Default Message Sort
The default message sort is to have the most recent message on top. Is it possible to change the default so that the oldest message is on top? I know I can sort by hitting "Date", but when I return to a mailbox that I changed, it reverted back to newest mail on top. Any suggestions?

Outgoing g mail blocked
I have 2 problems 1- my outgoing g mail is blocked and I need this cleared as quickly as possible. The reason it is blocked is that I am trying to set zoho mail up only new mac book air. It would receive mail but not send. I have read all forums and updated settings. I think it is now trying to resend all mails from Y sent box hence above issue.
Not Receiving All E mail From Clients - PLEASE HELP!!
Hi, I have checked the MX records to ensure they are pointed appropriately and they seem to be correct, however, I am not receiving e mails from some clients. It's not connected to one type either. Some gmail addresses are coming through and come are not. Some people's came through this morning and now are receivng and error message. I have not touch the MX records since last night. Flagging/reminders for mail in Outlook
Hi, I recently set up Zoho Mail in Outlook 2010 via IMAP. One thing I use a lot in Outlook for my other non-Zoho account (Pop3) is setting flags with reminders for individual mail items. However, with my Zoho account, it only gives me one option when I right click the flag icon ("Flag Message"), whereas for my non-Zoho mail it also shows the option to add reminder (date/time specific). How can I get that feature working on my Zoho account in Outlook? Thanks, Tyler
unable to subscribe to calendar

How delete the "template" folder permanently?
Hello, A "template" folder is pre-created and also shows up as a folder in my Outlook client. If I delete it in Outlook then it just comes back after syncing with the server, and I have not found a way to delete it via the web client. What to do? I would be grateful for any help. How To Automatically Delete NON CRM Related Emails
is there a way to set up a email filter that automatically deletes email that is not Sent or Received from a CRM contact. I can see that its possible to set up single filters on a contact by contact basis - by directly matching on a specific email address -- but this is not practical with 100's of contacts -- plus the maintenance of this would be dreadful. We only want to store CRM related emails in CRM else we would soon run out of "free" email storage due to the large size and number of other

No Validate button found when trying to create ZB code to add my existing domain to Zoho email hosting
I went to this site https://mail.zoho.com/biz/index.do# and selected "Add your existing domain for Email Hosting with Zoho and create domain-based address. Add domain" When I got to the next page https://mail.zoho.com/cpanel/index.do?tabmode=domain there is suppose to be a verify button so I can get the zb code to put into my Network Solutions management counsel and direct the domain to zoho. the problem is there is no verify button. Any ideas how to solve this?
trying to setup email through zencart
I'm using zencart for my website, in the email options I have my email listed here. I have smtp.zoho.com setup as my email host. And port listed, I've tried 25 and 465. My password that I listed is the one needed here for my email. When I try to send email it says cannot be sent. Cannot connect to smtp host. Any advice would be great. Brandi

I want to delete mail hosting, but not lose the mail in the Mail Add-On
Before I do something that is irreversible: What I want to do: 1) cancel Mail Hosting - I want to do that on another server/service 2) I do want to keep the Mail Add-on and configure the mail to receive from that other server BUT, I do NOT want to lose the emails that are already in the Mail Add-on under that domain name because they are all stored in folders, etc. Do I need to export all of those emails to make sure they don't disappear?
