typically get about 100 or more

I've tried editing the DNS records to include the SPF TXTrecord but my mail still keeps going to my recipient's SPAM folder. Is there any other way to solve this issue?

Yosemite Mail 8.1 Outgoing Server Issue
Every time I try to send out an email on Mail 8.1, I get the "The server response was: -ERR USER NOT AUTHENTICATED" I've tried to: - reboot system - delete and reset zoho map account - double check outgoing server information I have a similar problem with my gmail accounts, but not my iCloud.com account. URGENT: MX record not working

I have verified my site on zoho with the CNAME and edited the MX records in GoDaddy, it has been 24 hours and yet the MXtoolkit still won't display the new records and i'm still unable to receive mail. Why Zoho is bad for business
I have a international Software company and for some reason my IT decided to use system to Zoho instead of a real professional company like Google or Microsoft for our email system. Since Thursday, Dec 22 I have been unable to delete messages from my Zoho mail account using my iPhone or iPad.
