Help with Set up MS Exchange ActiveSync on Android (Galaxy S3)
1) I get the error "Incorrect user name or password" when I enter "\admin@davidleistmemorial.org" into the "Domain\username" box. (I'm sure I've entered the right password.) 2) Since the instructions say the domain can be anything (for systems where it is mandatory), I tried entering "anything\admin@davidleistmemorial.org" into the "Domain\username" box, and I got the error message: "Server error occurred. Check your username and password, and try again." I have gone through Zoho's instructions
Chaning my "From" identity
Whilst my Zoho mail shows my full name (FirstName LastName) above the Compose button, every email I send has the internal name format (firstname.lastname@domain.com) as opposed to my proper name. I've been everywhere trying to find out what I need to change to fix this, but still am not seeing it. What on earth do I need to change so it sends as "FirstName LastName" and not firstname.lastname@domain.com. I'm obviously missing something, but what exactly? To clarify, this is visible in the drop down
Can someone direct me to the instructions for answering and receiving my 3 user accounts via the superadmin account?

Default email
I'm problem after problem with my Zoho mail account. So my initial email address was "jed@dungareescoffee.com" and everything worked fine. I changed it to "ask@dungareescoffee.com" everywhere that I could (made it primary email address). However, emails still send as "jed@" and I cannot receive emails at "ask@" I also need to change the sender's name, but when I go to settings and try to do it, it only gives me the original email ID option. What should I do??
Folders not update in Thunderbird or iPhone, plz return my money
iMap folders do not update in most cases unless restarting the e-mail application, this makes Zoho mail useless for me. Besides that Zoho mail feels slow. Can you plz give contact me to return my money and cancel my paid subscription.
Trouble connecting on ipad and iPhone
Has anyone noticed this issue? From time to time I get a message telling me that my username or password are wrong and ipad can't connect to my email. An hour later it could be fixed on its own. That's not the strange part. I also notice if I go to the web and check my mail when it says this, I notice I have no mail. When it works again is when I get an email. Could that have something to do with why I get this message?

Hello all new to Zoho and thought I would drop this in your laps to get some feedback. The more hooks in the water the better the chance I will catch the fish. Odd "From" name showing up when composing & in recipients' inboxes
Hiya! I just signed up for the free Zoho mail account and set it up for my domain name and organised some mail forwarding. Great so far. However, I notice that in the recipients' inboxes, my details (as sender) are listed as something like the following: "sleepy*** <myname@mydomain.net>" This happens every time, regardless of the receiver, their account or whether or not I'm already in their contacts, etc. I guess it is coming from when I used my personal e-mail address (sleepy***@anotherdomain.com) when

Can't read e-mails
can't get any e-mail. When I log in, the message in middle of screen is "loading" but nothing happens. Can't access any e-mails filed in folders.either. Got a message Sunday advising me that I should change password because of password worm. I did this & now I can't access e-mails, even though I can log in. Tried contact phone number & it is disconnected.
Email not working since wednesday
I have not received any emails since wednesday morning, but seems to be sending emails fine. As you can imagine, this is a big problem. I've been working off of gmail but not ideal for me, as I've set up zoho mail as my main business email. Please let us know what's going on, or that at least that you are aware of it. I'm having the same problem as some other threads here. I originally posted this in one of those threads, but realized it was almost a week old and marked solved. So hopefully this is handled here quicker since this issue has been on going for over 24 hours with no resolve. Cannot download and not pushing to mobile
Hi, 1st problem - it still will not push to android (microsoft exchange) unless i click refresh manually. I logged this problem and someone said they were checking. But not answer yet. They sent one testing email to me and that was pushed immediately but strangely all others are not pushing. 2nd problem. - none of my emails with attachment will download (on mobile), view on phone. just says cannot download. Zoho Mail extremely Slow Sending
I have had a report from many users in my account that zoho webmail is extremely slow - so slow that a plain TEXT message is going out after SIX - yes that is 6 - minutes after hitting the button send. That is not acceptable and I'd like to find out why hopefully I get some answers here as I have not been able to talk to anyone in customer support - lines busy

I'm using zoho mail for this domain.. incwebsolutions.com but Im sending emails from gmail as email client with adding POP ,SMTP settings of zoho mail. gmail is sending emails.but they are delivering to spam in other gmail accounts.but after I checked this,when I'm sending email from zoho mail interface they will send to inbox. how can I resolve this?

Import filter rules from Apple mail
How do I import filters (rules) from Apple mail? The example you give shows how to do it with Mozilla, & Windows, but I can't find a way of doing it with Apple mail. I've located a file called MessageRules.plist, but then I get the message that only .dat format is allowed. The only reason I want to import some filter rules is that Zoho's own filters seem very limited - and only allow me to filter by message subject but don't allow me to filter by key words in message content.
