Save without leaving Edit mode...
When I'm writing/editing a Notebook entry, the last thing I want is to write for an hour and then have my browser freeze and lose all the work. So I save my work incrementally. Problem is that each time I save, I leave edit mode. I then have to double-click to go back into edit mode, place my cursor at the right spot, and then I can continue editing. Please - can we make it so that we have Save and a Save & Close commands, with Save leaving me in Edit at the cursor? And can we have this implemented
Where should I store my folders and docs??
When I send and email, I can't see docs I create in Projects with Zoho writer. Once I finish something I want to send it, but from email view my docs seem empty. Why? Bryce
What happened to my zoho.com mail?
I just posted videos promoting my book using my zoho.com mail account and now I can't see it, send a mail to it or even find it. What happened? Is it no longer a service? I invested a bit in making the video was that all wasted because Zoho couldn't be bothered telling me the account no loner works?
Invisible Pop account?
I set up a new pop account today. The settings are Ok as far as I can tell. It shows up in the accounts list and the settings/files section for this account shows the two test emails I sent are in the inbox. But the account doesn't appear in the mailbox section and I cannot access the mail. Am I missing something? .
Why the contact icon in the left pane is not showing up?
Left Pane Left pane has the compose button, Folders, Archive Folders, Labels, Views and Contacts. You can drag and drop folders in the pane to move them. The bottom of the Left Pane has links to various POP accounts configured in ZOHO. This is what I read from the help. So I have noticed that I only do have Folders, Archive Folders, Labels, Views while Contacts do not show-up anymore. Did I miss something or is it a bug? Regards,
Can't Log In via POP to get Mail in Windows Live Mail
I've set up my zoho account to be able to get my zoho email through Windows Live Mail. When I put in all the specifics as outlined in the settings and POP tab, and enable pop, the server stops responding. It will not log in to get email. But I can get my regular pop3 internet provider email just fine. Any ideas on what the problem could be? Mel
How can I save and open file directly into Docs?
If I have an open file on my desktop (pdf, doc, xls) is there a way to save it directly into Docs. Currently I have to save it to a location and then uploaded into Docs.
Not automatically recieving email
Hi, I've noticed the problem yesterday and today. Email is not automatically appearing. I have to switch folders to see new mail. Seems to be an auto refresh problem. Eg. Looks like no email is there until I switch folder and then all new emails appear. Its happening on two different machines one running FF 3.6 and the other FF 4.0 beta. Could you take a look. Editing emails
I can't seem to figure out if there is a way for me to edit my emails without cutting old text out and pasting new text in. When I attempt to type in a area that I am editing the text is written over and also the spacing is taken away making it so I have to retype the entire sentence.
Creating multiple zoho mail accounts....
I just bought the mail add on and I was able to set myself up, but not my employee. I did buy 2 licenses but when I try to configure hers, I keep getting asked to put my domain in. When I do, it says it already exists.... Do I set up her email account while logged in as her or as me as the admin? Thanks....

553 error on email
Hi, After setting up my POP3 email settings within Zoho mail, I am able to receive mail fine. However, I cannot send. I get a 553 error saying "that domain isn't on my list of allowed rcpt hosts". I have verified my domain. I have not changed my MX on my domain (hosted elsewhere) as I'm not sure this is necessaryl. Can you assist? Also, I added a second POP3 email address - I used the same incoming server and correct passwords - however I cannot receive or send! Help? Paul

Hi, I use a catch all email that I currently have forwarded to gmail, but gmail has stated bouncing random emails, without giving a reason. Does Zoho refuse any incoming mail to an account for any reason? I am aware that there is a 300MB/day, but is there any other reason why mail might not reach my account?

IMAP client and web interface do not stay in sync
Hi. I am accessing my Zoho account in two ways - via the web interface and via Thunderbird using IMAP. I can read my mail OK in both places. But any changes I make in one interface are not properly reflected in the other. For example, if I delete a mail in Thunderbird, I can look on Zoho and it is still there. Bug with Assigning Filter Using Labels
I think I discovered a bug with how the assignment of labels works within the filter settings. Let's say my Zoho address is 123@zoho.com and I have a label "Work" created for this account. Now if I set up a POP3 account (e.g. 123@yahoo.com) and go to the filter settings for this Yahoo account, I will get an error message when I try to create a new filter with the same name ("Work" in this case), even though the filter with such a name still does not exist for this account. Can't add new email ID
I want to create a new email address. I could log out and go through the registration process anew, but I think it would be better to add an email ID to my existing account. Please correct me if I'm wrong on that. But I find what should be an extremely intuitive process impossible to understand. I fill out the new display name, but what is the verification address? Zoho Mail - does not function
I can log into Zoho fine, and I do have (and always have had) a Mail tab. It has a green dot. But there are none of my previous emails shown. No new emails I have sent since noticing this problem show either. No buttons at the email screen will do anything. I have the same problem with Firefox and with IE8. stopped getting emails in 2011
noticed that my zoho mail stopped importing my pop emails since 2011. I have changed nothine before then. However, I am still able to send emails. when I got to mail settings, I see that the password for my pop account is empty. so I entered it Also the default settings for the smtp outgoing server is smtpout.mail.zoho.com with default port 25. when I click save, it asks for my outgoing password. I choose to authenticate and give my zoho log in but I get an invalid outgoing server error message.
login-only page
It would be nice if zoho had a login-only page without the unnecessary stuff around. On a weak connection like 2G, it takes a lot of time while all the graphics & animations load, before i can actually log in (that frame seems to load at the very end). At least known to people who already have accounts and don't need the marketing intro. I'd rather not compliment outlook web access for anything, but they seem to do it nicely - empty page with login form and related checkboxes only...

Dashboard settings not saving
3 of the components on my Dashboard are ZoHo CRM Tasks, ZoHo CRM Contacts, and ZoHo CRM Accounts, which in the "tab" filter drop down are all set to "My" - My Tasks, My Contacts, and My Accounts. I have changed both the Contacts and Accounts module to be "Recently Viewed", and the Tasks to be "All Open". However, if I navigate away from that page, and then go back, the three modules are back to the original settings. How can I keep this filter/choice as the default? Thanks...
Editing the address book (especially deleting from it)
Hi, How can I edit the mail address book? Ik contains some addresses where the email address is correct, but the user name is misspelled, as in Miss Pelled Name <correct@address.com> It is painful to use these addresses, so I need to be very careful and avoid them whenever I use the address book. It would be great to be able to just select them and hit the delete button, as with URLs in most browsers. A more general facility, where names could be added, edited and deleted, would be even better,
3 lines at beginning of new mail / german Umlaute
Hi Zoho Team! I have got two questions: 1. There are 3 empty lines automatically inserted at the beginning of every mail. Why? 2. Hi, I have set up multiple pop accounts (hosted with Google Apps) in Zoho however when sending mail from these I have found some mails do not reach the sender at all and others go into their junk folder. I am at a loss why this is happening - do you have any suggestions on this error? Thanks

Hi, I followed all the steps in the wiki-explanation about how to export emails. A message was send with two links that apparently lead to zip-files.
