Zoho is Great Stuff
I wanted to post somewhere that this Zoho stiff is something sort of incredible. I just cant get enough of the incredible integration that Zoho offeres. My new homepage is Zoho personal and I am happily saying goodbye to the Google! Is there a way to arrange the order of the apps on the left of Personal, also the default seems to be mail, can I switch it to the Desktop?
problem in activate account
Hello. I've deleted an account yesterday in order to re-create it changing the email. The account was profesor.zgz, but when I try to create it again, the system tells me that the username is not available. I believed that if I deleted an account, I would create it some time later. I have the same problem when I try to create new account using my Gmail email account (again zoho tells me that the email already exist), because I don't like log in with it (I prefer create a Zoho account). "Allowed Domains" option in Mail Policy -> Mail Restriction option still doesn't work
If you set specify a domain, say "zoho.com", as the "Allowed Domain" for outgoing mail under Mail Policy setup, it is expected that no mail should be allowed to be sent to any domain other than to "zoho.com" domain. This feature doesn't work that way. It still allows to send mail to any domain.

Still normal users can delete the IP restrictions set on them by the admin
It is great to see that now IP restrictions can be setup by user role. However, this still proves ineffective as any normal user, after logging into zoho, can type "accounts.zoho.com" in the browser URL field, select the "Allowed IPs" option from the left frame and delete all IP restrctions that were previously set on his / her role by the admin of his / her organization.
no error message if email delivery fails
I regularly get people who try to send me emails with attachments bigger than 10MB. I'm aware that this exceeds the size limit. HOWEVER: I (the recipient) never get an error message email that an email couldn't be delivered to me, and the Sender never gets an error message that his email couldn't be delivered to the recipient. In other words: Nobody ever finds out that something went wrong - the email is just lost. This isn't expected behavour, is it? Thank you for looking into this. Thomas
Sent mail folder on server
Hello, I have setup several pop accounts within my zoho account. I can send and receive smoothly. However zoho does not place a copy of sent mails on the sent folder of my server, only on soho sent folder. This feature is really important, specially if you have set your work account with zoho. Sometimes you need to check your email directly from your server using OE or Thunderbird or you just need zoho when travel meanwhile you connect directly to your server when in office. Unnecessary New Lines in Signature
My signature is indicating superflous line breaks. Despite the umpty number of times, I go to settings, manually remove the line breaks and save, when I goto Compose, I always get those line breaks. Can something be done to address this issue?

Aggregate multiple email accounts for notification
Would it not be a good idea for someone with multiple email accounts to have a place, like the desktop in the business app, where the number of unread emails in the inbox of each account could be listed. Something like this would show at a glance the status of the different accounts. Could this be a gadget? In another idea I suggested a windows gadget. Along this same line a windows gadget for showing the unread emails would also work quite nicely.
Tasking with a timer
I am supposed to set up a sheet that shows my daily tasks. The majority of them are routine everyday. Some of them vary. Each task needs to have a timer next to it. This is all supposed to be one one page that can be duplicated every day so my boss can look at it at any given time and see what I am working one (what has been done, and what needs to be done). Domain email not receiving after validation and activation
I am having trouble receiving emails to my domain email address. Sending emails is working fine. I have validated my domain and it's status has been verified. Does this mean the DNS settings are correct? As I'm not entirely sure I entered them right. I am using Slicehost (a small VPS provider) which handles my DNS. Hello: I decided to stop POPping my email off of Yahoo Mail into Zoho Mail, so I simply deleted the POP account entry for Yahoo. The reason I deleted the POP account entry is because Zoho doesn't give the option to turn off POPping (a big oversight) -- and the only way to stop it, is to delete the POP account entry. Ok fine. Thank you for zoho When I try to move contact from group to category. "Your contacts have been moved successfully" message is shown on the screen. But contact was not moved and remain in origin. I want my contacts to be shared with everyone in my group, but when I move them to the shared contacts area, I can't separate them into categories. This whole app is pointless if we can only view shared contacts in a giant group This seems unnecessarily difficult.

Hi, I have follow problem with my Zoho Email account. It will be used by me with Gmail-Login. I added the Gmail account to the Zoho mail and now all of my emails were deleted from the real gmail account. Second problem - I can't download any emails from my Gmail account (in zoho). Not retrieving POP3 mail from another account
I have set up another account for ZOHO Mail to retrieve emails for me. Even tho I did this successfully, it is not pulling the emails off of that account. When I fetch mail it simply says "no new messages" and none of my test emails are pulled. Can you help? Gail N

Contacts display/ordering/sort
Is there any way to alter the default contacts display? Several irritants in existing display. 1. List sorted by first name - should allow last name sort 2. Is there a way to NOT display the details panel, but show a multi columned list of contacts? Plans for Zoho Business
I'm trying to get a sense where Zoho is heading with Zoho Business. Needless to say, the suite of applications included to date is compiled with the small business or medium size business user in mind. My thinking is that if CRM was integrated with Business, this would be an invaluable combination. Also previously asked (still waiting for a response) about Zoho's plans to add ERP/accounting functionality. Would like to hear from Zoho and others here about this.
Use Zoho Business Links as delicious
It would be nice if i could use the links session, in Zoho Business, as i use delicious or evernote. Today, i use evernote (inside ZB) to save and share links i like. Is much easier: i just click in the firefox add on and voilá!
Locked mailbox

Trouble loading mail in Zoho Business
Hi I am having trouble getting mail to download into the main window. The surrounding template seems to download ok and I can switch to calendar etc but email content will not download at all. I changed from Yahoo mail to Gmail because of that feature! There are emails I get which are not spam, but are still a nuissance...like articles from magazines or societies or comments from my wiki or all those forwarded jokes from my aunt and so on. Having a quick way to set up filters for these sources is an ENORMOUS help. You'd have to include this feature if you want me to consider leaving gmail. I can not emphasize this enough.
