Unable to connect SMTP server
I recently changed my Yahoo mail password. I changed my settings in Zoho as well. Zoho has no problem retrieving my Yahoo mail, but I get the following error when trying to send mail from my Yahoo mail via Zoho. I do not have any issues with my other accounts that I access from Zoho. Unable to connect SMTP server:smtp.mail.yahoo.com Reason:Authentication failed:535 5.7.0 (#MBR1212) Incorrect username or password. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Just wondering how long this process should take in reality? I saw somewhere, possibly the FAQ, that it was 3 business days. I do the IT for 3 different sites that I have moved to Zoho, they are all waiting on the extra users. How do I get rid of the periodic need to enter a security code?
A few months ago I decided to take advantage of the additional security whereby if a different browser is used to access Zoho mail, the system texts you a security code which you must then enter before you are allowed into Zoho mail. I'm finding this to be a real pain in the neck -- it happens every time I delete cookies, and even if I don't, it happens once a month as a matter of course. Sometimes have to go get my cell phone at an inopportune time. How do I get rid of this feature?

Hi, when initially learning about zoho mail, i read it was possible to import gmail and yahoo mail into the zoho account so all email would be in one place. Of course I can't find that now. Can we import the other mail services into zoho so all email would be in one place? On a related note, I have three email accounts in zoho. Hello, I was able to log on to my Zoho mail earlier today since 12 pm I have not been able to. I log on as usual and then it says maria.h and then and then I click on the arrow and it says zoho mail which is what I click on next. Virus detected message - Webroot
I loaded Webroot virus protection software yesterday, and now Zoho will not allow me to upload a file from my Chrome browser, which has the Webroot anti-virus turned on. However, when I go to Firefox, which I have not yet activated Webroot, the exact same file works fine. It can't be the file; it has to be Webroot that is being flagged. Can you advise what to do?

logging into one account logs into a different one
sometimes when I log out of one account, then log into a different one, it logs me into the first one again. this has happened on numerous occasions. I am guessing it has something to do with the browser cookies/cache. this is a bad security issue.

Terrible process for Zoho mail
Or... The process wasn't all that bad, it was the same as anything else. What's been infuriating is that once the (personal) email account has been set up, and your contact email verified, I've found no way of actually getting access to the email account. Half an hour I've wasted back and forth back and forth. The only thing I can see that might do the trick is 'Go to App', but each time that's clicked on it goes back to the homepage. Searched for an app on iTunes - nothing. I need an email address

Zoho, can you confirm or dismiss any current issues with Zoho Mail? For the past several days access to mail has been incredibly slow and when accessed, is constantly stalling and timing out. Whether it's composing an email, sending an email or just trying to click on a folder. All other websites pull up fine. Is this an account problem with me or is this a Zoho wide issue? Thanks.
Zoho mail home page mis-aligned: top menu and Zoho logo partially hidden behind browser address bar.
This is not a major issue, but it's pretty annoying. As per the attached screen grab, sometimes my Zoho mail home page sit's mis-aligned in the browser window, so that a portion of top menu and Zoho logo are cut off and "hidden" behind the browser's address bar. If I refresh, it goes back to normal fo a while. I'm using Chrome on a mac, by the way. Thanks in advance for any assistance you can give me. David
Unable to view my inbox or folders
When I login to zoho, I go to the right hand drop down box and can only view more info on Zoho mail or sign out. It does not give me the option to actually view my inbox or any of my folders. Please help!
IMAP/Windows 8 Outlook 2010
New Windows 8.1 HP envy machine with a copy of Microsoft 365 installed, trying to get Zoho mail setup in Outlook following all IMAP instructions. Does not get mail, keeps making me put in my password loop. Any ideas or people have other similar problems? I also couldn't get it set up in the Mail app either.
