My domain is show as enabled in zoho, but when I try to login to the domain manager, there is no domain shown. btw, I purchased 2/3 year registration through zoho. I got an expiry notification at 1 year mark, i ignored as I can't seem to find any payment options. In Zoho though, it shows my domain expiry is 2011 or 2012. My mail was working fine also, until this week, no external email is able to come in, tried with hotmail and other external email to my intimecyber mail, no luck, getting delivery

Hi everybody ! I am (was) a complete Google user, but I discovered Zoho 2 weeks ago. I find the products fantastic, even better than the Google one. Contacts birthdate field errors
Hello, Just a few issues with the contacts birthdate field: 1) The field is pre-filled by default with a 00/00/00- value. Each time I edit a contact I get a "Please enter a valid birth date" message, and if I don't know the contact's date of birth, I have to delete the default value. 2) The "year" field of the calendar starts from 1960 and I can not modify the birth date manually. Embedding login box?
I'm curious if there's a way to embed the Zoho login/sign up box in a page alongside other components. I'm creating a public wiki on Zoho that's visible to non-users, but only registered Zoho users can post comments. I'm hoping to put a sign-in box on the wiki's homepage to make it a little more visible than the tiny "sign in" link that automatically exists on the bottom right of all zoho pages. Is there some sort of script that would make this possible?
How to suppress the "sent from zoho.com" and "signed by zoho.com"
Hi, I have been using gmail with a POP setup to access my email server at a domain hosting provider. Now I want to benig sending and receiving emails through zoho instead. I set up the POP account without a problem but find that the lines: "Sent from zoho.com" "Signed by zoho.com" turns up in the message info in every email I am sending. Is there any way I can suppress this information, which can be confusing for the receiving party? Thanks in advance, Anders

Getting my email on my iphone is a must for me as im on the road a lot. Gmail on the iphone through imap works great, but zoho does not. Anytime you delete a message for my zoho account the inbox count remains, even though there is nothing in the inbox. So every time I look at my phone i think i have new mail but theres nothing there. As far as i can see, imap sends a notice to the server to mark the message for deletion. Since the iphone only purges for deleted messages every 24 hours minimum im
Not gettting email in by Email Tab but only from myself.
OK this is weird. If I send email to anyone outside my POP email domain there is not problem but if I send email to myself or anyone else in our company email domain no one is getting the email. If I look in the Zoho email tab the email is not there but If I go to my record under "Contact" and look at the email tab the email is there. I want the email to show up in my email tab (with all my other email). This worked fine a few days ago so I'm not sure what happened. I am not at my email limit.

Problems Exporting to Outlook thru POP
I set up the POP settings in my Outlook to download all of my emails (approx 1,300) from Zoho into Outlook. While the emails were downloading my Outlook inadvertently shut down after downloading about 300 of my 1,300 emails. I thought all of the emails had downloaded so I deleted the POP settings in Outlook. When I realized not all of the emails had downloaded I set up the POP again to download, but no emails now download. Any suggestions about what I mgiht be doing wrong? Thanks!!
Can't add ICS file
Hi there, I am not able to add an ICS calendar event. Even though when I click on add event, it shows the event is added. However when I open the calendar it doesn't show the event. I've tried this about 10 times and it still doesn't happen. The calendar has been refreshed, and all active calendars have been selected to show. I've also tried to upload a local ICS file by downloading it, but can't see any options to do so. How do you suggest I go about this. Best, Gaurav
Inconsistment Message Deletion Policy
When you delete a folder you make it to piggyback the Trash as a subfolder.But 'Empty Folder' option does not move the messages to Trash but empties it permanently overriding the 'Move To Trash' behavior. Parents of colapsed folders with new messages should be bold too.
I think that colapsed folders having new messages somewhere deep in the folder tree should be bold too. If i got new message i can see only folder 'unread' as bold, because my filter places email in the indicated folder which is colapsed. So, i cannot find folder with interesting message.

Thoroughly Confused About Email
Hello, I have a domain through Zoho and hosting through a different provider. Unfortunately, I'm pretty clueless about configuring email accounts in Zoho. I can send email from the Cpanel of my hosting account. However, I am not able to recieve mail. When I'm in Zoho, I can't really send or recieve any emails, except for the email I have that ends in @zoho.com The Cname in my DNS records that are related to mail are: e mail.MYDOMAIN.com email email.MYDOMAIN.com imap imap.MYDOMAIN.com mail business.MYDOMAIN.com

I'd like to have one more view in mail folder tree: attachement view, to view all mails with attachements, or maybe add possibility to set filter to set label based on having attachement regula. I have many folders and dont want to look into every folder to walk through attachements.

When we click on the 'Send' button without subject you are throwing open a Scripting Input Box. You may not be aware that web browsers block this off for security reasons. New Contacts added Based on Received Mail
Every time I receive a new email, the address is automatically added to my contacts list. Is there an option to turn this off? My contact list grows exponentially each day with contacts from all kinds of junk mail. It would be better functionality if the system would ask the user if they wanted to add the sender to contacts. If the user chooses not to add the sender to contacts, then it should never prompt for that sender again.

I am wondering if you can allow zohovo to send the calendar reminders to an email account you specify rather than the default one, and this way we can send notifications to a mobile or SMS device, since the purpose of the reminder is to remind you when you are not online.. :D

zMail Team, Can you try bringing in 'Re-send' feature? Hi, The images are broken when I view an image in the Desktop view from the email widget. I realized the URL for each image is incorrect. Example: http://mail.zoho.comhttp://pics.ebaystatic.com/aw/pics/myemails/A201006-1607371578263/images/eba13620100526malehero.jpg The image from ebay is broken because it's prefixed with "http://mail.zoho.com".
