I have created a sign up form for my campaign. I added the First Name and Last Name field via the edit form fields option for my mailing list. I even made these field mandatory. When i go to the sign up form, the form correctly recognises that these fields are mandatory but the field values never get saved into the mailing list. Only the email gets saved. Anyone know what the problem is?
Do I need a domain to use Zoho email? Can I use Zoho email without a domain?

I can not create an alias
I would like to create an alias (pub@tombu.com) but it will not let me. The error message is: Alias Email Id already registered by user not belongs to your organization. What causes this problem? There is only one account for tombu.com so this address should not be taken already
I was changing my Primary Log in ID Email, it the E mail I chose won't receive the confirmation.
It was receiving normal e mails from zoho, but not the confirmation e mail... There is no spam folder to get lost in. Now I can't send e mails at all. Help. I changed it because the one I was using went away.
I have created 5 accounts, do they all need to have seperate zoho accounts as well?
I just created some sub accounts on my zoho mail server, but when I give the user name and password to the individuals and they sign in, they are told that this is their first sign in and that they must create a zoho mail account. Is there any way to avoid that and just use the account name that I created for them with my domain name?

I am now aware of the limit to sending emails per day, but was not before. Can my account be unblocked? Also, I am a single user using @zoho.com as my domain, but would be interested in paid service to remove or enlarge this limit. What are my options? CRM Subscription with Zoho Mail?
Hi, I've purchased yesterday the Invoice, CRM + Zoho Mail for 4 total users. For Zoho Mail the cost is 3$ per users per month which I have no problem with but once I get into my Zoho Mail account it keeps saying that I have a free version and if I want more group I have to pay another 3$ / month per users. Can you then tell me for what am I paying with that CRM thingy then? Plus, how do I configure Zoho Mail to be IMAP with my iPhones now? Thanks, David
Why does Zoho use Adobe Flash in the Mail application?
On 2 different computers I tend to have this problem. I'll open my browser and every time I click on an email, or a label, or a folder - I'll get an error message from Adobe Flash notifying me that the application has crashed. I generally just have to restart the browser and the message will eventually go away. Sometimes I've had to go as far as uninstalling and reinstalling flash, and restarting my browser to make the error message cease. My question is - why is flash used in the first place?
Fetch Mail
I have set the fetch interval to the lowest value, but Mail keeps taking a long time to arrive... between users we have timed that it takes between 5 to 7 minutes. I really find this to e extremely long speacially when you send it to people from your same department... is there any way to optimize this time? Thanks!

I have set-up a zoho mail account to work with my wordpress site under the domain name thecookclub.org. I can send mail but not receive, please could you suggest what I need to look at next. I have set-up the DNS edit as follows: MX 20 enquiries. MX 10 sarah. TXT v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all CNAME zb13721119 thecookclub.org.zoho.com. Hello, I'm contemplating getting a payed Zoho (mail) subscription, 10gig, for one user. I'm wondering though - I've got several domain names that I would need to link to Zoho, is this possible? In my current free account I can only link one domain, is there a limit in a payed account? Kind regards Jan
Zoho Mail Add On is not free?
I am using the Professional version of Zoho CRM for my organisation. Tried to add Zoho Mail Add On for all of the three users, which is mentioned to be free if one decides to use the Lite version. However, I am not able to activate it for even one user in the Subscription section. Does that mean that I will have to pay for Zoho Mail since the Zoho CRM version is a paid one?

Download of mails from my zohoaccount with mozilla thunderbird does not work
How can I succesfully download my mails with thunderbird? I know that it principly works, a friend of mine is doing so. But whenever I try to set up a account within thunderbird it shows a message, that username or password is wrong. But they are right, I tried it a dozen times, also copying the name and passwort from the browser (which succesfully opens my zoho account). Thanks in advance for help Sylvia

Hi I have registered a domain with Asiahost.cc. but sadly it failed to accept blank/@ as hostname for MX records. Their support said that it should be given a name, cannot leave blank. Please advice, thanks in advance.
Contacts & Address Book
Hello, I've just opened a new business account with Zoho and was able to pretty much figure it all out by myself. I do have one question though. I was able to import all my contacts to the Contacts app, but when I go to Mail and create a new email and click on Address book, I can't see any of my 500 contacts I've imported. Is there something I'm missing here? Is there a way to access my contacts from a new email form? Thanks in advance. Lawrence.
Certificate error / Fortigate?
I checked mail earlier in the evening through imap with no problem -- this time, however, Thunderbird is spitting out an error message that it can't verify *.zoho.com as a trusted site. The certificate in question is issued by Fortigate, and was supposedly issued on 9/11 of this year. Should I worry, or is this the correct certificate?

I'm trying to set up a contact form for one of my clients. I am using PHPMailer for that effect. I can send mails from the zoho email account easily but when I try to send an email to the zoho account, i get this error: SMTP -> FROM SERVER:553 Relaying disallowed SMTP -> ERROR: DATA not accepted from server: 553 Relaying disallowed What I am trying to do is to send an email to my zoho account ("info@asianaservices.com") with the form data entered by the user as the body. I have been using it for several months now but recently found out the following: When I send an email form me@mydomain.com to someone - they have been receiving it is me@zoho.com. (the original email zoho created when I signed up for an account. I clearly have my domain email selected as the sending email. Cretaed a new user with a separate inbox - can't figure out how to access it
Hello, I added a user to the account so that I would have a separate inbox for things like forum updates from my website. I successfully added the user, but now I can't figure out how to access that user's inbox. 1) How can I access the new user's inbox? 2) Is there a way I can toggle between the inboxes or become a permitted user over that inbox, as well? It would be nice to be able to see it, because the other user is fictitious, since it is for forum emails. Thank you!

Hi I have set up email with myname@zoho.com and am then adding additional accounts that I use I am slowly moving everything across from Google Apps which I have been using for some time. With Google Apps all my mail went into one inbox, and I have noticed that with Zoho it separates it into individual accounts. Is it possible to direct all mail into one inbox to be actioned? Thanks

Hi, Our domain is hosted with other vps provider and we are trying to setup our email hosting with zoho. I created the users, verified the domain and changed the MX records. After a while, I tried sending an email from my gmail account to admin[at]notifyme[dot]in. The email got bounced saying that "user not found". Gmail was able to contact mx.zohomail.com, so I assume mx records are updated. I wanted to ask how much time does it take to create a mailbox for a user (24 hrs) ? Can you please check
Getting AWAY from gmail
I'm migrating ALL my data away from google services and thought I'd finally found an acceptable email service. I used my gmail address to verify the zoho account, planning to delete the gmail after I'd decided to stick with zoho--and now they're linked. I can't sign into zoho separately. This is unacceptable. I thought I was signing up for an email service, not another way to access gmail. What a disappointment. Can zoho be used on its own? If so, how? If not, I'll be deleting my account.
