Why IP Zoho email is rejected by spam filters?

Dear All, We are launching our wordpress cloud-web hosting company with Cpanel and WHMCS. We are wondering what is the most easy way to make beginner people verify their domains at ZOGO. I have mailbox name@mydomain.com and aliases backup@mydomain.com, events@mydomain.com,... when I received mail to events@mydomain.com I would like to reply from events@mydomain.com nad when I received mail to backup@mydomain.com I would like to reply from backup@mydomain.com. Double last name when importing contacts
When I imported my contacts from Google, Zoho added everyone's last name to their first name, and still kept the last name filed. Example contact: John Doe Example import: John Doe Doe This is what the new first name looks like: John Doe And the last name: Doe Result: John Doe Doe This happened for all 600+ contacts. I don't really have time to manually fix every single one. Any one have suggestions? Thanks!

100 copies of each message (custom domain)
I just set up my Zoho mail with a custom domain registered through GoDaddy. Everything is working smoothly, EXCEPT...I get 100 copies of each incoming email. Boom, boom, boom, one after the other. Takes about a minute to get them all. I have no clue as to what's causing this. Any help will be most appreciated! Thanks.

I have 3 custom domain IDs up and running on zoho mail: rachit.saxena@racsann.com sunny.jain@racsann.com support@racsann.com I am not able to receive emails sent using the same domain name IDs I created on zoho mail. Domain Verification Failed
We are currently changing out email host to Zoho. We have previously used Smarta Business Builder who purchased the domain and managed it through Enom. In order to make changed to our records we had to request that Smarta made any changes as they would not give us access to the domain log in details. We request that out DNS and CNAME records were changed to verify our domain and start using Zoho tonight. Our Smarta emails went down a few hours ago but verification is failing with Zoho. Active Sync Issues
Hi, I am slowly moving everything over from my Exchange server to Zoho Mail and want to connect my Android phone using Activesync. I can connect and get a list of the folders, but for some reason I'm not getting any messages coming through. I read somewhere that this wasn't available for people with the free account so have upgraded to the 15Gb account, but still no joy. I'm not getting any error messages on my phone. Any suggestions?

I would like to be able to receive and send mail using imap.mydomain.com and smtp.mydomain.com rather than using zoho.com. Configuring fields
I've created a special folder called "Save" where I want to store messages I'm going to keep for a while or those of special interest. The problem is that I can see the "From" column, but not the "To" column, Consequently, If I'm attempting to store a message I sent to someone, it's difficult to tell to whom it was sent without opening it. Is there a way to incorporate both the "From" and "To" column headers?

My actual server email for my account must have over 10,000 emails, however the migration only found 170. Hello Zoho community, For whatever reason, since I switched to zoho, I now get tons of malicious emails. That isn't really the problem, I understand different technologies and algorithms are in play with the various service providers. Though, I do need some way to block anyone trying to send my mail group an email with a zip file. I looked at the anti-spam settings, it's not there. How can this be accomplished? Thanks, J

Zoho sending to old email server
A client changed their email server on Monday. I am able to send email to that account from my personal Yahoo email account with no problems. However, if I send email from my Zoho hosted email account, it goes to the old email server and not the new one. I email the host admin of the new email server and he said it appears that Zoho has not updated their MX database and are still sending to the old server. Sparrow not working across multiple computers
I'm having an issue where the IMAP mailboxes are acting on a first come, first serve basis. If I send out an email the first mailbox (desktop or laptop) to get it, does, then the other mailbox stays empty. I've checked the Settings > Auto-Expunge and have it set on 'Do NOT Auto-Expunge'
