I've started adding filters and now I find emails getting redirected into all sorts of different boxes...can the rules get corrupted and you just start all over?

White board in mail
I have next suggestion to make special feature to create fast sketch when new mail is preparing. I wish to have a special icon for white board like is under MS Nemeeting, I could put there screenshot from clipboard /printscreen, paste function/ or make fast sketch to explain something. Then it should be able to submit it and convert to jpeg file and place to doc if it necessary. This function will cover previous my ideas. P.S. This functionality will help a lot to explain many things for support
No message indication
When there are no messages in Spam/Trash, I think you can gray out the 'Recycle Bin' icon next to their name or at least deactivate the server call and show an appropriate tooltip like 'No messages in the folder'. Currently attachment supports the following options: Desktop Google Docs Zoho DocsI just thought if you could have one more option like 'Attach from the Internet' wherein I can give you an URL and you can download the file through a WebRequest and attach to my message (just like Blogger Insert Image). Outbox Context Menu Proactiveness

Hi, is there the possibility to create a document directly into the group space or directly into the warkspace? every time i create a document it was send to my folder and i have to manually share with my work group. IMAP on Windows Mobile 6.1 problem

Say for instance, i have an account say zohotest1 and i have enabled the email forwarding to xyz@xyz.com and when the zohotest1 is disabled, the forwarding towards the xyz@xyz.com should also be disabled. I hope I am making clear to you. Thanks, Charu

Separate Themes in Zoho Mail for each POP3 Account
I have 4 different POP3 Email Accounts which I access in Zoho Mail. I came across the themes option in Settings and thought it would be great if I had a different colour theme for each email account. Problem is whenever you go into one account and change the theme that change and that new theme applies to ALL your email account. Can each POP3 email account not have an independent theme ?

It's happening an annoying problem in most of the time I receive a message with an URL address with a greater-than sign (>) after the address. The greater-than sign is merged with the address, causing an 404 error message. Replying strips the name of the recipient
Hi, So, I receive an email from recipient "Name <address@com>". When I click reply, it strips the "Name" and only the "address@com" is in the recipient box. Is this a bug? The normal behaviour is to preserve the "Name" part in the reply email, I believe. Thanks, Richard

Issue with Dashboard for Zbusiness
Greetings, We have users logging into different dashboards for zbusiness. Old Users: Log in and see the Discussions (forum) for our company. They do not have an option for Dashboard on their apps list on the left side, nor is it an option in the control panel under applications. New Users: Log in and see the new elegant google'esq dashboard that houses widgets such as "my tasks" from the CRM I have been unable to find a way to get the old users to see this new dashboard landing page. Any thoughts?

Blackberry Sync in roadmap?
Is there any plan to offer a plugin to sync your Zoho Calendar wirelessly with your Blackberry Calendar? Google currently offers this free. You just download a little icon to your blackberry and it syncs wirelessly with your Google Calendar. Pretty nice! Especially because I never have to plug my handheld in anymore, I can be always wireless.
Uploading a huge file on a slow connection is hindered by AutoSave
Zoho Team, When I upload some 5 mega bytes of file on a relatively challenged internet connection it takes a while. IMAP on iPhone
Good morning, I'm trying zoho service, I think it's better than gmail...but I have a problem with IMAP configuration on my iPhone. I can read only zoho folder, not the other two folders of my actual business account and my actual personal account, configured to be red in POP from my zoho account. If I open email client on iPhone I can open only the incoming message folder of zoho. How can I do? I hope this is not normal, I wish to replace gmail with zoho... Thanks for your answer...

"Zoho Mail Alert" dialog is pseudo modal
Zoho Team, The "Zoho Mail Alert" is not completely modal. It still allows me to click elsewhere in the screen which disposes the dialog (akin its cancel button action). The expected behavior would be to make it truly modal.
