New user domain question
I've registered a domain though Zoho and received the notice of sub-domains configured. A day later the domain still is not responding so I log into GoDaddy and see none of the sub-domains or mx records. I manually entered the mx records so that email now works through the domain, but still no sub-domains as mentioned in the original domain registration receipt. Are these not set up through the Zoho domain registration process? If not, where do I need to point the records (i.e., business, mail,
Storage Limit and Backup
It says that Zoho Business offers 1GB per user. We have 25+ users so that is 25GB, I was wondering if more than 1 GB can be used by 1 person. We have lots of documents we would like uploaded to Zoho, and require 1 person to do it, can that person do that, or will they be stopped at 1GB. Also I was interested in the backup features, is everything backedup and if anything goes wrong, where can backups be retrieved from? Glenn.

Email Bugs
I have my email set to fetch every 3 minutes. It does not do this automatically for me unless I either click fetch or close out and log back in. Then when I do click fetch it will sometimes display new items and other times say no new messages, but when I click on unread, new emails show up there...but not in my inbox. I have made sure that my inbox is clicked to show all.
Tab Names
This is an interface issue. When opening one of the business applications in a new tab (in Firefox), it displays a url like this: https://business.zoho.com/biz/jsp/main.jsp?comId=**************00000*71. ; Would it be possible to change this so that it would show "Sheet", "Writer", etc. ... . We often have to have multiple applications open and this would eliminate confusion without using a tab renaming add-on for Firefox. Thanks, Drew

Hey Zoho Mail Team, Two things with labels will make the application more useful. When replying to a message a labeled message, maintain the label state on the reply. (Do not require relabeling on the reply.) Allow messages to stay selected while doing multiple tasks, i.e., label, then archive . (Probably a state maintenance issue also.) Zoho Mail Mobile with multiple email accounts
Greetings, Wonderful product, really enjoying the integration with gmail and mobile devices. I just bought an iphone and set up Zoho Mobile with my Zoho Business account. The iphone mobile site seems only to report the xx@zoho.com account, it doesn't report my other pop3 account, xx@mydomain.com, is there some way to set up Zoho Mobile to read and write using this other account? It would also be great if it would grab the signature I set up as well. Any suggestions? Michael Hund

Duplicate Email Accounts
I just set up POP3 access for my email server at work, but the original, non-POP3 account is still visible. I don't want to use this non-POP3 account because it sends everything as my @zoho.com email address "on behalf of" my work email address. How do I remove the non-POP3 account so I don't accidentally send emails as the wrong account?
Can I backup to my PC?

Easy Filters
I love Zoho products. They are so much easier to find that the scattered equivalents from Google. However the only frustration I have is the difficulty each time I wish to create a filter, it feels like I have to jump thru hoops to find out where to do it. Making this more like Windows Mail using a right-click or easy-to-find menu item would make Zoho mail next to perfect! Thank you! Charles

Guys - great work on getting IMAP out. It is well received and will be a great feature as it progresses through beta and into final stages. Missing contacts
I have been using Zoho business for quite a while now, and absolutely love it. However, I have noticed that when on the mail tab, the list of contacts at the bottom left of the screen are missing. I have attached a screenshot of Zoho Mail (http://mail.zoho.com/mail/home.do) which shows the contacts on the bottom left as well as a screenshot of Zoho Business, within the mail tab (http://business.zoho.com/biz/index.do), which does not show the contacts. Configuring POP3 Accounts
I have set up a new zoho mail account today, and am able to successfully send emails, but I am unable to receive them. I am polling a domain I own, which I successfully validated. I am able to retrieve emails from this domain with gmail, and using the same information, I can not get zoho mail to acquire the emails. When I select a group of emails to perform an action on, after the action, they become unselected. I often perform more than one action on a group, so I have to select them again. You keep mentioning a roadmap - what are you a secret service agency? Let us know of your plans in general so we can plan in turn. It pathetic waiting to find out what's happening with ZB, you've had ZVO since August 2005, how much longer will it take to release a commercial product. At the very least give some basic indication of your intentions, and somewhere people can see it publicly!
Email being blocked. Can you please unblock me?
I have been blocked from sending Emails. "Error 554 5.1.8 sender address blocked" message is displayed when I try to send a message. I read other post and have determined that I must have brought this on myself, by sending too many broadcast (group) emails and having too many "bounce" or get listed as spam.
