Catastrophic Failure of Filters in Zoho Mail
I am really pi**ed up working with the filters. I have about ten filters to manage routing of messages. Even when I force 'Run through filters' only a partial set of messages are moved to the folders. Good that the search works so that atleast I can search the matching messages in the folder, move it to the destination folders and archive it. Can you fix this fast? I would brand this as a SHOWSTOPPER in this perspective since my Inbox is cluttered and rendered inundated attempting to jeopardize and
Archive button disappears when I narrow down the messages through Label

Email signature location
I had asked about this before and thought I would be able to continue, however I would like to re-address the issue. In Zoho Mail settings; personalize; signature it has a check box for: Add my customized signature at the end of all mails This adds the email to the end of all new emails - that's easy because the email is blank and newly created It then adds it to the top of all forwards and replies - which is not the correct thing to do if I check the box to add to "END" of "ALL" emails Why does
Opening an attached HTML page renders a blank page
Zoho Mail Team, Opening an HTML attachment in the email pops up a window but in the child I see only the following in the view source: <div bgcolor="#FAFAF2"> </div> As a result the attachment renders blank. Contacts and 'To' field
When i click on icon in the contatcs to send mail i have only email address in the 'to' field. When i compose new email and write into 'to' field it is automatically completed and placed name together with email. I'd like to have only one option in the contacts to be placed into 'to' field automatically. because autocomplite places to many info into 'to' field. I suggest to place only 'nick' (or something else) into 'to' field. I dont want to send email with all of my data from contact in 'to' field.
Extend 'Check All' to span pages

Imap Import Feature?
We would love to completely move from Google Apps to Zoho, but there doesn't seem to be anyway to import via imap from Google? How are we supposed to move all of our email?

Cannot synchronize one Gmail account and several Zoho Mail accounts via POP3
Hi, I'm using Zoho CRM and have a problem on the use of Mail add-on. There are three sales guys who have indivisual Zoho mail accounts. And they share one Gmail account as a sales contact. Therefore I'd like to configure the shared sales contact account on Zoho Mail via POP3 for these three. So that the sales guys can view all mails coming to the account. However mails downloaded via POP3 from the shared Gmail account to one of three cannot be downloaded to other two. Is this specification or not?
ZMail as default in Firefox Problem
Can you edit the script that sets ZMail as the default mail handler in Firefox so that when you click on a mailto link (espectially one in Zoho CRM) it opens the compose window in a new tab instead of opening it in the tab you are currently working in? Maybe better still have it open in a small* popup window. *emphasis on "small" - the current compose popup window for Zoho Mail is WAY too big.

Portal URL returns 404 error
I added a portal URL to my account (newpoint.business.zoho.com) but when I go to it I just get a 404 error. What am I missing? Thank you.
I can't see my contacts list/ address book other than through a compose message window
I can only see my address book when I open the address book link on compose message screen. The only other way I found I could access is to go to Contacts.Zoho.com Why can't Zoho contacts or address book be accessible on the desktop or business.zoho.com main screen? Attachment Size Increase?
Hi there, I often have to send attachments of over 20 megs. Is there anyone we can increase the limit size? I have a paid account and would even consider upgrading to a higher account if this was an option. One work around for this would be to 'share' a document in the Docs, but... the catch is that there doesn't seem to be a way to add notes / text / or a description which is why I like to email the documents. Zoho through Prism
Hi - I access Zoho mail through Prism but am having problems. When I try to start it, I receive a message saying it can't access the application's security component and that I should check whether there are any read / write restrictions in the application profile directory (checking properties shows none). I then see a panel saying XUL has stopped running. What should I do?

SPAM and contacts
Hello - I receive messages that are sometimes sent to my SPAM folder for review. When I mark these messages as NOT SPAM, the sender is automatically added to my contact list, which I don't want to happen. For example, I may receive an order confirmation from an online purchase. I would like to mark the message as "NOT SPAM", but not have the email address of the online vendor added to my contacts list. Is there a way to accomplish this? Thanks!

"invite to zoho" button for partners to use to sign up new users under their partner/reseller accounts.
in a partner's account, the "invite to zoho" button should automatically sign that invited user up under the partner's account. need a tool like that in contacts, email, and also in crm. maybe it could be done with a "button" that could be put into emails too. i think this would be a really useful feature that would help us all to more rapidly add users, and wouldn't take a lot in terms of programming. please consider quickly setting it up. thank you very much. Hello, If you have multiple POP accounts, how do you change the account to reply to a message? If you receive a message into account A, and want to reply from Account B, how do you switch the FROM email address? Database Query Monitor - the number of queries
Hello, As I could not raise a new topic in Appmanager forum(could not press new topic button even if I registered before), I am writing it here. On online help of Apps Manager, description is Database Query Monitor - Please note that the number of queries is limited to five queries. How about bringing the golden days of Hotmail?
For those early Hotmail users you might have observed that when someone sends a message from hotmail to another co-hotmail user you would be getting a message like "Your message has been instantly delivered by HotmailDirect" and for other domains it would say "Your message was sent". How to attach Multiple Zoho writer files as pdfs via email interface instead of right clicking on file
Can I use the "compose" message interface to attach multiple files, but using file types that I like? I know I can open a single document and send it as a pdf if I want to, but I can't find a way of doing it for multiple files. The only way I think I can do that, so far, is to create pdf files of every document that i want to share, thus duplicating my file load and potentially doubling my folder size for no reason (e.g. this is not a problem I encounter with MS Office as I can safely send out as
