Push e-mail on BlackBerry 10?
Hi guys, I'm using a BlackBerry Z10 on Vodafone (OS 10.1.0.2312). I configured my Zoho account without any issues but my device is not getting e-mails unless I specifically tell it to refresh the inbox. No problems sending e-mails. The autoconfiguration process uses msync.zoho.com. If I use IMAP e-mail works but 1) I lose my calendar sync and 2) it drains my battery FAST. Any reports on this or suggestions? Thanks!
Not getting some mail in zoho web mail after configuring the same business mail with blackberry
Guys, I have first configured my business mail id with zoho "contact@rudraexport.com". Then using pop i have configured my blackberry with server "pop.zoho.com". Then when i was not logged in my zoho mail account in my desktop. I used to see mails in blackberry handset. when i logged into zoho mail i cant see those mails which came during logged off. i have signed up for the free 5 user lite edition for my company and have only one account (other than the admin account). when i try to login with my USER@company.com address, i am redirected to an update account information dialog which does not allow me to use @. there is no help anywhere - and have wasted an hour already.

IMAP access blocked
Hi there, my account was banned from IMAP access today. The only change I can recall is that I recently switched from Thunderbird to Outlook on my Windows machine. Apart from Outlook, I'm only using Apple Mail on my iPhone and my Mac. I'm pretty much unsure why this happened (connection limit?). I couldn't find a list of IMAP dos and don'ts. Can you please unblock my account and tell me why I was blocked?

How d I use Zoho mail to monitor kids email
Hello, I have setup email hosting with zoho with the idea that I would be able to forward my kids emails to my account to monitor their activity. I figured out how to forward their received emails but not the emails that they send. Can you point me in the right direction? Not able to view received emails
Hi! I configured my zoho email on outlook7 and according to outlook test, it was successful. I can send emails successfully but I am not able to view my received emailed in the inbox. I can see the new email messages in my zoho email, but it's not visible in the outlook inbox. Please help. Thanks!

I have noticed that sent mail appears in my Inbox, and not the sent items folder. Is this a quirk, or an error? If I then "Forward" it to the original intended recipient, it goes and appears in sent items. Comments please ??
Lots of spam getting through
I have a basic (free) Zoho account with anti-spam activated. I pick up my mail using POP on my iPhone. I'm getting a lot of spam, along the lines of "Future Gadgets", "Celebrity Doctor Tips", "Parceiro OfertaMail", and other goodies from Brazil. Why? What am I doing wrong? Shouldn't Zoho's spam filters be filtering out this garbage? Help with this would be much appreciated, thanks.

Incoming mail blocked for paid user
I have a one-line message my incoming mail is blocked. There is no indication of where or how I can get it unblocked. I see on the forum that this is really, REALLY common. Apparently there might be a place where as Admin I can unblock it, but I can not find it anywhere and your notification gives no clue whatsoever. Please UNBLOCK MY MAIL!

Hello, I've created a custom field with the Type URL, when I add the field to a template, it doesn't show as a url. When I send the (test email) it doesn't show anything at all the field or url. Access external IMAP accounts
Hi, I just recently signed up hoping to find a webmail client that also allows access to other external IMAP accounts, so that I can have one place to manage all my different e-mail accounts, instead of having to logon in different places. And I'm not necessarily looking for a unified inbox, just a place to check all my accounts by clicking on each account individually. Can anyone give me an indication of when this feature will be added to Zoho?
List Mails TO sender
Sometimes the simplest features can be the most helpful and most used. When right clicking on an email there is a context menu "List Emails from Sender". Very handy, saves a gazillion minutes. Now we want a matching twin menu item- "List Emails to Sender". Could save a ton of effort figuring out what we sent. I know there are ways to dig the info up but this would be soooo simple. Mapping contact fields from a csv import into Zoho Mail contacts
Hello, I'm trying to import contacts from a csv into my mail contacts and it's only auto-filling 2 or 3 fields from the csv, yet I have about 10 or 12 fields filled in on the csv. All of those fields also have places in the Zoho Mail contact, but they aren't mapping over. Is there a way for me to map these fields since they're not being detected by the import? Any other suggestions? Thanks
