Mail storage is reduced to 5GB per user!

Dear Zoho Team,

My users start complaining about sending/receiving mail. Zoho says they exceeded limit of 5GB.

I went to control panel and found that each of our users only has 5GB mail storage limit!
What happened?

According to the subscription page:









Business Professional Plan includes all the basic applications like Mail, Documents(Writer, Sheet, Show), Calendar, Tasks, Notes and Links. By default, Business Professional Plan is free for 10 Users with 1GB of Mail space per User and 1 GB of Docs storage per Organization.

Subscription :

  • Paid Business Professional Plan includes 25 GB of Mail space per User and 1 GB of Docs storage per Organization at the cost of $5 per User per month.

So what about 25GB of mail storage?
