Unable to open multiple docs on Zoho Personal - Desktop?
I like to Login in Zoho Personal and through desktop I open all the relevant docs to edit but I see that I can open only One document at a time whether its Sheet or Writer. Can u add a feature where we can open multiple docs thru Desktop instead of opening the application like opening sheet to edit a file and open writer to edit it. if my query is not clear let me know please. Best Zoho App for training documentation
For my freelancers, I would like to create a training area that would include text, images and video help to train them on the tasks I need them to do. I had a look at Zoho Wiki which has a nice navigation structure and lets me add text and images, but I am unable to embed video files in the Wiki. I looked at Zoho Notebook which lets me add text, images and embed video, but it doesn't really have a navigation structure suitable for training. Zoho Challenge is fine for tests, but not for putting training
POP fetches new mail only
I have POP set up in Opera Mail, and I can't seem to download my old/imported emails, just the new ones. I'm wondering what is the fix for this issue?

Require SSL security for Zoho Business

Blacklisting doesn't work
No matter what I do or how I configure it the blacklisting doesn't work. I still receive mail from the same spammers. Even if i block them from the super admin mail policy, the company still receives them.

guys, I tried to open Zoho Personal on my bro's iPhone it opened properly and I opened documents also but the problem is I am unable to edit my documents on iPhone. Like when I click on any cell in Zoho Sheet it should show me iPhone keyboard but it doesn't. Zoho guys can u solve this issue plz.
Cannot Access Groups From Control Panel
When I click on Groups from the Control Panel, I get a HTTP 500 error and the page will not load. I get the same for Email (but that's OK sine we're not using email). How can I resolve this? Thanks

Multiple Users on Zoho Invoice
Hi I have setup 4 users on my zoho business account 1 company admin and 3 employee admin users. My zoho invoice data is tagged to the company admin account. Is there any way I can log in to zoho invoice using my employee admin accounts and view the invoice data. That way each employee can create invoices without having to share a log in. and show who they were to? Also, if possible can I still answer from all my individual email addresses. So if I get an email say from abc.com I can reply from abc.com? Thank you
Mobile ZoHo Mail - Unable to send from other domain aliases
Hi, I have setup multiple domain aliases and email accounts. Unfortunately I cannot see a way to send email when logged in to my account via my iPhone (mobile.zoho.com) from any address other than the default. How do I select other email aliases to send from when in the mobile interface? Or is this not possible at this time? Thanks, Mike

Offline Mode and Multiple POP Accounts
Hi, I have multiple POP accounts setup in my account that I would like to be able to continue to work with when offline. I just tested the offline functionality with Gears and found that I can only access the default inbox for my account when I'm offline. Is this supposed to be the case? Is there a way that I can share a document stored in Zoho Business' Documents module with someone that does not have a Zoho account? If not, are you working on that and by when do you expect to have a solution ready?

we have been requested to style all System generated email messages in the organization. We are trying to put a background image on all ManageEngine notification templates, but we haven't succeeded yet. Could you please provide me with a method to do that? or is it feasbile in anyway. I opened a free Zoho account something over 3 years ago, largely interested in trying the Zoho email. However, after opening my Zoho account, as far as I could tell, there was no email service or address associated with it, nor could I find any way to get a Zoho email address/account to go with it. Network Solutions wildcard ssl cert and pop3s?
Anyone else use an external pop3s account with a Network Solutions wildcard ssl cert? The Zoho mail tool keeps throwing an openssl error like: pop3-login: SSL_accept() failed: error:14094416:SSL routines:SSL3_READ_BYTES:sslv3 alert certificate unknown [72.5.230.103] Weird thing is all other external mail clients work just fine with no ssl cert errors. Any ideas?

Email from shared workspace
Hi, Am I correct in thinking that you cannot currently email a document directly from a shared workspace? If not, is there a work around for this. Basically I have created a set of shared workspaces as the organizations main document storage engine, since this is the only way you can create nested folders efficiently. My staff need to email the documents quickly to existing and prospective clients. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

We are currently using yahoo webhosting and yahoo plus (paid) mail, and wanted to use Zoho business, mail and CRM, but before we go fully loaded into Zoho I wanted to make sure I have following answers to have business continuity: 1. Once we configure the mail with zoho mail , can we still receive mails using yahoo pop? Basically don't want to make any changes until we have proof this is going to work. 2. Can we copy all the mails we have in yahoo (paid) - mail ? we have about 6 years worth of emails?
Can't invite users to groups
Hi, I cannot invite users to existing groups. - The user already exists in a different group. - I have tried to invite them from within the Contact module. - From within the All Contacts category, I used the "Add To" menu to add 'the selected contact' to the desired group. - I got the yellow box drop down message saying, "contact successfully added to group" - The user did not receive an invitation and the spam has also been diligently checked. - This should be very simple to do. pop3 gets all mail, even from Trash

Windows Gadget to Advise of Mail
I would like to see some sort of windows gadget, for the sidebar that they have in Vista and Win7, to notify that there is email. I do tech support by email and even though I keep my browser open there does not appear to be any way to get a really good notification that there are emails.

Can't change group member roles
We recently opened a group on Zoho Business. We'd like to give all four members a "Moderator" role. However, Zoho doesn't seem to let us do that. Is there a limit to the number of group members that can be moderators in Zoho business? Any help here appreciated.

Personal Mail Features Specified
It seems that many people have the same questions about the Personal (free) version of Zoho Mail. - What are the limitations (storage quota, attachment size, etc)? - Is the 1GB storage shared between my documents and mail? So if I have 950MB of documents the I have only 50MB left for my emails? - Is IMAP available? What are the POP3/IMAP settings? If IMAP is still in beta, I'd like to request it and will gladly report any problems to improve it. Cheers, LFOM
