German translation was done automatically?
Hi! I looked at "Zoho business". Since I'm german I switched the desktop to german - the translations are really ... interesting. Were they done with a computer? Sometimes I have to do a word by word translation back to english to recognize the meaning ... When you don't have somebody who can translate the text by hand you better should use the english version. This would be more understandable in some cases. Michael

Marking "Not Spam" not working properly
Mail in the spam folder is no longer moving to the Inbox once marked as Not Spam. It disappears from the spam mail list and then reappears once the spam folder is reopened. Also, I cannot manually move messages from the spam folder to another folder.
integrating with iContact
Hello, I really like using Zoho and am trying to figure out a way to integrate it with my iContact. Is there any way to do this, or does Zoho offer an alternative to iContact so that when someone opts into my webpage they are imported into my database? Links not staying categorized by folders??
I have been adding links to Zoho Business & the Zoho Groups under the "links tab." I have put the differnet links into different folders (trying to organize them). But when I view the folders, all the links show as being listed in every folder whether I assigned them there or not?? I have set up folders under the "documents tab" and everything works fine. Those documents in specific folders are the only ones to show up when that folder is selected. Why doesn't this work with the link?

As I can see, on Zoho Projects you can leave task comments. Is there any chance to get this feature on Zoho Personal Tasks? Maybe it exists and I don't find it? ;-) I think it's useful the possibility of leave comments on Notes too. Mail - Browser title bar not showing unread email count when going through personal.zoho.com
When accessing Zoho mail through personal.zoho.com the browser's title bar does not display the unread email count. I like the personal.zoho.com tabbed interface because it gives me access to all of the apps but I can't live without the unread email count in case I'm on a different tab so I end up just using mail.zoho.com and having a 2nd browser tab open to personal.zoho.com for the other zoho apps. Hie guys I just signed for your email and added a pop-account from my current mail client under which i have a subdomain... i have attached 2 screen shots: 1. with my mail client details 2. the other with the details i put in the fields required to get me my pop account set in Zoho.. User / Role based IP restrictions
Hello Raja You had mentioned last month that User / Role based IP restrictions may be implemented in December. I checked it today but could not find that feature implemented yet. Is it still on schedule for this month release? To recap, me and few other users had requested for IP based restrictions to be implemented in more granular way at User / Role levels. Incoming email disabled
I transfered my domain to zoho business mail. The domain passed the verification in the control panel and I enable the hosted mail but when I go to my user account it shows enable for the outgoing mail but Incoming is disabled, I click on change to enable it but it goes back to Incoming disabled. Can't set Custom Signature with Zoho Mail
Hi there I've just signed up on the Zoho Business Edition and trying to work out the Email side of things. Everything is working well so far except for trying to add a Customised Signature. When I go to Signature it has the tickbox there to say add a customised signature in all my outgoing mails with a Save button. However, the moment I tick the box, the Save button disappears. I can create the signature in the editor, but the Save button is nowhere to be found, thus, I can't save the signature

Email catch-all kills FireFox plugin email notification
I added an email catch-all in the Control Panel. Since I did that, email delivery is slower and the email notification from the Zoho Companion for Firefox doesn't work... no more pop-ups when new mail is delivered. Love the Firefox Companion and hope you can address quickly. Thanks

Hello, I own a small music lesson business and I am looking for a more cost effective way to manage our client relations. What zoho apps, or combination of apps would you recommend? Logging into Zoho Mail using Opera as the browser
If I use Opera, both on linux and windows to log into Zoho Mail then I get the 'Loading...Please wait' message in the login region but nothing else. I then have to manually remove everything else but mail.zoho.com in the url to progress. So "https://mail.zoho.com/login" gives me the message then I have to alter the url to "https://mail.zoho.com/" before it lets me through to the mail account. Any ideas? Thanks

Liking Zoho mail
I've been using Zoho mail for about 4 days now -- not long, I know -- but my first impressions are that it's great. The layout, the sense with which everything works, are all excellent. Much better (for me) than gmail and better than thunderbird. And both of those are pretty good. Seems to work well in Google Chrome, too. So, thanks, Zoho folks, for a great product. I'm looking forward to taking all the other Zoho apps for a spin. Dave
Sheet will not launch
I am a registered user running vista OS. I can launch other Zoho apps, but Sheet will not launch. I am also an Airset.com user. Sheets will not launch through their site, but Writer will launch. I checked pop-up blocking, and I have tried using Chrome, IE7 and different PC's with not luck. Any thoughts?

Business/Mail Issue in Chrome
Hi Zoho Team, I am having a problem with the Mail component in Zoho Business while in Chrome. The widget functions just fine. The problem is when using the buttons to open a tab in the Business window, or a new tab, or even a new window, no mail or folders are displayed at all. Problem adding member to organization group
I am having a problem adding one certain user to an organization group in my Zoho Business. When I try to add this user I get "Encountered problem while adding member to group". I can add other people but not this particular person. Can you please tell me if there is a setting or something that would correct this issue?
Notification for unread emails...from the account.
Hope i can explain it clearly - I just set 3 email pop accounts, well it works but the problem was i need to click and select on the accounts at drop down to know if i had an unread emails from the other accounts. what about if a user set 4 - up pop account - it is very disappointing to keep on selecting the accounts to know for unread emails..
