Unable to connect SMTP server:smtp.zoho.com using Outlook 2011 (Mac)
I use Mac Outlook 2011. I can receive e-mail at my domain-hosted mail account (josh@abilynracing.com), but I cannot send e-mail from this account. When my outgoing e-mail attempts to send through smtp.zoho.com, I get an "Authentication Failed" error each time, even though my password is entered correctly. re-enter my password with no success. I have tried all identified fixes described on this board without success. Please help.
Free Account mailbox limit of 5 - We have 3. So what is wrong?
I am using Zoho Mail free account which allots 5 mailbox users. Interestingly enough I had 7 mailboxes. I would imagine these wer grandfathered under free account. Anyway, I erased 4 yesterday. So now I am at 3 mailboxes and everytime I try to add a 4th mailbox (whih still should be free) I get the following notice. "Max user license limit reached. Please purchase/ugrade license to add more user(s) with mailboxes." Clearly I should be allowed to have up to 5. Can anyone tell me what is going
Unable to receive emails from a specific domain
my personal email with Zoho under domain schmidts.ca is unable to receive emails from our work domain informoney.com hosted elsewhere. These emails do not even go to spam folder, and I even tried setting the whitelist for this domain. Is there a setting I can do to allow this seemingly blocked domain? Or does this domain need to be whitelisted by Zoho administrators? Thanks

If I move a mailbox from one IMAP account to another does it count against the emails daily "receive quota"?

I have IMAP configured on Zoho. I don't use the web interface, but access it from Thunderbird (on the PC) and by the Samsung email app on my phone. The issue is that when I mark something as spam on one of the clients, it never gets marked that way on the server. Thus the spam keeps coming. Is this a configuration issue? A bug? Should I be doing something differently?

I cannot set up zoho mail on my samsung galaxy S3. I've followed all the instructions correctly on zoho but constantly get 'authentication failed. Outlook and Zoho mail
I like Outlook as an email client, but I'm not that sure about its interface with Zoho as I keep getting the same issue. Every few months, there's either a minor glitch with my Outlook profile - or something more serious; I have to repair or reload it and then you deny my IMAP access as Outlook "re-fetches" my Zoho emails. I write to you, you unblock me and off we go around the cycle again....This can't be how it's meant to be! I know that you are going to say that I don't need "heavy" Outlook
How do I get my domain mail on iPhone?
Now that my emails are going through Zoho and not GoDaddy, how do I get email on my iPhone? I know about the mobile access to Zoho, but it doesn't notify you when you get an email. I can't login every 5 minutes to see if I have a message. I've seen the directions to configure a zoho.com account on the iPhone, but that's not my domain email. I have just joined Zoho Mail as of today. I am trying to set up filters to send mail to the trash folder but the trash folder isn't available in the filter set up? Why is this? I tried to create the folder for trash within the filter but you can't do that because there is already a trash folder but not available for filtering. I don't understand this at all. The reason I want to filter is to send these things to trash before they are downloaded to my pop client. Also I just read that there

Why is there no option in the filter section to move mail to the trash folder. Other folders are listed but not the Trash and that's the only filtering I do. There are certain emails I don't want downloaded into my pop client and would like to be able to filter them to trash. This seems really crazy that the trash folder isn't an option. Might be the difference between me staying with Zoho and moving on.
Newbie Set Up Problem #1
When I set up my Zoho account I used an existing gmail account as the contact email. As you can see in the top half of the attachment enclosed, Zoho is truncating this email address (form4me) and somehow incorporating it into the emails going out so that the recipient sees form4me as the sender name for the email sent from Zoho (bottom half of attachment screenshot), when in fact it should be saying my real name. Newbie Question #2: MX error preventing incoming emails
I am able to send emails, but unable to receive. I am getting the "MX records not pointed to your domain" message and understand this may be the problem. In reading about account setup however, it states that the MX info correction should be made after all user accounts are added. I have invited other users to set up email accounts but they have yet to respond. Does this mean I can't fix the MX problem until they create their accounts?
