New mail accounts unable to receive emails
I setup my email with Zoho on yesterday. Configured it with my domain address theempowerinsource.org. I am able to send emails but am unable to receive emails. I have tried to send from my yahoo account and another email provider and immediately get an unable to send error message. Please help! This email will be very important to my organization in the near future and I do need to be able to receive emails.

Sent mail showing up as read in destination folder
Hello, I'm a recent convert to Zoho. Some e-mails I've sent recently have shown as read in my correspondent's inboxes. So far I know this has happened when sending to people using addresses at chiark.greenend.org.uk. It may have happened with others - I'll let you know if it has. Apparently the problem is an RO header which has been attached to the e-mail at the Zoho end, and which some IMAP clients use as an internal marker of already having been read. The problem appears to be with the Zoho client
Subdomain not working
I just purchase the domain islsp.biz through Zoho and tried to click on the subdomains such as http://business.islsp.biz but only got this screen, see below. Do I need to give this time because it was just 5 minutes ago that I purchase the domain. Am I correct to assume that not all Services/application get a subdomain assigned, for example, the Forum does not have a subdomain, correct? Recent issue: Need to manually synchronize Zoho Mail when using OSX Mail.app?
Hello all: In the past 48 hours it seems that the only way that I can get my Zoho inbox refreshed in mail.app is to manually select "Mailbox/Synchronize". I have tried "Mailbox/Rebuild" but the problem persists. The problem will visually manifest itself when the unread message count disappears in the mailbox pane, and the message headers "disappear" from the inbox. After manually synchronizing they usually reappear (it sometimes takes 2-3 attempts.) I have no problems accessing my inbox through Zoho's
Company Owned Domain
I recently joined a company who does not have a CRM system. There is no way I could live without a CRM system, so I signed up for Zoho. I would like to integrate my mail with CRM so emails that I send from Zoho look like they come from myname@mycompany.com. If I do not personally own the domain, is it possible to make this happen?

I can send email from my ZoHo accounts to other external accounts just fine, so the SMTP server seems to be working. Dear Zoho Team, My users start complaining about sending/receiving mail. Zoho says they exceeded limit of 5GB. I went to control panel and found that each of our users only has 5GB mail storage limit! What happened? According to the subscription page: Business Professional Plan includes all the basic applications like Mail, Documents(Writer, Sheet, Show), Calendar, Tasks, Notes and Links. By default, Business Professional Plan is free for 10 Users with 1GB of Mail space per User and 1 GB of Docs

Hi, is it possible to store all outgoing email from external IMAP accounts in the corresponding IMAP folder, e.g. "Sent"? Thus the message would not require space on the Zoho servers and would be accessible from any other mailclient as well. Regards, Gerd

I just noticed that Tasks can have sub-tasks. Very cool. I'd like to suggest that if I create a sub-task, that I be able to optionally have the main task show as complete once all the sub-tasks are done. If I don't create one or more sub-tasks, then this obviously would not apply.

I was surprised how good ZOHO was especially the CRM. Recruit package I subscribe to is good too but not brilliant. But email sucks and it will cost ZOHO. I can use imap with my main zoho account. I have two other secondary accounts which I have not been successful getting a folder listing with an external imap client. When using Opera 11.52, after I login to my Zoho Mail account, the browser reports the connection as insecure because "The server attempted to apply security measures, but failed." Strangely, if I use https://m.zoho.com, I can login to my email and Opera reports the connection as secure. If I disable javascript, then Opera reports the non-mobile page as secure, but I lose all functionality of my email! New layout using mobile.zoho.com
The new layout for zoho mail using opera mini is good, however I can no longer send emails. I can compose fine but clicking send just refreshes the page. Any way I can go back to the previous version of mobile mail?
