After Gmail migration: folders are not shown in sidebar
Hi, I've just successfully migrated emails from two gmail accounts to my new account at Zoho. There is one problem with folders, though: folders were imported, but they don't appear in the sidebar, nor can I select these folders in the search. I know that the folders exist, because the folder name is displayed when I view the list of emails. Only two of the custom folders (labels on Gmail) were imported correctly, i.e. only these two folders can be selected. How can I fix this?
Migration from Fastmail
Hi there- No matter what I do, I can't seem to migrate from Fastmail to Zoho. I've triple checked my server details, and I'm using the exact same account details (adding manually) that i use to login to my email now but it keeps coming back saying "Authentication details provided was rejected by Source server. Kindly provide..." Anyone have any success migrating from fastmail? What am I missing?

Can't Connect to Server Error with Activesync
For the last 24 hours I have been unable to access my email from the iOS mail app on my iPhone. IMAP on my desktop and via the browser on my iPhone both work fine. In the mail app I get a "The connection to the server failed" error message. I have the account set as an exchange account using the msync server and it's been working fine until yesterday.
Custom Domain Login issue
Got the CNAME mail.mydomain.co working on my custom domain pointing to business.zoho.com but when I try to login with the username@mydomain.co ask me to register a new username etc etc. Everything is setup right at the control panel. I can login fine with username@mydomain.co on http://accounts.zoho.com. Just want to Login to the Webmail.
Unable to connect to Yahoo POP account
Hello, I am unable to connect to my Yahoo POP account using both pop.mail.yahoo.com and pop.mail.yahoo.it POP servers with port 995 and SSL. First I get this message: Invalid Security Certificate for the Server. Zoho Mail can accept certificates?
Hi everyone. I'm trying to connect to a POP account of my email of the Faculty through Zoho Mail but Zoho Mail always give this error: " Problem in connecting to the mail server". I repeated this process many times and I'm sure that all the fields are well filled. But I think that the problem is that this email service that I'm trying to connect, ask always to accept a certificate. Maybe Zoho Mail is not accepting this certificate? I am testing Zoho right now in the hopes of using it as an alternative to GMail for my own domains. Thunderbird doesn't receive the messages for my zoho adress
Hi, I've noticed thunderbird doesn't receive the messages for the zoho address I've created. When I try from other adresses, it says the message has been sent but it never appears on the screen. I have tried with pop and imap,changed le ports, nothing works. I don't find the messages on zoho either. Of course the outgoing mail works because it doesn't rely on zoho. Cannot Add Zoho To Outlook
Hi there, I am unable to add my Zoho mail accounts to Outlook 2010. The right settings are set up for them with my DNS Manager as I can send and receive emails as normal, but when I try to add the accounts to Outlook with POP3, I get an error when the program tests the settings. Zoho isn't forwarding mail to outlook
Hello, I've 'enabled' email forwarding in Zoho and Outlook and clicked the verification link sent to me, i set up a 'send only' account in Outlook for the zoho email address (so I can send as the zoho address from outlook) but still when I send an email to the zoho, it will not forward to the outlook address! creating a label not working
I have created a label called Cars. I have received an email from Gmail in the Inbox. I want to move this email to the folder called Cars. It isn't even listed in the "Move To" box. So my message is stuck in the "Inbox". 2nd problem I have a 100 or so messages that I want to move from Gmail to Zoho Mail. These messages are in the Gmail Sent folder and other folders. I see no easy way of doing this.
aliases on domain accounts pointing to external email
I have a domain name registered which is mylastname.com and have had it hosted on a webhost for many years and have a number of aliases/forwarders set up for family members (i.e. fred@mylastname.com forwards to my brother Fred's preferred gmail address). If I transfer the mail hosting to Zoho, will I still be able to set up these "external" aliases or forwarders? If so, is there a limit or cost? Thanks

Hello, I use Zoho Mail on my Android phone via Exchange ActiveSync. That works very well. However, I also read non-Zoho email (e.g. GMail, others) on my Zoho email web client which I receive from these external provides via POP. I would like to be able to be able to read this email on my Andrid phone via my Zoho ActiveSync account, without having to configure separate accounts with each of these non-Zoho providers. We are considering upgrading to Zoho mail, from our current host site which is not Zoho. Will this be a painless process? We use ZCRM now with mail add-on and would wish to make minimal changes to our current configuration. Curious to know your thoughts, and necassary requirerments to make this happen. Instead of my gmail opening up everytime I click on a "mailto" link... is there a way to configure in Firefox and IE (even desktop), so that Zoho Mail becomes my default email client? thanks.
Vertical Scroll bar in Zoho email listing display page
How can I get a scroll bar (vertically, over to the right) in my zoho email listing? I want to be in the toggle layout option where your listings of email go completely over to the right edge of the screen. Also when set with this layout, it is not possible to completely scroll through the email that is on display below. I cannot read all of the email. Is there a setting?
Scrolling through email conversations when in reply mode
I also have a question/problem about scrolling through an email when in "reply" mode. Select reply, it brings up the email and its corresponding conversation string, but the problem is, I cannot scroll completely through the entire string of conversation. It will not let me scroll down through it all. What setting do I need to fix this?
