Threading problem when using IMAP
Hi! I just experienced a strange thing with threading and imap. For testing purposes I'm syncing a large mailing list with my zoho mail account. When looking at some threads (they are often larger than 50 postings) they look different if I'm looking at them with the web reader, with zoho via imap or with my main account (Google Apps) via imap. (Both with Thunderbird 3.0 on a Mac) The web reader and imap via Google seems to be (nearly) identically. But via imap I saw strange problems: The subject
Wrong quote behaviour
Hi! Zoho is adding a " >" before every quoted line. This is very ugly for some mailreaders that try to detect quotes. Zoho should simply add a ">" before the line. And it would be best if existing spaces between quotelines would be removed as well. IMAP stopped working
Hi, I use Zoho Mail and am part of the IMAP beta, recently (24-Nov) I stopped receiving mail through my preferred mail client (mail.app). Is there any known issues with the IMAP service?
Contacts imported from gmail don't show up
I've imported my contacts from gmail into Zoho. The system says they've been imported, and the header says All Contacts (94) but the mail window says No Contacts Found. Any ideas?
Can't add zoho pop account to another zoho account
I set everything up properly, username *@zoho.com incoming pop.zoho.com 995 outgoing smtp.zoho.com 465 ssl, authentication but when I go to save the pop account, it states Unknown host: pop.zoho.com Is there another way to access 2 zoho accounts from one interface?

Problems connecting to Zoho Business
Is anyone else having problems connecting to the Zoho Business Suite? Starting at the beginning of this week (11/30), I have not been able to access the Zoho Business Suite during the daytime hours from my office. I can access it fine at home in the evenings. Once logged in, I have tried: zohobusiness.com, business.zoho.com, personal.zoho.com and nothing works. How zoho is different from google apps?
I am currently using google apps for my business. I am using the standard version. If i register a domain with them,say example.com; then I can assign each user his identity as user1@example.com or user2@example.com and so on. Although it may be there is the url, for accessing all their services like mail,docs or calendar i need not use the word google or goolgeapps in any of the urls. I can continue to use my example.com preceded by mail or docs or www depending upon the type of work. Please guide
Labels archive automatically - Would be nice!
I prefer using Labels over Folders at Zoho Mail strictly because of the visual segregation(different pane, colours, etc.). When I set and ip address range by clicking on the "Allowed IPs" option in the left frame, that range was applied to all users within my organization. Is it possible to set the IP restrictions at an individual user level?. I need to restrict the access to different users based on different IP addresses. Is it possible?
Problem wiht typing polish characters: ę and ł
When I want to type character ł (by pressing L + right alt) I start command to left and when I want to type ę (by pressing E + right alt) I start command centered. This is very bad situation can you fix this issue for Polish language I understand it can be a shortcuts (but they work also with left and right ctrl) in Zoho Mail Interface but generally I cant use this brilliant mail client because I cant wirte in Polish! :(
Keyboard shortcut problem
It's nice to have keyboard shorcuts but there is a problem with Polish language. We have some national characters which we writing using right alt it's alt + a,c,e,l,s,z,x. This combination confilcting with zoho keyboard shortcuts alt + e ; alt + l. Please change keys or provide setting to turn off this functionality. Thank you.
Not able to receive email from newly created domain name
I just setup domain based email for the following two accounts. 1) profitwisecpa.com 2) profitwiseaccounting.com I made changes to the MX record at my DNS Host which is onlinenic.com. On Contact tab there is Activities list. Tasks are showed ok with the "Due date", but Events are missing "Start date" :( It is tought to find out which event to pickup when customers call me to move appointment. Can I add start date to attached list?

No way to organize documents in a Group?
We have several groups depending on employee projects. Within those groups we are adding documents for all in the group to view/edit, etc. BUT, I have found no way to organize those documents across users. This seems pretty basic, but I see no way to do that. I can create tags and tag folders, but other users in the group don't see my tags. So, what the others are left with is a huge mess of documents that they have to tag individually. It's a mess and pretty useless unless I find a way to organize
Accessing Yahoo free account via Pop
I killed about 2 hours last night searching for the correct POP settings for Yahoo to add to my zoho mail. The directions that you guys have on the website don't work anymore since Yahoo has gone to Yahoo Plus for people to have forwarding and Pop. Just on the odd chance I've missed something, is there a way to fetch yahoo mail (free account) via Zoho Mail? I have recently noticed that some of my applications within Zoho Business are displaying wrong links like: http://business.zoho.com/biz/html/blank.html Applications are Sheets, Writer, Documents, Show, Tasks, Calendar, Mail and Forum. Lost access to folders
hi, Two problems happened simulateneously 1) I have a folder with a number of sub folders - the navigation pane on the left displays the + sign but when I click on it the folders do not appear, I can see that these folders are still there when I look at folders in preferences but I cannot use the navigation pane (or anything) else to access the emails. 2) The navigation pane on the left suddenly change to show all the top level folders before showing labels and views. This means that I have to scroll
Restrict the access to change the "Allowed IPs" to a user
Currently, if I set a restriction on "Allowed IPs" to a user in my organization, it is possible for that user to delete my restriction. Consider adding this functionality / feature as one of the options under organization policy, so that this feature could be enabled / disabled for different roles. Thanks!

Email Attachments - How can you put them directly into your ZOHO document folders?
When I get an email with attachments, I can't seem to find away to be able to place them directly into my document folders in Zoho If it is an editable document like a MS Word document, I can view it Zoho writer or download it to my PC. If it is non-editable attachment such as a pdf file, I can only download it. In both cases I have to download to my PC and then upload into my document folders. Am I missing something here, or is that the way it works? Any suggestions would be appreciated David

Continues to retrieve mail from deleted POP account
I deleted a POP account over one week ago, but it still continues to fetch mail from that account and it still shows the account on the pull-down menu. How do I get it to completely forget that account? Because Zoho continues to fetch, I'm unable to fetch using an email client. The mail client never finds new emails to fetch. Will I need to delete my entire Zoho account? Thanks.
