Setting up Mail
Just signed up for Zoho and trying to configure. Basically trying to do the following: 1. Create 1 user to have five email addresses which will land in the Zoho inbox. Three people should then be able to view these simultaneously from each of there computers in the office. 2. Create another user with 6 email addresses. Need email reset
I created an account with a primary email id of admin@phualvatimes.com but I needed all email send to admin@phualvatimes.com forwarded to a group admins@phualvatimes.com - which had a group of email addresses mostly external gmail. I set it up the forwardng but it never worked. So I deleted admin@phualvatimes.com and made my gmail email as the primary. Now when I try to create admin@phualvatimes.com as an alias of admins@phualvatimes.com, it tells me the email already exists. So please clear admin@phualvatimes.com
Urgent - I can't recieve any mail
Hi I set up my Zoho mail account yesterday (jako@jakkalsdesign.co.za) but haven't been able to receive any mail through it. I am however able to send mail. I changed my MX records to point to the correct domain but still nothing is coming through. Please advise on what can be done to resolve this. Thanks Jako

Mail Deleted from IMAP Client, but still in Inbox on Webmail
Hi, I am using OS X Mail on 10.9.1 as my mail client, as well as on my iPhone and iPad. All are using IMAP. In Mail on OS X, when I delete a message, the change is reflected on all my other IMAP devices, but if I log into webmail (http://mail.zoho.com), the message is still shown in my inbox. This seems a fundamental issue. Is it a known problem? What do you recommend. If this is not resolvable I fear I might have to leave Zoho Mail and revert to self hosted or google apps hosted email. Please advise

Hello, I'm trying to use the two factor authentication on Evolution in debian. I have created the password for the application and in evolution I have configured the account as a normal mail account but instead of using the main password, I have introduced the generated password for the application (without spaces). Outlook doesn't load any emails anymore
Hello there, I am using Outlook 2013 to get my emails from Zoho via imap. It always worked fine. However, suddenly the inbox does't want to sync anymore. I can send, spam and trash are also up to date. Only the inbox doesn't do anything. I checked the settings, everything fine. Test messages are working fine. Does anybody have an idea? Unable to log into Zoho in Evolution
Hello, Since enabling two-factor auth (or so I think), I'm unable to log into Zoho email in Evolution 3.10 on Arch Linux. There's always a pop up "Mail authentication request" each time Evolution is opened, but even if I enter the right password, it always says "Password was incorrect." Other email accounts work just fine (I'm using two-factor auth in Gmail, too,but it;s working). Please help. Thanks in advance.

Having an EMERGENCY issue
Recently I formatted my laptop, and did not backup my password manager database. I'm currently posting this under my girlfriend's login. I need to regain access to the admin account for the glassrage.com domain. I've also lost access to the backup email account attached to this account. I do however still have access to the Glass Rage Facebook page, and DNS management console. If I could verify some information with an admin to regain control of my account (and my business), that would be awesome.

I am relatively new to zoho, but am a big fan. You guys offer a lot of great features other email providers don't. I think the zoho interface is great and am hoping there are no big changes planned in the near future. So many other providers like hotmail and yahoo have redone their interfaces and they have become horrible, which is why I went looking for a new email provider and found zoho.
