Pop Up Notification
I have this set up in Chrome but there is no way to make it stay for more than a couple of seconds. I have webmail notifier set up where I have to manually click on it to make it disappear that way I don't have to check it all the time. Anyway to make the Zoho pop up stay longer or be manual to disappear?? One more suggestion and maybe I missed this but when I delete a mail is it possible to automatically go to the next new mail?? Thanks

I am a new user. However it strikes me as odd that (when I see an email has come in) I have to manually search for the contact in the crm. There should be a hot link inside mail.

Hi, I would like to create a myname@zoho.com email address and be able to access it via my current zoho account. I do not currently have a .zoho.com email account, I just have my own domain name configured in zoho. Is this possible without creating a new account? Thanks
How to add current CRM users to a New Zoho Mail setup with the same domain?

setting up another email ID which operates directly through zoho servers.
Currently my email goes throiugh my web host and gets forwarded to zoho. I would like to setup another email box which operate directly in the zoho server, bypassing my web host, because there is a delay. The free account allows only 1 external POP clients whereas standard edition allows unlimited. Does that mean I can only connect 1 pop client for 1 account?

When I send an email to a wrong address is the system from Zoho mail configured to send a notification of: "undelievered mail return to a sender"?? I need this to be configured since we had it in Outlook and now I don't know if we will keep receiving this and it's quite important.

Not able to receive mails within newly created users of my domain

Name vs. username
Because this is my business address, I'd like my email to show up in people's inbox's as MyName <myemailaddres@zoho.com> . However, it simply says MyEmailAddress <myemailaddress@zoho.com> . I've already changed my name in the personal information part of my account, but that didn't work. How can I do this? Surely, there's a way! Thank you.

Hi, I have created my zoho account yesterday(02/07/2013), I've created 2 emails, Example: email1@mcpower.com.br email2@mcpower.com.br I've tried to send email between them, and Its not working On My Painel "Administração de email >> Solucionar problemas" they appear with the message "Temporary local problem - please try later". I can receive and send from any other domains, gmail, hotmail, i've tried some friends emails too, and its all working, but only between my zoho email accounts not working.

Hi, Thank you for all your hard work making great products. Currently I use Zoho Mail and mainly access it over IMAP. I recently switched back to Zoho's spam filter from a client-based filter for various reasons. However, IMAP marks spam in the spam folder as unread. I tried to set up a filter to mark all spam mail as read, but I couldn't seem to identify any way for the filters to tell that spam had been sent to the folder. Any way I can do this? Thanks.
How do I get incoming e-mails to go to a specific subject line folder or label folder?
I have several e-mail address at this time with outlook. Each one has a specific folder, such as when a sale is made, when a question is asked, contact me box, and when someone clicks on that specific link, it goes to the proper folder. How do I accomplish something like this with Zoho using a specific name in the subject line.

Hi, I was wandering if you could help me please. I use a site called Wattpad which sends out notifications, a bit like Facebook, when someone has dropped a comment at you. For some reason Zoho mail is no longer receiving emails from the site. I've used an alternative web address for a few days, and the emails are sent and received happily, so the block seems to be at Zoho's end. I've not got any filters / blocks in place to prevent incoming emails from Wattpad. Help? Thanks Gavin

I have had several people call me over the past week or so saying they have sent email to me but I never received these emails. Some of these emails were sent directly from my website and involved potential sales. Is there a way to recover lost emails? I have checked spam/junk folders and they are not there. Permanently Delete Inactive Accounts
Hello. I just had some issue with old account, since I had no authorization to modify my alias assigned to my own domain. I had a test domain registered, so I deleted it from Control Panel to add another new domain. I have free plan so I wasn't able to put more than 1 domain. So I deleted the old account and all related data into it (domains, alias etc) and made this one which is working with my new domain. The problem is, how is possible to permanently delete the old account? I assigned "giovanni89r"

Can i sync outlook and zoho?
I want to be able to use outlook for my emails, and then later log into zoho and see all my communication with those clients in zoho, without having to manually add things using the outlook plugin. Is this possible?
Zoho won't recognize second email address when importing...
Is there a way to write CSV field names so that Zoho will pick up a second email address? It gets the "Email Address" field correct, but then completely does not import the next field titled "Email Address 2". I've also tried re-naming the field to "Other Email Adress" and "Work Email Address". Thoughts? Thanks JD
