Mark a folder as a 'sent' folder?
This is related to the comment I made in another thread regarding wanting control of which columns are displayed and basically wanted to know if a folder could be 'marked' as a 'sent' folder? That way it would display the 'To' address rather than the 'From' address. I have several folders which are copies of 'sent folders where this would be useful. Thanks Dave

Hello, My employees profile pictures do not show up across applications. On our mail dashboard, under our Projects panel the profile picture is not showing up. It also does not show up for Projects and Pulse only it shows up for People.

Hi, I'm having trouble sending emails through my website. I keep getting the following error: 'The operation has timed out..." All of a sudden I am not receiving email on my phone. It was fine this morning but not now. I can still send emails. Don't know how to fix it!!! I have a Samsung Galaxy S4.....don't know if that helps!!

Unable to receive emails
Dear Admin, Please help, i am unable to receive emails. Outgoing however is working but when i send email from my other ID to my Zoho email address, it returns bounced stating a permanent error. Day one problems!
I signed up with zoho today, after my yahoo account was hacked. I then tried to use my lovely new zoho account to inform all my contacts - over 300, I now realise - of my new address, as well as to apologise for the spam they received from my yahoo account hijacker. I now can't send email. Additionally, I can't open the emails already downloaded to outlook - I get this dialogue box: 'This message has not been fully downloaded. Would you like to unmark it for download?' I'd be incredibly grateful

I am new to Zoho and trying streamline my sales day. I was successfully able to sync my zoho calender and my outlook 2010 calender. However, I notice that when they appear on my outlook calender it doesn't show the customer or contact for the appointment. Can anyone help? Thanks
Columns TO and FROM in message list
Hi. Is it possible to change what columns are displayed in the message list? In most folders there is a FROM column. In the Sent folder there is a TO column instead of the FROM column. I would like all folders to have TO and FROM columns. The reason is I like to file my mail in a folder according to its topic. So both sent and received messages end up in the same folder. All the sent messages are displayed with my own name in the FROM column. That's correct, but not very helpful. I want to see who
Outgoing Email is Blocked
My outgoing email hadren50 at zoho .com was blocked because I exceeded the 20MB daily limit. It has been over 24 hours now and I would like to know if it will auto-magically be unblocked and how long it takes. Or do I need to contact an administrator to reset it? Who would that administrator be? Also, is it true that I could have compressed all the pics into a zip file and sent up to 200MB without an issue? I dunno.
SSL connection times out
I set up an SSL connection to an IMAP mail server using the default ports. Everything works ok for a few minutes (sending and receiving). After a while (few minutes maybe) I get a message that the connection has timed out. I can't see anywhere in either the Zoho or server setup where there is any timeout option. And the server doesn't time out when I am accessing it through webmail. Any suggestions on what to try?

I am having difficulty adding my Zoho mail account to my iPad. It tells me that my user name/password is incorrect for the incoming mail server information. That information is required so if I don't enter my Zoho user name and password, what information will I enter?
Change Primary Email ID

Hi, recently I switched to zoho.com from a zimbra account and I'm very pleased with the service. But I have some issues: 1) Activesync is not working from my WindowsPhone8, it gives me Error Code 85010015. Configuration seems to be ok, also I looked into some of the discussions and instructions. SSL SMTP being rerouted
I would like to use smtp.zoho.com as a smart host for some of my servers to send mail. I've set it up using postfix with stunnel so that it can talk via SSL. Postfix does not support SSL directly, as SSL is deprecated for mail. TLS is the standard now, but zoho does not support it. Mail Fetch not working with GMAIL
Zoho Mail stopped working with my GMAIL account. After suffering through several weeks of it downloading my mail at about 20-25 email per 5 minutes, it stopped at about 125K email. Zoho first said this was all a problem with Google GMAIL. Finally got both on line in conference call. Google demonstrated that (1) it was not a GMAIL problem (e.g., I can create a POP account in Microsoft Outlook 2013 and download all email back to beginning without problem AND QUICKLY, not throttled at 20-25 each

How to delete
Hello, I had a user by my domain in ZohoMail, but the user ID or account ID for that user was set before her and was not appropriate for her, so I decided to release her existing email ID from it current zoho account and use this email ID for new Zoho Account. But as a super admin, I couldn't create mail box for an user under "info@mydomain.com". IMAP blocked - and number of connections?!
Seems I've exceeded the number of imap connections. Could I be unblocked please? From searching in the forums it would seem the culprit is a combination of using the Android email app K9 (or one of its derivitives) and trying to download ALL of my archived email which I've got to the Zoho mail servers via the migration tool. New paid user: not receiving email from Gmail more recently than 2011?
