Not able to receive email in ZoHo's mailbox
Hi, I am able to send and receive emails vai ZoHo's mailbox that means MX records and configured correctly. No issues on that. But when I am sending email's vai website [gazeitsolutions] [dot] [com] on click of button called [Submit] this email is not able to receive in ZoHo's email box. But the wired thing is that I can see this sent email is recevied in my domain provider's email inbox and not in ZoHo's Inbox. FYI: email is sent from: info@gazeitsolutions.com to: info@gazeitsolutions.com I have

Still Having trouble recieving emails

Exchange server on iPhone issue
When I followed the instruction to add zoho hosting to my exchange activesync account on iPhone, it keeps failing out with the message: Unable to Verify account information. The setup i used is: email: email@mydomain.com servier: msync.zoho.com username/password: email@mydomain.com/mypassword Anybody knows any solution to this? Thanks!

at around 12:40 pacific time I stopped getting emails on my iphone - when I try to get mail I get a 'connection to the server failed' error. mail is still working for my imap accounts (but of course they still aren't synchronizing appropriately…) did something change on zoho's end?

Can not connect SMTP SSL via port 587 to smtp.zoho.com
My ISP blocked port 465 and only opened 587 for smtp ssl service. So, I try to configure my email client on Mac using this article: http://www.zoho.com/mail/help/mac-pop-access.html and setup my email clients account smtp port to 587 like in the article because zoho mail also support port 587 for its smtp service. But it turns out I can not access smtp port 587 on smtp.zoho.com, so my email client failed to send my email. I already tried test it too via telnet and its result is also fail. Please,
Send but not receive emails
I set up my email so it's @mydomainname.com and also set up my alias. I can send email but do not receive it. Also, when I click an email address from within the CRM, I get directed to my hosting company's webmail . . . not Zoho's mail. Not receiving emails
I have recently set up a Zoho mail account and developed a domain name email. I have made all the recommended changes to the MX records and CNAME to verify the domain name, yet when I send test emails I do not receive them. I made the MX changes around two days ago now, so it should have registered. I would really appreciate any advice anyone can offer. Thanks Alicia

Hello! I 've been using GMX mail for the last 3-4 years but i 'm not pleased any more and i have decided to move to Zoho. I need 3 accounts, one personal, one business and one for my music band. I opened an account with my domain and I set it according to the instructions. I can send emails but not receive emails. I tried to send mail to the new mailbox through GMAIL, and I got an error message.
Maximum allowed attachment size not consistent
Greetings, I just tried to send a message with a attachment of 21,25 MB. When I click on send in Applemail the Server tells the client it cannot handle the request because it exceeds the maximum attachment size of 25 MB. When I try to send it from the webmail however it tells me the maximum is 20MB instead. Obviously 20MB is the maximum allowed but I am curious why does the server communicate a 25 MB limit instead suddenly as exception handling. Best regards,

Zoho on Kindle fire
I have Zoho set up as POP on my Kindle Fire. I can receive messages but I have been unable to send any though I was able to send in the past with my previous email account. I have outgoing server as smtp.zoho.com, SSL (two options here if available or always, I have tried both), Port 465. Any help would be great though of course I have other options for sending mail but it would be handy! Thank you. Jamini

"Catch all" strange behavior
Hi, I've just set up a catch all on my domain. When i tested it the first email bounced back. So I thought i'd give it a while and try again. The second email to the same address worked and was received. However i then tried a few more and they are all bouncing back. For example, me@domain.co.uk anyone@domain.co.uk How could this be?

I am running my gmail email account through Zoho, and while I can receive emails, I can't send or reply to any.
