Ask user to confirm before automatically adding email recipients to contacts list
When I initially set up a gmail account years ago, I did not choose to turn off the option to automatically add my email recipients to my contacts. Or perhaps there was no option to do so and it was a more recently added feature to Gmail. At any rate, after all these years, my contacts list in that gmail account is a pile of garbage. It is unmanageable. PLEASE add the feature to make email recipients NOT be automatically added to my contacts list. I just added this account; thus so far, my contacts
Change "Add to Contacts" setting?
When I reply to emails in Zoho, the recipient of every email is automatically added to my contacts. So, I end up with a bunch of people in my contacts that I do not know. Can I change this behavior? If so, how?
Support the IMAP IDLE command (RFC 2177)
I've noticed that Thunderbird is receiving mail on an interval rather than when it comes in. Would it be possible for ZOHO's IMAP servers to implement the IDLE command as described in RFC 2177? This would allow for instant delivery of new emails.
Suddenly no emails able to be sent or received
All was working well for myself and my users however, since first thing this morning we are not receiving emails and are not able to send them. When sending, we get the following error message '550 Administrative prohibition'. We have made no changes to our systems. Also, people are unable to send us mail, they get an 'unable to send' message. Please can you assist as this is urgent. We are unable to do business until this is fixed. cannot reply to received messages
When I first began using zoho, all worked well other than the fact that any messages composed defaulted to the smallest font, a bit of a hassle but easily overcome. Then suddenly the system didn't seem to work at all and it seemed to change format. Then I found that I could at least see my emails by clicking "all messages". ZOHO mail and GoDaddy
When I try to sign up for ZOHO mail, I cannot get the expected results in GODADDY. I follow the directions, log into GODADDY, click on my domain name, but under DNS MANAGER there is no "LAUNCH" to click on so that I may enter the ZOHO settings. DNS Manager only says "Not hosted here".

Primary Email Id displaying "Not Confirmed"

How to set up mail accounts which go to multiple people
I am used to calling an email accounts that go to multiple people a forwarding account. I think Zoho uses different terminology and I am trying to understand how to do these types of configurations. So abc@mydomain.com then goes to user1@mydomain.com and user2@mydomain.com or a 3rd party email address like Gmail. I have accounts which send an email and a SMS text message for example on my other hosting provider. Do I need to set up a group for this? That is the only thing I see that might be similar.
issue when using IMAP through iPhone
The issue has happened to me many times, but not all the time. And it only happens when I'm using it from my iphone (using IMAP). When I open my zoho inbox, when there are emails with attachments, my inbox will try to retrieve these emails, then these emails appear/disappear. It keeps doing this in a loop, never end. Sent Messages Received By Others as "Read" Already
Sending emails to university addresses in the UK and Sweden from my Zoho account means that the emails arrive as "read" already. (This does not happen when I'm sending emails to Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, or GMX). I have tried changing the encoding and the priority settings to overcome the problem, but this didn't work. As I need to correspond with people from academia often, could you please tell me how the problem can be fixed? I don't want them to be missed by not registering in anyone's unread folder.

This is weird
Today I wrote a message with an attched file (60K) to myself . But my zoho email received the message without the attachment. I also checked my zoho email in the SENT ITEMS and there was the message with attachment I just sent to myself. I ran tests in opera 11.52 and IE 8 and it's the same. IMAP syncing problem AGAIN
My employee's IMAP has stopped working again. It gives a message "Your IMAP server wants to alert you to the following: Your account is blocked from further IMAP use. this is caused due to excessive IMAP usage. POP with MS Outlook 2010 - Stored Passwords
I do not wish to store my password in MS Outlook on the PC I use as it can easily be decrypted using programs freely available on the net. How to block any email that isn't whitelisted?
I'm sick of all this spam, is there a possibility to immediately block and/or delete any mail that isn't in the whitelist? Blacklisting doesn't work because the mails com from different addresses and domains.
Templates folder still visible over IMAP, even when disabled
I've unchecked the IMAP checkbox for the persistent Templates folder, but the folder is still visible when Zoho mail is configured over IMAP. I'm using Mac Mail 5.1 (Lion). This behavior causes the Zoho mail account to appear strangely in my mail client, because the Templates folder cannot be mapped to any of Mac Mail's default folder set (Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Trash, Junk).

Hello, Recently I've tried to send too much photos that is available for my account to handle. Now I'm getting an 'address blocked' error when sending emails. It is blocked permanently or there is a chance of unblocking it? I wasn't aware of such hard quotas on the account, but if you could unblock it, I'll remember it in the future.
