Minor Issue: Default E-mail account not shown on Mail
Here is my challenge, please forgive since I'm a newbie admin. I've added individuals to my organization on Zoho Business, let's say our domain is happy.com. Ted@happy.com can use zoho webmail client, sending and receiving from Ted@happy.com. However, the default mailbox he sees is labeled with his "tedx@zoho.com" account. Is this normal? Is it because under Mail Settings, the first account listed can only be a "@zoho.com" account? Thanks Zoho Team! Rich
Problem managing multiple pop accounts under one view
I currently am managing multiple pop email accounts under my main view of tzone345 @ zoho. 90% of the time everything works fine and incoming emails are inserted into the correct pop email account correctly for replying and managing. However, about 10% of the time i receive some emails from bill @ logicalworkspaces under my bill @ thetravelzone email view and this causes a major issue for my business. When an incoming email is inserted into the wrong account i cant reply with the correct email

how do i remove a contact from a group
i have a section of the web page called "my group contacts" and under there there are several groups. I have used the "add to" button while in contacts to add various email addresses to these groups. This is different from "invite to group" because these people dont need to be zoho users. But, now how do i remove one of those email addresses from the group contacts? (if there is a way, can i change this post from a problem to a question)
Can Zoho Business Email handle .com.cn domains?
This is one reason for me to use Zoho. Google Mail Apps for small businesses does not allow the ".com.cn" domain. Does this work with Zoho? Thanks! Rich
Re-popping Gmail
I pop my Gmail account into Zoho mail because I like the user interface so much better. But I also leave messages on Gmail as back-up. When I get my Gmail messages in Zoho Mail, I label them and then put them into a folder for the year. I decided to archive all of my previous years folders but, in the process, I accidently deleted my 2008 folder instead of archiving it. It's not a big deal, since I still have all of the messages in Gmail. But is there a way for me to re-pop them back into Zoho

Can't add ics calendar event
Hi, I have received a meeting invitation on e-mail attached as an ics file. There is an option "add calendar event". When I click on this link a pop-up window confirms that the event added to my calendar, however when I switch to see the calendar the event not added. Can you help me with this issue? Hi, I've been trying and testing Zoho personal by deleting and re-subscribing my account using google account but still can't retrieve all of my emails from gmail. this time i've tried signing-up directly with zoho in hope that once I integrate my gmail account with zoho mail it can get all the emails there but unfortunately this is not happening. Confused about using Outlook, Mail (POP)
We set up ZOHO business account and I followed the directions for changing the MX, setting up users and emails, etc. It was just a few hours ago, so mail isn't coming in yet, BUT... most, if not all, our users would like to get and receive mail through their email clients (Outlook, Mail/Mac) and not the web interface. Is this not possible? If so, how? I can't find how to set up the accounts in our clients in any help document. If not, we'll have to move. I misunderstood reading when we set this up.

I started a group within our business Zoho, but adding members has proven impossible. I click the "Add Members" tab, choose the two I want to add, click OK Nothing.
add many contacts to categories at once
I have imported about 300 contacts. I want to assign them categories. Is there any way to get a spreadsheet type view in zoho personal that will let me see everybody at once and just select which categories they should be added to? Adding Users to Groups

How to delete email user.
I have deleted an email user and when trying readd it says the user already exists. Is there a way to permanantly delete the user. Now I am unable to recreate because of some relic somewhere. thanks, brent

I am trying to find a way using Organizational Groups, to have multiple group members that can access the same Document Application that my super administrator uses. ie( the same folders and sub folders) I would also like to have one shared calender for each of the members to have access to so they all have the same information, in the same spot, with the same organization. Hello, For some reason one of our accounts is receiving the above message, and a popup stating that the sender has been blocked. I don't understand why this should have occurred as the account only sends a handfull of emails per day and has a business rule to forward emails received to our info@... address to two other members of our staff. Can you advise?

Pop configuration using my own domain name
I have my own domain name which I use with zoho and I cannot configure my email client appropriately. Want to have a group user to default directly Group view on initial login
I would like to have a user that I assign to one of my groups when signed in go directly to the Group folder that I have added them too. Instead, when they log in they have to click on the group icon which is WAY on the bottom. Anyway this can be done? Thanks

Hi, I have read a couple of threads regarding IMAP functionality, with no real time-scales.
