Filters not working inside Spam
I set filter to delete messages based on subject. These are spam messages, but has known subject pattern so I want to delete them at once. However messages still lands in Spam. It looks like filters are not working inside Spam folder.
Can aliases available for individual accounts?
Hi, I just wanted to check/confirm whether or not aliases can be created in an individual account? At the moment I think I only have one address that I can use for outgoing mail and I would like to be able to use multiple addresses for the one individual account, e.g. 'social', 'formal', 'other'. thanks Phiz
Adding users
Hello Zoho World. I am in the process of switching from Outlook hosted emails to Zoho since Outlook is ending there free hosting. I am unable to add alex@domain.com. I need to add that account and migrate my emails before I can start to use Zoho. I dont want to change my MX record until I know I can add the required account. When I go to add it, i see a red error box show up for about 2MS so I am unable to see what it says. What am I doing wrong, Alex
Sending from different domain email addresses on iphone?
Hi, Please can someone help me with advice on how to set up my iPhone so that I can send from the different domain email addresses? How can I search for an email that's already been archived? I can get in my archive folder, but once I do a search, it seems to search my inbox.

Contatcs: encoding problem
Hello, I have problem with contacts encoding (Czech). If I open contacts, so I see strange letters in the name overview (in contact detail it is OK). It is easily fixed by: 1. Open a contact in edit mode 2. save it without change 3. go to different contact group and back to All Contacts and the names are correct. I have to do it every time when I access contacts. Cannot signup after deleting email
Dear Concern, I have registered osman@osmanlegal.com with ZOHO. However, for some reason I have to delete it. Translation mistake Dutch
Hello Zoho-team. Wanted to piont out that the Dutch translation of the dropdown box "mark as" => Read must be gelezen and not lezen. So lezen is wrong. I'm wanting to switch my email accounts to Zoho for lightlabstudios.com I can't figure out who the super admin is for my account. I login with erica@lightlabstudios.com and don't have access to the control panel. I've tried the email I thought I used to sign up (viniyoga@gmail.com), but is listed as not having an account. If I sign up for a new account, I'm unable to register my URL - www.lightlabstudios.com because it's already associated with an account. Is this the same as erica@lightlabstudios.com?
Custom SMTP in EMail
Hi, I just switched to Zahoo and have a question related to Email. I could not find information regarding customized SMTP settings. It seems that the page moved ("Page Not Found" error). Right now I am using imap.zoho.com & smtp.zoho.com with my custom domain. It works, but I would like to switch to imap.mydomain.com and smtp.mydomain.com. Cant find some emails. All except from one person
I have zoho mail and zoho CRM in both zoho mail and zoho CRM mail reading the emails for one of my clients does not appear in the all message area. There is no filteres set up for his email account that i can see. Every few hours i need to physically search for his name to find his emails. What is going on. I can receive all my other emails just fine.

Super Admin Email?
I can't figure out who the super admin is for my account - what email I used. Now I can't get in to set up my email. I can login with erica@lightlabstudios.com, but don't have access to the control panel. I know my URL is already linked. I've tried resets with a few of my emails. They're not linked to this account and it won't let me sign up with URL (lightlabstudios.com) because it's already registered. Can you tell me what the super admin email is so I can get in? Hi, We have several users with access to the POP3 account - so we have the following; 1. Project Team have setup in their Zoho Mail addon - pm@domain.net as their default email. 2. Business Admin have setup in their Zoho Mail addon - admin@domain.net as their default email and pm@domain,net as an alternative to monitor if needed. pm@domain.net is collected by both accounts and is duplicated within Zoho under the contact if the relevant user is selected. some emails not being forwarded
Hi, Just recently setup a Zoho account and changed the MX records for my domain. Quite happy with this service. However for some email addresses (info, ssladmin, hostmaster), the test emails I am sending do not seem to be forwarded to the forwarding address. My primary ones are working but I'm at a loss regarding how to figure out what is happening to the other emails - ssladmin/hostmaster are very important for simple domain ownership validation that some ssl providers use. Hello. I had an account dr@damianray.com. Then I deleted it by mistake, and now when I try to create it again, it seems that I cannot use this email anymore. I can create an account, but when I try to add an email it says that this email is already in the system. I can not get my email set to info@mydomain.com and it's driving me nuts! I can change the "display as" but the email address still shows as numbers. I'm on the verge of deleting the whole thing and starting again, Please help! Suspicious emails are being sent from my email account
Suspicious emails are being sent from my email account. This morning I received 4 bounce back messages that an email was undeliverable. All 4 email bounce back messages are not recognized and all 4 "to" email addresses are not recognized. It would appear my account is sending emails that aren't coming from me. How can this me fixed?

Can't Send Mail via Thunderbird Client
When I try to send an email to someone via my Mozilla Thunderbird desktop client, it doesn't work. I always get this error message: "Login to server smtp.zoho.com failed". I know I have the correct password for my account as I can receive email perfectly fine; it's just the sending that's an issue. In addition to that, I also do have the newest version of Mozilla Thunderbird, so that's not an issue. Thanks.
