I haven´t change nothing on the email server, in fact it is working fine in Outlook. It was working very well in Zoho, we never had problems sending emails from Zoho Mail, and now for all the users is making an error. Why is this happening? Thanks
Tag an email onto lead
I want to tag the emails both in and out to a lead so I have a complete understanding of all communications. Obviously the outbound emails save to the lead, but not inbound. Can anyone help??

Second user email getting 550 error - not receiving
My main email works fine, however my second email info@ can only send email out, however will not receive. When trying with my gmail I get 550 error message. It appears that all users have been verified.
Mail forward not working
Hi Forum, No matter what I try, I can't forward any emails. I've tried forwarding to different domains (live.com and gmail.com), and regardless if I wait 5 minutes or more, no mails are being forwarded (not in junk/spam holder either). Any idea why that is the case? Thanks, Thomas

I have an issue with Zoho Server when I'm using Outlook Mac
The last few days and from time to time I'm not able to see over the half of my Inbox messages when I'm using Outlook for Mac to access the Zoho Server. Moreover when I'm sending an outgoing message ,I'm not able to find it onto Sent Folder. At the same time when I use Zoho Mail everything is visible without having any issue.
Increasing Spam
Good morning Ive been getting an uncontrollable amount of spam, advertisements, etc.. The more that I label them 'spam' and empty the 'spam' trash, is the more they turn up again. OS X (Mavericks) Mail Client - Cannot connect to imap
Dear Zoho Support Ive literally spent hours on this issue and I cannot get to the bottom of it. The weird thing is that its also effected my iphone, but one thing at a time. Ive been messing around with OS X Mail, trying to effectivley integrate my work account into it. My Zoho mail has always been working on OS X Mail without issue. Dear Zoho, I have two accounts with zoho. I want to use: jloennegren@wavvestream.com as my main one. I am trying to have the emails people sent to jlonnegren@wavvestream.com forwarded/sent to jloennegren@wavvestream.com What can I do to have my emails forwarded to jloennegren@wavvestream.com and only use this account while making sure all emails sent to jlonnegren@wavvestream.com are being forwarded. Sender to contacts
Does Zoho mail has any option to add sender to contact? In a previous topic it was mentioned that Zoho mail would automatically add the sender (when replied back) in the contact list. However, in my case it is probably not working. Please Help

Zoho Emails Blocked - Outlook Works Fine...
The problem: Eversince I started emailing through Zoho, all my emails to staff at Buddle Findlay (a Law Firm) have been blocked by their Lawtech mail marshall. Changed MX Records, and now emails are bounced back
I changed my MX records since I changed my hosting service, and now e-mails are bounced back with this message: Technical details of permanent failure:Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain mydomain.com.ve by mydomain.com.ve The error that the other server returned was: 550-Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client. 550-mail-qa0-f45.google.com [209.85.216.45]:33116 is not permitted to relay 550 through this server without authentication.
Emails are not reaching users on my own domain (only)
I can send and receive to all external addresses (AFAIK) *except* for my two colleagues who also use zoho webmail and are on my same zoho account and same email domain and hoster. We all pop the email individually and can see other email coming and going. The email does not appear to get to the destination host. I am not getting any bounces or other notifications. Where can I see logs of sent mail and failed mail? Or how else do I trouble shoot this?

Mail not forwarding
I have tried to get the email forwarding to work and it doesn't seem to work. I read the documentation and this quoted statement makes me believe I cannot foward to my gmail account, please confirm. The outgoing emails sent by the users for whom the policy is applied will be forwarded to the address chosen here. The outgoing emails can be forwarded only to another Organization account and not to any external account.

Hi! We have done some testing and found that without a doubt, the "click to disable request closure notification" button is not working in our instance of Zoho. We have tried to change some settings, but have not been able to fix the issue. Is there a specific setting that could prevent this function from working properly? The button is present and appears to work, but if you turn off notification and close the request, it still sends a closure notification. This is true when you click close

Major problems adding user
Hello, I've been trying for days to add a second user to my account with the same domain. It's becoming increasingly confusing to me, as it seems somehow the second user is only being used to send email from my username. This obviously makes no sense. All I want is for a second user with the same domain name to be able to access their own account on zoho and to be able to have those emails forwarded to their gmail account, as mine are. However, all my attempts to do this have been futile so far.
Outlook Express Set-up
I hoping someone can help. Have been having trouble setting up Outlook Express to download E-mails from Zoho. Have followed all the on screen settings to set up the incoming and outgoing ports and have managed to get the outgoing mail working fine.
