Hello, My question is as follows. A few months ago i decided to delete my account richardmotiautomatedmail@zoho.com. This was a mistake I made because I need the e-mail account. Is there any way to reactivate my account so that I can log in? I need this account to receive my account password from an other website. I cant log in currently, It says "account inactive", Thank you.

Zoho sending to old email server
A client changed their email server on Monday, about 72 hours ago. However they are not receiving emails that I send from my Zoho based email. When I send from my personal account hosted by Yahoo, it works just fine. Their admin said that the problem seems to be that Zoho has not refreshed their MX listings and therefore are sending to the old server. How often do these refreshes happen? Can I request a manual update? Do you need to know the domain name affected?

Hello, First of all thanks a lot for your wonderful apps. I have some trouble using ZOHO IMAP with Mac OSX MAIL application. I can't see the Inbox folder and it takes so long time to sync, some time never finish to sync. The other folders are working fine. I use Mac OSX 1.6.3 and the MAIL version is 4.2 (1078). email receipts to customers are not going through
I have a POS with Shopify and ZOHO is my email. My customers have told me that some receive email but the receipt is blank. When I tested it on myself it says validation error. What is wrong?
Zoho Mail Mobile Verification Code
I understand that it is good to verify your account with a mobile number and use it to recover your account if something goes wrong. I am fairly new to Zoho mail, but I have to provide a code sent to my mobile number at least once every 2 days to login to my account. I has become more of an annoyance now. Is there anyway the frequency of the verification can be reduced?

mail not coming in unless i restart apple mail
For some reason, email has not been coming into my Apple Mail program unless I quit Mail and then reopen. It continues to come in fine on my iPhone. I have rebuilt the email inbox and even deleted the account and recreated it. it comes in fine but any new emails thereafter are not coming through. they still come in fine on my iPhone and iPad however.
The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho. You may not receive emails in Zoho.

I access my mailbox through IMAP on my iPhone. I also download mails to my PC using POP/Thunderbird. Whenever I send email with my iPhone, it appears in my Inbox when I download mails with POP/Thunderbird. I have seen the post about setting a filter to send "sent mail" into the sent mail box, and have done that, but the problem continues to occur.

cannot receive emails from a different user in the same domain
Dear All, I have setup 5 email accounts with my personal domain. All is working fine (I can send and receive emails from all the 5 user accounts). The problem is that I can't receive email coming from a different user in the same domain. e.g. if with frank@mydomain.com I send an email to bill@mydomain.com, I can't receive the email in Bill's account. I read the earlier posts about this problem, however, their solutions haven't worked for me. I clicked Enable, and nothing happened. Trying to change POP account didn't work either.

sending emails with gmail as email client
Im using zoho mails for our emails with this domain. incwebsolutions.com but Im sending emails from my gmail with adding SMTP ,POP of zoho mail to gmail.it is working fine.but when send email from that email will send to spam box in gmail.but if we send email from zoho mail interface it will send correctly with out spamming. is there any setting to solve this?
Cannot find IMAP/POP settings in the menus
Good evening, I am trying to enable IMAP to work with thunderbird, and in the guide it says to log in-->Settings--> IMAP but this option is not there. In settings, I can only have photo, date, browser connection and newsletter subscription. Am I missing something? Thanks!
Account is Inactive - Urgent Help needed
when i tried to log into my zoho mail, it says my account is inactive. I managed to log in one hour before that, then out of the sudden this happened. I have been trying many times for the past few hours but the problem still exists. Can someone please help me urgently? Safari Scrolling
Does anyone have any issues with the "Inbox" column being unresponsive to scrolling with a mouse after awhile in Safari? A page refresh works but after awhile it won't scroll again.

I followed the instructions to setup mail forwarding to a gmail account. I Received the confirmation email and activated it. I got the 'success' message but when I send emails to my zoho email account it does not forward them to gmail account. any help out there?
Can you update your MX cached DNS records - Domain Not Resolved inside Zoho
Hi, I ve configured the domain ionclub.com.ar to use Zoho Mail. From outside Zoho works fine (tested with gmail, gmail apps and hotmail). Mxtoolbox.com told me that MX records are ok. But between ionclub.com accounts, emails never get destination. Can you check or update the MX records inside Zoho for my domain? Or told me what can I do? Unable to received incoming mails in Zoho
Hi, I had setup my custom domain with zoho mail and created a mail account associated with it. While i am able to send mails to other email ids. I cant receive mails. I tried to send a mail from my gmail id and its failed. The error i have received is: Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain highrisein.com by smtp.secureserver.net. When I click on the email icon I get a screen with the headings etc. for the mail page but no emails...nada! I also cannot send emails. I saw in the forum to check with the host. I did . The host has not blocked zoho. Please help me...I need to access my email ASAP.
Cannot send mail from macbook when connected to internet via iphone 5 hotspot
Emails will send fine direct from my phone 5, but remain in outbox when I try to send from my mac book. I get an authentication error, but I have double checked all settings and they are all correct, as far as I know. Is it not possible to send emails from a tethered phone? I would have thought it would be fine as emails are received ok?

No Mail or Folders in my Mailbox
When I open ZohoMail it is very slow to load the page but then none of my emails show up. My contacts are all there, but none of my Folders or emails are there at all. If I click on Folders to expand it, nothing happens. I have tried signing in and out, a different browser, and deleting cookies, none of these have helped. Please help urgently. Thank you!

Hi, I have 6 Zoho business user accounts that I want to monitor. I don't want to setup mail forwarding since I want the inboxes to stay separate. I just want to see all 6 inboxes separately without logging out of one account and logging into another. Is that possible?

Slow and unreliable email forwarding, and not deleting zoho's copy
I have my zoho email setup on my hotmail account, but it's really slow at forwarding emails... I have forwarding emails, plus pop3 and smtp setup, but it seems like half my emails are just not being retrieved or forwarded, not to mention the original copy is still left in zoho mail when I have specifically checked "Delete zoho copy".
