Hi, I have a couple of help tickets in because I deleted my account but want it back. Nobody answered yet. From what I read, the best you can do is release the username. Zoho import into gmail
Hello, I have tried to import my Zoho Mail into Gmail. I cannot setup the smtp server, in particular I do not receive any confirmation email to verify the account. I checked the spam folder, I tried to use UBUNTU, Windows and OS, I restarted my computer, I checked several forums but I do not find any alternative solution. Can you please help? Not connecting to SMTP after Yosemite upgrade
My account on Mac Mail was working perfectly fine until I updated my computer to Yosemite. I'm now unable send messages from my Zoho mail from Mac Mail. I am able to receive messages; just not send. It says that it cannot connect to the SMTP... Any suggestions?

Hi, I have created a basic (free) account. I have not changed my mx records (as I am only testing at this point), but I have successfully configured zoho to regularly retrieve email from my existing POP3 account. If I log into Zoho with a web browser, all this email is visible in my inbox or spam folders, and appears to be correctly received. HELP! I try to send mail to my leads in Zoho and no one is recieving the messages, they just go straight to their Spam folders! How do I get around this?

Hi, I hope you can help me pick out the best method to sync Office 365 email into CRM. I am currently using POP3 to sync email into CRM. Can only receive emails from certain domains
Hi, I just registered my own domain (flyingvivaldi.com) with a mail account and tested by sending emails to this account from 3 domains. However, only emails from one of the domains (kamicat.com) get through. Emails sent from the other 2 domains (arcor.de and stevemann.net) never arrive. I know that emails from these 2 domains get through to other recipients, so the problem is not with the sending domains. Do you have any idea why this may be the case? Best regards, Steve

Spamming Issues
I really tried to make Zoho mail work for me, but it's just a no go. I realize I can't expect much from a free service, and while I do enjoy such benefits as 2-factor authentication, very fast webmail, IMAP support, Contact and Calendar Support, the Android App and most of the other features, I just can't make the Spam Filtering work for me. Sent emails not being delivered
I am using the free Zoho Mail plan for business. My domain is townin.com and I have set up an email sz@townin.com I have configured everything as shown in the setup process, added SPF records and Domain key verfication. I am also able to receive emails properly. The problem is that when I send an email from my zoho account, the sent emails are not being delivered. I have tried sending to Gmail and Yahoo but no email is delivered, neither do I get any error. Please help me resolve this issue as soon

Can't Send or Recieve
Hi, Our email has always worked fine until this morning. We can't send or receive. We get no errors or bounce backs. We are missing out on sales right now and clients are frustrated. I checked and our MX is correct and nothing has changed from our Registrar. We normally use Outlook but the same problems happen from webmail as well. Is Zoho having issues? Extremely Slow Email Delivery
I love using Zohomail for my clients who are looking for a cost effective way to handle their small business email, but I have noticed very slow email delivery to the zoho accounts. I can send an mail from my personal email account (gmail) and it frequently takes 30+ minutes to be delivered into the inbox of my client's zoho email account. Can anyone tell me the reason for this and if there is a solution for this problem? Email is supposed to be next to instant.

Mail not being received or sent
I am not receiving email as of about 2 hours ago. Had reports on SKYPE telling email had been sent to me, but nothing shows up. I have tried emailing myself from other accounts and nothing comes in. Same when I send test emails to myself. It will show "sent", but nothing arrives at my other accounts.

SMTP server rejecting my email address
Hi When i try to send emails from my iPhone the error message "Unable to send email: the sender address 'rosie@comms.xyz' was rejected by the server" appears. I have tried connecting via POP and IMAP - same problem/error message. Is this connected to the fact that my emails sent from desktop are going into spam? I am trying to force Wordpress to allow a SPF key of longer than 192 chars (as when i click 'generate' in the admin panel the text is over 192 chars each time). Poss two issues here, sorry!
