POP service won't authenticate
I get the following message when I connect to one of my POP accounts "Authentication failure: kindly change the Mail settings and re-enable auto fetch". The problem is I checked the Mail settings they are correct. I can still use the SMTP feature which uses the same user name and password to authenticate to send mail as the POP service uses to login. So it looks as if the POP settings are corrupt. My other email profiles are working fine. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem? Thanks,
Full Name when Composing Emails
It would be nice to have an option to have the Full Name in the TO Line when composing emails. Also, there should be an option to NOT have the nickname show up in the TO line as well.
On Demand Email Filters
I really like the thoroughness of the email filters, but here's my issue: Since I'm on my iPhone the majority of the time, I only see the inbox. To see the other folders I have to go out of the current unified inbox & navigate to the Zoho folders & wait for them to sync. It would be nice if the filters would ONLY run when I log in or refresh my browser when viewing from my laptop. That way, I'll at least know I have new emails while I'm mobile without having to go into each sub-folder. Of course

Using Zoho through Gnus (SMTP problem)
I don't know if anyone has configured Gnus (package for emacs) to work with Zoho. I can read email through IMAP, but I'm having problems sending mail with SMTP. When I send it says "Opening STARTTLS connection to to `smtp.zoho.com:465'...done", but it doesn't send the mail and emacs locks up (I have to push C-g C-g to get it back). Word docs merging by themselves???!!
I email a word doc to another internal user and they get a different version. The file names are different on the docs sent so how are they getting mixed up. One of the versions was a combination of an old version and the newly sent version. How is this even possible? Is anyone else having this problem. Tasks in ZOHO Business
Tasks are key to effective working and ZOHO is not giving this the attention it deserves. In ZOHO Business, I cannot export to outlook, it does not like the ics file, I cannot generate a printable report that includes notes etc. I cannot even export to ZOHO CRM to generate a decent report. Zoho Mail not showing/opening in Zoho Business
Hello, I am a personal user, currently 99% e-mail. I'm starting to look in to the Calendar application, and like logging in to Zoho Business (business.zoho.com), so I can see the applications panel on the left and quickly switch applications. However, today the Mail application is not loading in the Business interface. Just a blank window appears. The calendar, tasks and control panel all seem to be working. I opened the mail application separately (mail.zoho.com), and it is working. Ideas? Thanks

Why can't Zoho mail display Base64 encoded PNG?
I was testing Firefox 4 and I noticed that I was able to cut-and-paste an image from the Windows XP Clipboard into a Zoho Email Compose UI. However the receiver (also using Zoho mail) does not see the embedded image, even though the email source shows the encapsulated PNG image in the email. Send mail from POP account but goes from Zoho account
We have over 30 enterprise users. Most all of us are experiencing a very strange and serious problem. We have our default email set as one of the POP accounts. Sometimes when we send an email it never arrives. Also we send an email from our default POP account but it goes to the recipient from our Zoho account and we have no idea how this is happening. Please let us know if this is a bug or if there is some setting we need to change. This starting happening a few months ago and it is embarrassing
Sending Messages is very slow
Everytime i tried to send a message it takes so long to send. I get this little blue notification that says sending message and it just sits there for 20-30 seconds then it finally sends. I tried using the Outbox and sometimes it goes straight to the outbox but sometimes it still hangs before it actually goes to the outbox.
I need to find a scheduler or calendar for employees to use. Something everyone can access and update.
I want to see which office employees are working at on a daily basis. We all use outlook but it's not accessible to everyone. To export from Outlook to a Zoho app would be great. Any advice is appreciated.
