Pop account download sent mails
Hi, I configured zoho to get mail from another account vi pop, I noticed that zoho downloaded only few mail from sent folder. Why zoho don't get all mails? Pop downloading problem

e-mail alias list does not sort in the message compose window
Hi there! This is a relatively minor annoyance, but I make heavy use of the email alias feature of Zoho to cut down on spam on my domain, so it has started to annoy me more. Each time I sign up for something on a website, I use a new alias just for that site which not only allows me to delete the address when I'm done, but also points exactly to where the spam came from. The problem is that the alias list in the "Send as" drop-down in the message compose window seems to keep them sorted chronologically
Setting the "From" email account
Brand new newbie here. I set up an email account name when I setup my account, but now I decided that I don't want that account to be the account name that my emails come from. So I've tried setting up new accounts, users etc. No matter what I do, that email account just keeps showing up as the default account that I'm logged into Mail with and that all my emails seem to be coming from. Sync Contacts Pictures
I'm trying sync my zoho contacts with my new blackberry z10 (BBOS10), with exchange metod, and everything working fine but contact pictures. In Gmail contacts, pictures of contacts are synct with no problem, zoho have plans to implement this field to contacts sync soon ? Thanks
Print font size too small
While the font size of my mail is just fine on screen, when I print an email it is too small for me to read with ease. I am used to reading font size 11 or 12. My emails are printed at about size 8 or 9 I would guess. Is there a way I can adjust this?

Hi, I have not received any emails today even though I know some have been sent to me. After reviewing the forums I assume it is a block for exceeding the 1G limit so I have deleted the one email that breached the limit. Can I please have the block removed from my account?

Unable to send through zoho but client works through gmail
Hi, I am using a client with the following settings host: 'smtp.zoho.com', port: 465, ssl: true, use_authentication: true, user: '[my zoho login email address]', pass: 'my correct password' Using these settings I can send from one client but not another client. In the client that does not work with zoho, i can change the settings to gmail.com and it works just fine. I just finished configuration for mail hosting for domain "ssitech.bg". Everything seem good and i sending and receiving mails. Unable to View Emails
I am unable to view any of my emails (sent or received). I can see the list of email subjects, but when I go to select an email to read, it loads, then the list of subjects goes blank and the email I want to see doesn't show up. I have to click on "email" again to pull the subject list back up. I would really like this to be fixed as soon as possible. I can't keep up with my clients because of this.
Verifying .tel Domain?
I'm in the process of setting up Zoho for a client, however, there's no way to put either custom HTML or CNAMEs with their (/any) .tel domain. How are we supposed to get past the verification step? Thanks.

I was wondering if someone could confirm for me when/how the propogation of 'read' status flags happens with Zoho? I'm asking because I have things set up to 'push' emails to the clients I use (ProfiMail Go on my Android phone and Outlook 2010 on my PC), which seems to work as intended, but I don't see 'read' emails show up as 'read' on all clients. For example, a 'read' email in Outlook shows up in Zoho (as seen via the web interface) but not on my phone. When is the 'read' status flag propagated

Mobile Contacts Not Syncing
Hello Zoho, First off I must say that after trying all the other providers out there you guys are by far the best in terms of your webmail UI and simplicity of use. Thanks. The problem I'm having is that all the contacts in my Zoho account are not syncing to my mobile devices. I'm using an iPhone 4 and an iPad Mini. ActiveSync Issues on iOS
