How do you turn on Automatic Forwarding
I have looked at the mail settings and can't find it.
I can rearrange Apps
Yesterday, I wrote in this form that I could not rearrange the Apps, turns out I can. Sorry about that. The trick is to go into Settings > Applications and rearrange from there. I was trying to do it in the left hand panel and that does not work. Thanks Zoho, you're doing a nice job here.
Notebooks should be docs
Hi, the notebook application has its own sharing features embedded as does sheet and writer. However, notebooks do not show up as documents within zoho docs. Also there is no way to share the notebooks from within zoho docs and there is no way to share notebooks with a group. What is the reason for separating notebooks from this standard functionality? Sharing Docs
We are new to the Business Platform and in the process of migrating docs over from Google Apps. All uploaded fine, but when we go to Share some can be opened, some cannot. Some do not arrive at the other user destination. Are we missing a setting somewhere? Thanks in advance. Tom Lee, Jr.

Dear Zoho-Team, sometimes I have a problem with some mail domains. Especially web.de and yahoo.de need very long until they are arrive in my mailbox. Almost 3 hours or so. The second thing I've noticed is that often combined domains in form of xxx.xxx@xxx.xxx.xx wouldn't arrive in my mailbox. It returns with the message, "couldn't reach mailbox" or equivalent. POP Account without POP and SMTP link
I have an email account that was configured for Pop/SMTP but the likes for it are not in the configuration profile. Additionally I have 3 other POP/SMTP accounts configured and they work correctly. Timings
Has any one else noticed that mail from the UK is being sent on GMT rather that GMT +1 as we are on summertime? My home PC and Office server are all showing the appropriate time differences. Malcolm2009

How do I create a link to a Zoho Writer document from a Zoho Sheet?
Hello, I would like to link to a zoho writer document from a spreadsheet containing the names of all my zoho documents. How do I do this? Writer documents appear to have names but not urls - is this correct? If so, is there another way to link to a writer document? Googledocs (what I used previously) generates a url for each document. can't upload/manage files under Docs tab
It looks like I can't manage files anymore (upload/etc) when under Docs tab (in the groups section). I did in the past, but I can't now. I'm using safari 4.0 beta and also Firefox 3.0.8. It looks like the icons to manage files appear, but then they suddently disappear when the loading is completed... thanks

My domain email is hosted by Zoho Business and I just transferred registrars of my domain from 1and1 to godaddy. Do I need to reactivate domain settings in Zoho or will email continue to work? I went into the godaddy settings for MX records and it asks for: 1 - Host Name 2 - Goes to Address 3 - priority 4 - TTL from reading the wiki and help sections I didn't know what to put in Host name and put mx/mx2.zohomail.com in the "goes to address" fields. I also set TTL to one hour, is this correct? What
new domain - mail not working

Cannot put '@' in outgoing smtp username.
Hello all, I am having an extremely frustrating issue with Zoho mail. About a month ago I setup my outgoing smtp username (user@domain.com) with no issues an it worked with no issues. Just last week I updated the smtp username to a new one, still with the @ in the name but Zoho now does not let me do this. I contaced support who told me I would need to get in touch with my Service provider and or use a name that does not have an @ symbol. Now I think this is extremely stupid as most Service
E-mail not delivered
In the past 10 days or so, a lot of e-mails are not being delivered, often e-mails don't reach us. It would be ok if it was all or nothing but it's very inconsistent. We are sending important proposals, so we end up sending one through Zoho mail just in case it works and copy and paste the same through a gmail account to make sure it gets there. Anyone else had a similar problem?

Where did this service come from? I just got into it tonight after reading about it in a Google developer forum thread. It looks like they're going after the whole online application market, including CRM - (very similar to Salesforce, yet a fraction of the price). Very interesting.

Zoho Business/Email user account confusion
I'm just setting up my first company using Zoho Business so I hope this isn't a stupid question, but user accounts are confusing to me. We had already registered our own domain, so after making myself a Zoho Business trial account I set up our domain and validated it. That worked fine. Then I went into the Control Panel/Users and added a user account. The first problem is that the instructions told me the user would receive an e-mail and had to respond to that e-mail to activate their account. But

Cannot Add Member to Organizational Group
A couple of days ago I created a business account. Paid the $13 for the domain (cascadiaweasel.com) and created a group for the rest of my follow classmates in college. Invited 7 people to join but one person was having problems getting in so I tried to create an account from scratch that I could give her. Here is the steps I took and what is NOT working for me. Created an e-mail account on my ISP (deniseebert@earthlink.net). Created a new "CONTACT" within Zoho to match the new e-mail account.

Can Zoho Mail realize mass-mail sending without list of all receivers?
I have tried to send lots of emails at the same time under Bcc, when each shows as "unknown receiver", but i want to let any receiver to see his/her name only instead of "unknown receivers“. Can anyone tell me whether Zoho can realize this ? If so , how to do ?
