Attachment/Message Size Calculation Seems to be Incorrect

Save email as Message File
Is it possible to add the ability to save an email as a message format that could be opened by either Outlook (for other users) or other Zoho email users? I used this functionality many times when I used Outlook to attach an email so it would retain all the original format as well as any attachments that were included in that email. Backup server?
I very much appreciate Zoho Mail. However, I wonder what would happen if the mail server crashes (which can always happen). Is there a backup server which keeps a copy of our mails? If so, how often does the backup take place? If not, is this a feature which will soon be implemented?

Retaining selection
When I select mail items and apply a label to them the selection disappears. I normally apply labels immediately before archiving so it would be nice to be able to retain that selection or have a 'label then archive' button. Good idea? Chris

Hi guys, When do you plan to make Contact also available offline to make Zoho mail truly Outlook buster (and gmail for that matter; because even gmail does not have contacts offline yet, but I am sure it's only a matter of time). How long mails are kept in my inbox?? It seems that may mails in my inbox over a month have disappeared. I know that mail in trash and spam folders are kept for a month, but in my inbox??? Is it possible that mail in my inbox also are dleted after a month?? anybody can help??

Migrating from Google Apps Premium to Zoho Business
Hi, We currently run Google Apps for our domain. We'd like to leave Google completely and move to Zoho Business, but I'm not finding any clear documentation on how to go about that. We can't afford to have any email down time, and we have a bunch of custom labels/filters setup. When I log into my default email account, there doesn't seem to be any way to pull email via imap from my Google Apps account in order to get everything setup. Am I missing something? Just imagine if one could save all kind of files and information to matters / sub-folders created under documents: It would make zoho basically a fully fledged enterprise content management. E.g. as a consultant you have different folders in documents, one sub-folder for each of your clients. The issue with Zoho as is is that you cannot move e-mails to such a folder or save projects under the client's folder. Email deletion
I find recently that I cannot delete an email from the open position, but have to go back to the message listing for deletion. Previously, this was not the case. Zoh has now lost some functionality because of this. Malcolm

I am trying to configure Outlook 2007. I have used the settings from the FAQs but when i click "Test Account Settings" it logs on to POP3 ok but times out on Send Test Email Message. Any idea where i'm going wrong? Jeremy

Does Vacation Reply work for external POP accounts set up in Zoho Mail? I tried to set it up and I'm not getting any auto-responses. I see this issue was raised by another user in 2008 and I was hoping it had been fixed by now. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Reply filled the address and it is throwing an error to the user

Hi .. We use application manager as a reporting tool and also to find the performance related issues in weblogic integration servers ( Clustered enviroment ) In the ManageEngine Application Mgnr 8, I have the default monitors which says about the health statistics etc for each managed server in the cluster. When I select the reports tab in the application, then select the proper monitor ( managed server here in select box ) i get all the statistics regarding that managed server...i.e Summary Report
