Read/unread message syncing
Not sure if this is a Thunderbird or Zoho issue. A client of mine mentioned he was having some IMAP sync issues with Zoho and Thunderbird. I use the same combination and hadn't noticed an issue until today. I have a message that I read on on my iPhone. It is marked as read on my iPhone and in Zoho, but still marked as unread in Thunderbird - more than an hour after reading it in my iPhone. Deleted messages sync fine between the three locations. Any ideas? Scott

My outgoing mail has been blocked. How do I correct this? I have been having a lot of problems with my Zoho account today via Outlook. When I have been sending attachments, I keep getting a notice stating that it exceeds the limit and then the message keeps popping up. I have had to delete my zoho account from outlook several different times today to get it to stop.
daily mail bounce count exceeded the allowed limit of 10
Can someone please help unlock my account so that I can continue working on my project. thanks
Error configuring external POP Account in Zoho mail
Hello, We're trying to connect our existing mail accounts into the Zoho Mail client under Settings > POP Accounts. We are using the same settings as are used for other mail clients (Outlook, Thunderbird), but are immediately receiving a 'Problem in connecting to mail server' message. Our mail server requires TLS for incoming/outgoing connections. At the moment, I am unsure what further steps to take to troubleshoot. I'm looking for any suggestions. Can you please unblock my account? I recieved a lot of incoming mails these past three days and it seems I went way past the limit. There wasn't any note when I was making an account in zoho that the account will get blocked permanently if I recieve a lot of emails in one day. Extremely annoying.

Exchange ActiveSync problems
Hello, I have a HTC Android phone and have been using the Exchange ActiveSync for several months without any problems, until now. Since a few weeks back, it seems that my mobile phone has been having trouble synching the contacts from Zoho. I haven't changed the configuration or anything. In the mobile phone I go to Accounts & sync -> Exchange ActiveSync. If I click on Sync Now, email gets synched correctly, but when it start synching contacts it stays there forever, without erroring or anything.

This message has just appeared at the top of my ZM "No. of users in your Org account exceeds the user licenses purchased. Please buy additional licenses to avoid deactivation of excess users." I have no idea what this means, What is an "Org" account I did not know I had one and in any case I have not made any changes or added users, and what licences are they talking about? Futhermore the word "buy" is a active link and when I click on it I get no explanation, in fact it goes to the subscription
Zoho mail in CRM
I had a email tab in the CRM at one time, and I can't get it back. I also can't get a email to record in Zoho CRM when I click the hyperlink in the contact. If I scroll down and hit the Send email button, it uses Zoho mail, but does not send anything; although it does record it. I have something messed up and I can't figure it out.
Viewing "verbose" Email Headers By Default
In the mail window, be default, email headers are minimal. It just shows "from" and "to". No subject, date, etc. As below: If I click the little triangle in the upper left corner, I can get more "verbose" headers, which is what I like. Is there anyway I can set the default so that when I read an email, it automatically shows me the relevant headers? At least Subject, Date and the email address of senders and receivers would be nice. Thanks
iPhone: Cannot Get Mail. The connection to the server failed
Hi I'm getting this message on my iPhone when the inbox is trying to sync. My last inbox sync was 5/22 12.21pm EST. No settings on my iPhone have changed and I'm using the same wireless connection as always. My wife's account/iPhone is working fine with her Zoho account. And it's only the inbox that is affected. My other folders (sent items, deleted) seem to sync perfectly ok. I am not experiencing any web mail or other email client issues, just the inbox on the iPhone. Please advise. Many thanks

Hello, I set up my account 12 hours ago with MX records fully updated and am able to send/receive emails from my account. However when I was going to send invitation, it showed: You can start referring other domains only after you change the mx records of your domain Please help, I would like to setup new zoho accounts for other customers of mine. where did the step by step setup guide go?
Hi, I was setting up Zoho on my domain, and then saw that I need to add all users ^before^ I change the MX records. So I interrupted the step-by-step setup guide to go and add some more users. Now I can't go back to the step-by-step guide, I can't find a link to it nowhere. Also, I suspect that you shouldn't make people create all users before changing the MX records - MX records are not at all dependent on the users... am I right? Thanks!
Sending Blocked
Why is my account susan,gilbert@zoho.com blocked for sending? I haven't exceeded the daily count - I checked online and there were only 100 in the last 36 hours... oddly they show each mail as being sent twice though no-one has actually received 2. This is seriously disrupting what I'm trying to do and causing me to send from a different email account that I am trying to close.... HELP!
Exchange on mobile device: Deleted Emails still visible
Hi, I am using zoho mail with a mobile device (Windows Phone 8 - Exchange Server Connection) and on my laptop in a Browser. Unable to get zoho mail from mobile devices
I was using K-9 on Android on both a phone and a tablet. Both started getting flaky. So I am trying to switch to built-in email app on android tablet. It tells me my username and password are wrong. I changed the password and used the new pwd and I still get the error. I am hoping I can use the android browser to check my zoho mail... not happy, but can survive for a few days until things are worked out. But otherwise if android browser cannot check my zoho mail, then I no longer have mobile access

Account setup - only have email diversion on own domain.
Hi, I was trying to setup the free account (to start anyway) and it asked for my own domain, which I gave. However, to verify this domain it seems to require access to the home page. This I cannot do as the domain is only registered for purposes of email diversion ( at present anyway, and this won't change in the very near future) so I was wondering how to go about setting email up on Zoho in this case? Outgoing email blocked again
Hi there I had a message (with attachments) sitting in my outlook folder which for some reason sent itself about 6 times before getting blocked. I am completely fine with this; you did the right thin based on exceeding my daily limit and I have fixed the issue. However, what I would expect is that the next day I get my mails back again, altho I am in NZ which is GMT+12 so it may still be the same day where your servers reside. Red cross to delete message does not work in Flagged view
I have found that if I select Flagged view, and open any message in the list, I can not delete it using the red cross button, it does not work. The red cross does what it should in any other view, i.e. Inbox, Labels, Trash, Spam. It makes management of messages less efficient if they can not be deleted from within the Flagged view.
