I am running some tests of the Zoho Business Application using the Organization Group Feature. As the super administrator when I add a user to my group and they accept the invitation they should have access to the same Organizations Group Page, right? Currently I have two group members to my organization and when I look at the group tab both of us show up on this tab. Then when I log in under the other group member (who is also admin) when they click on their group tab it says they do not belong

Hi, I want to propose more views for the Zoho Mail.. 1) I don't know if it's possible to make a "View Creator", to customize the view with some user criteria, for example, if the subject from certain senders contains specific words. 2) Would be great if you could add 2 more views: "To", which shows the emails that specifically sent to me, and "CC", showing the emails in which I copied. Undelivered mail
Hi, I'm getting "This is a permanent error. User Unknown" sending email out to anyone in the @smartdevil.com domain (eg.stephen@smartdevil.com). It works from Hotmail, Yahoo, etc but not from Zoho. It worked previously. Please note, I have stephen@smartdevil.com set as the default email id. Also, my acct is also blocked after trying too many times. "Sender Address Blocked". Fetch button seems faulty.
I see emails in Gmail but can't get them to appear in zoho mail. They get there eventually via scheduled POP activity but I would expect hitting the Fetch button to go and get the emails immediately - yes? Hitting Fetch, I see "Fetching Mail..." - if i have no mail it says so. If i do have mail it doesn't tell me anything and doesn't get them. Thanks, Kenny

I have been trying out zoho business these last days and so far it looks very good to me. Congratulations to you guys. However I experience a couple of problems: 1. I tried to add a user to my organization. In order to test it, I send an email to my private email account, for which I have another zoho account. Email was successfully sent. When I click on the link in the email, it also takes me to the confirmation page. There however, after I enter my password and click on confirm, nothing happens.
Mail from yahoogroups in whitelist. How to?
Hello, All the mails from a yahoogoup I subscribed to are sorted as SPAM by the Zoho Anti Spam filter. Can someone tell me what I have to do to put the mails from the whole "yahoogroup" on the antispam whitelist? For now I have to put every single member on the whitelist. Thank you!
Changing of default mail address in zoho
Hi I have setup zoho mail to fetch my pop emails from my company domain eg "@company.com" However everytime I log in to zoho mail I have to manually select this email address from a drop down list as the default mailbox is myusername@zoho.com Is there a way to have my company domain as the default rather than the zoho mailbox?

Hi - I want to setup an alias like info@domain.com that is received by numerous recipients (ie a few people in my company). In other email systems, they've called these "forwards" or "aliases". I know I can create a unique email account in zoho mail and then forward that email to numerous recipients. Group Home
Hi all, I have set up a 'group and added tasks, notes, sheets, links and docs. All are reflected on the 'Home' page except the docs? Although when I go into 'Docs Tab' they are all listed - so am I having a 'blond moment' or is there a bug in the system which will not allow the 'Shared Documents' on the 'Home' page to list of documents. Secondly it would be very useful if we could have an uploaded documents tab as this would allow the group to view common reference materal. Cheers Rob
When in the Mail, do I always need to click "Fetch" to get new mail?
I sent a message from another account to myself. Logged onto the Desktop App, didnt see the new mail there. Went into the Mail App, didn't see the mail there. Once I clicked "Fetch" it appeared.

I am new to Zoho Mail so chances are that this is user error. First question: why two email accounts: username@mydomain.com.au <username@zoho.com> which does not Fetch emails but will send and My Name <sername@mydomain.com.au> which will Fetch emails but not send. I originally had this error Sending failed; Reason:550 5.7.1 <xxx.xxx@bigpond.com>... Relaying denied. Proper authentication required. By searching the Forum I found the suggestion to: "enable Outgoing Mail Server requires authentication"

adding my domain
Hi could someone kindly advise how adding a domain could affect my current hosting? i registered with godaddy and i have a hosting account with hostgator... i do fancy the whole zoho apps thing and would like to give it a go but if i add my domain, will this affect in anyway as my website is currently being designed, would this mean i have to host the website on zoho or i can still host it at hostgator? how will this also affect the emails? just want to find out, if i add my domain to zoho, would

Automatic mail fetching not working anymore
Hi, Zoho doesn't fetch my pop mails automatically anymore. I didn't change any settings. Could be, that this is since the last downtime. Can't send emails
Hi, For the last two days, I haven't been able to send email. I get the following error: Reason:sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path validation failed: java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: subject/issuer name chaining check failed. Your Mail has been placed in outbox for retrying I haven't changed any settings and am sending to different addresses. Incomming emails are fine. Anyone know how i can resolve? Can't get emails to display in discussion view
I'm backing up my Gmail account to Zoho, using POP3, as a first step to switching over accounts. I see the "Related Emails" button next to the email being imported. What I can't figure out is how show discussion mode as the default directly in my indox. Is that possible?
Why archived mails in POP? - Unlimited email storage pricing?
Hi, Two things which I wanted answers for. 1: Why can I download mails that are in my archive folders from zoho'a POP folder. If they are archived, it means that I would not want to download them. Rather, I would want to use the archive folder as a place to "park" my email (as the name archive applies. It is my backed up mail and not my regular mail). Hi, Update :: I found the solution so case close :D We use a wiki as productivity tool. Today I use Google App / Email. If I need to reply to an email on monday I will post the url to the email on monday. So on monday with one click I will access the email I need to answer. using zoho as catch-all mail
I started using zoho to catch all my mail from gmail and yahoo a few months ago. Sending and receiving from zoho.com is more convenient than going to separate web mail and you can set up folders etc etc. All well and good... However, there are two problems I noticed. Hi, I use zoho business and have multiple email aliases on the same account. My problem is that, when I receive an email on one of my aliases which is not the default "FROM" email address, and I reply to this email, its always the default email alias which gets selected by default. If I am replying to a mail, which was sent to the alias A@X.com, then by default, my reply's from email ID should also be A@X.com even if it is not the default "from " email address. Slow mail-server?
I’ve just recently created a Zoho e-mail-account and my experience is that it is a bit slow to receive e-mails/contacting the server compared to Gmail. I have tried a couple of times to log in, open my inbox and not find any new mail in the inbox (though I know a mail has been sent to me). Therefore I have to click the ”fetch” button – is that really necessary? And is this a generel problem or is it only a problem for me? Kind regards Benjamin

Please consider the ability to add more than one category to a task. Like tags, and not folders.
Visual design
Interface colors doesn't help to distinguish the different "blocks", "pieces", of the suite and its applications, and I think this is very very important. There are no enough color contrasts, all the backgrounds are white and without shadows... The ancient Zoho Mail groupware interface worked very well in clarifying every part of the whole. Please have colors work to us.

Missing contacts
This ia a repost I submitted five days ago (see original post here ) For some reason the contacts widget on my Zoho Business Desktop is no longer showing my contacts. The contacts are there, as they appear when I search with the widget. I have the widget setting setup to display 6 contacts within the widget. Select mail adress by Last Name
Hi! :) I've got problems selecting a mailadress in the composing windows by entering the last name. If I enter the first name (which is saved in the first name field in zoho contacts) I got the result I wanted. But if you enter the last name (which is saved in the last name field) it doesn't find any contacts which is a little bit annoying if you don't remember the first name... ;) Could it also be that it doesn't search for the mailadress itsself?
