using same labels across all POP accounts - not label specific to each account.
I spent hours setting up many pop accounts to the mail application in Zoho Business. I am used to working with Gmail where I can add several POP accounts and create labels. the way it works on gmail is that labels work accross all the POP accounts added. This means that if I click on a label, I will see all emails with that labels regardless of what POP accounts it is in. In Zoho mail, so far, it seems I can only set labels for each individual email account but I can't view all emails from different
PROBEMS WITH OURLOOK 2003
Hi all I would really appreciate if you could help me I have set up in my OUTLOOK 2003, my zoho account with IMAP, and all the folder are synchronized, but the inbox folder does not synchronize. Email Question: Copies to sent folder in primary email account
Hi. If I send an email from a non-Zoho email account (e.g., yahoo mail account) but from within Zoho, then that email does not show up in my sent folder in the yahoo email account outside of the Zoho environment (when in Yahoo environment). Is that right? Is there a way for sent emails to show up in both the Zoho and non-Zoho sent folders for a single email account? Thanks.

ZOHO mail not refreshing and picking up new mail
Since the changes to ZOHO mail last weekend just gone, I have been unable to get new mail. If I reboot my laptop, it seems to be able to refresh, but apart from that, I am getting no new emails. I have tried different browsers and I am currently using RockMelt. What is going on at the moment ZOHO, we really could use some "outage advice" with regards to the services. Business Groups Errors
I've created several business groups, one for each department. I'm a member of every group so I can keep up with what they're doing. They were all created in the Business Groups section, not personal. When I look at Groups in the control panel, they're all there. When I look at them under Groups from Home, using the menu on the left, I can't see the last two I created. Selected emails won't drag into designated email folder

Importing openoffice documents not working
I tried to import an openoffice table. The process started and it claimed to be importing, then it trashed the document. I retrieved the original file from the trash but there was no sign of the original.

POP and SMTP failing in Thunderbird
I followed the details here https://zohomailhelp.wiki.zoho.com/#POP and on attempt to download mail I get Sending of password did not succeed. Mail server pop.zoho.com responded: Service Unavailable followed by Login to server pop.zoho.com failed. Neither the default SMTP port nor 587 (which all my other accounts use) has success. I get Sending of message failed. The message could not be sent because the connection to SMTP server smtp.zoho.com timed out. Try again or contact your network administrator.

Mail access unreliable?
I am new to Zoho, and I've been enjoying the service a lot. All of the integrated functionality is great. I do have a concern with respect to Zoho Mail, however, and it is this: Multiple times per day, Zoho Mail just doesn't refresh - when it tries, the little arrow just keeps spinning. If I switch folders, I get a white screen that may or may not say "Loading...." on it. Sometimes signing out and back in allows the mail to come back up, but many times it does not. The screen just stays blank

number of mail accounts visible in left column - how to increase?
In addition to the zoho.com account, I have 4 POP accounts configured in mail. In the left column, only 3 of those are shown. The ones not shown have to be selected at the bottom by clicking on the "more" button. Is there a way of showing all accounts? Harassing Stalking Obscene Email from a Zoho User. 'Mark Spam' not working
I keep receiving an alleged obscene email from another zoho account. 'Mark Spam' does not seem to be having any action. Is that emails from Zoho are whitelisted in toto? Tried to verify the IP Address. Zoho emails do not seem to be carrying valid sender IP addresses. Pl. clarify on this front.
