Automated Series of Emails
We have set up a series of 4 emails that need to be sent at out a pre-determined intervals to individual prospective leads. When my inside sales team makes an initial contact with a prospective customer and that prospective customer is interested in receiving the information, I want the inside sales rep to enter their contact information into the "leads" section of the CRM, click a button the series of emails begin. How can this be programed? Tom

Unable to recall mails in zoho-mail today?
Today I cannot recall my mails, or am losing patience waiting when stuck with a message "Read css.zohostaic.com". I can open other menu items, as, of course, the one I am currently using. If this system is so good, why is it letting me down just as I am coming to rely on it?

Hi, I set up a new zoho account; with the plan to first test a=it and upgrade to a business account for me + one other person. Thing is, it is already going wrong at set up: account( sofie.pelsmakers@architectureforchange.com) works seemingly fine. Messages SENT from it, arrive speedily; but message sent to the account, never arrive!!! Why is this? Sofie

Filter based on contact category?
I have set up several categories for my contacts. I would like to be able to set up a filter that automatically labels incoming mail based on the sender's category. I can't see how to do this (without typing each separate contact into the filter). Is it possible? What am I missing? Thanks!
Import Contacts by CSV into Groups Does Not Work
Hi: We are trying to import some contacts into Zoho Mail Group by csv, but it does not work. The page stays in "Importing contacts..." and does not change, even for very small files of 5 or 6 contacts. Does anyone have a suggestion how to make this work? Thanks!

When viewing complete list of contents, I would like to be able to select by letter of the alphabet, not simply page 1,2 etc. So that you can quickly jump to all names starting with a particular letter
Highlight color on email list
May I suggest using a stronger/brighter color for the email highlighter? It is now a lovely, but hard to see, beige color. I have to make sure the monitor is tipped just right to see it and have hit the wrong email many times. At least can we have the option of changing it? (Or all colors/themes). Thanks.
Issues with spam filter
Hi, I keep getting emails from one email address put into my spam folder even though the email address is in my address book and I keep marking it as not spam. Is there any way that I can stop emails from this address being sent to spam? Ta.

Netbooks not sufficiently supported
I don't know how easy or hard what I'm going to address is to deal with. I just know it's somewhat important to me and perhaps to others... On a large screen, even though somewhat busy, Zoho is easy to navigate and work with. Some learning curve, yes, but certainly manageable. When I'm on the road, I have with me a netbook. Bug in IMAP server protocol?
Hi, I am using Thunderbird as a client to connect to Zoho using IMAP. I have a problem where certain messages will not display properly in Thunderbird. Instead of seeing the message you just see a blank pane. But you can see the messages correctly on the Zoho website. The messages that won't display always contain an attachment. I have done a lot of testing and I think I have found a problem with the IMAP software on the Zoho server. Thunderbird sends the following IMAP command. . uid fetch 14 (bodystructure)

Dear zMail Team, There had been a steadfast number of requests for blocking and unblocking Zoho Mail because Zoho Mail is aggressive to block accounts if there is perceived amount of spam-like activity. I have the following suggestions: Can you bring in a automatic unblocking based on account history and some little heuristics which can help this? blank.html open/download popups
Greetings, I reported this problem a week ago using your feedback page and noone has bothered to reply. How do we add just one more Mail Suite user without paying for them all again?
In Zoho Mail Suite I am trying to add one user. When I go to the Control Panel and click on Subscription, it shows the current 30 total users we have (20 paid and 10 free). How do I just add only one more? If I go to 31 in the pick list then it wants to charge me $105. instead of just the extra $5. for the one user. Please advise this is causing issues for us.
Can't receive emails
Set up a domain, set it up as explained in Godaddy, adding new cname to verify which went okay, then added the new MX with priority 10, Host at @, Points to mxzohomail, and below it 20, @, mx2zohomail. Zoho Mail - Custom Domain Help?

But then went I went to Zoho Mail, my new email address at my domain was there...but what happened to my free Zoho email address? permanently set font?
I'm new, and apologize in advance if I've missed something obvious. But is there a way to permanently set font size/color? Me and most of my friends have bad eyesight, and increasing size/changing color on every email is a serious pain. My ideal would be to have all incoming mail in 14 pt black, and all outgoing in 12 pt blue. Is this possible? If not, can I set both in and out to 14 pt.?

Sometimes all I know is a contacts birth day and month, not the year of their birth. The way the system is currently set-up you need to enter a year of birth - could this be made optional?

New event - public by default
Virtual Office is a great program. I'd like to know how could make all the new events public by default. Now every time I or other users insert a new event, we must click "Public" because all our events are shared and they must appear in the group calendar.
