Hello, I've been looking at Zoho Personal and I do like it. It's very good idea. Two things that you might already know: The rearranging function does not seem to be working. I need to make sure the email is not the first in the list. That might seem strange but I work for a large bank and they do not allow any web based email. They filter it out. So if I opened Zoho Personal and the security filtering system sees an internet email, they might start blocking Zoho altogether. The second thing is that
Zoho Mail is Great!
I have been using Zoho Mail for about a month. Even with some minor issues, I think it is absolutely great! The interface is intuitive and the clean simple design is a pleasure to use, much better than gmail. Once IMAP support is added, I will be using Zoho Mail exclusively. Also, I did try out the CRM app, and it is good as well. I am not connected with Zoho in any way, just a user. Best regards, David

Hi, It is possible to setup a mailbox to be accessed by several users of the same Zoho Business Account? I want people of group Sales reads and be able to answers all email of account sales@mydomain.com Same situation with support@mydomain.com Similar as CRM landscape. Thanks in advance.
Email Is Not being delivered.
Hello. I'm having a major problem with zm. Yesterday zm crashed and I got an actual crash message but I restarted and all was well. Today every time I try to reply to or fwd messages zm freezes up and I am forced to close. When I close I get the "not responding" message and send or not send error reporting. Is it my computer or is something wrong with zoho. Thanks.
Yahoo domains don't get emails from Zoho
i've tried sending to my own yahoo email address several times already but i don't see anything going through, not even in the spam box.

I forwarded an email with pictures to my friend, he could not view the pics. Then when send the pictures again using my outlook (pop access), he was able to view it. These pictures were embedded with links in the email. I tested this using gmail, it worked. The other person was able to open the pictures that he received from my gmail. Can you let me know what is causing this or how can I solve this?
Error sending mail with IO Operation
When sending an email with a new mail account i have set up I get: That same new account can receive emails just fine. Just seems to be the send.... Any ideas? Thanks Luke
exporting mails
Hi, When I try to export emails. It says it has been scheduled. however I checked back after some time and I dont see any link for downloading the exported emails. Also is there a limit on the size of the export? Thanks rk

Option to change Mail Subject in inbox
It would be great if we could change the subject of an incoming email. This would also make it easier to find/search for an email after a while. Tried to post this using the feedback button but nothing happened. Regards Colin
Is there no login or other problem regarding accounts?
Hi ZoHo Team, Since some days we have noticed real problem during login and loading pages. It is very very long, and some time it is impossible for to access to different ZohO services. Yesterday afternoon (in France), for me and colleagues it was impossible to access to mails, on mail list there was always "loading" during an incredible long time. New Tab Window for Applications
When adding an application like QuickBooks Online to Zoho Business whenever we click on the application it takes over the entire window. Unlike the other application we've added it shows inside of Zoho. We have right clicked the app to open in new tab, new window but nothing works. Can you tell me what to do about this. Accessing multiple mail accounts
Hi, I've been using Z Business for quite a while and think it great. I've just had the opportunity to host my mail domain with Z Mail which has triggered a few questions. I have followed the setup instructions and changed the MX records on my host's DNS. I have validated that is ok from within Z Mail domain setup. Notes for View
In a future version can you include a note field for each view. This will display on top of the view. It can be used to provide additional help for the user. Such as "Click on the view button next to each item to see additional details." In another thread there is a discussion of passing variables to views. Making the note field available in deludge gives the ability to show different information based on the passed information. Once again this can clarify the information for the end user. Thanks,
Tasks and Calendars Integrated Across Groups
Firstly, I am truly baffled by the fact that there is no share function on calendars, but I have seen the comments from Zoho personnel so I know it is soon coming. That being said, Groups generally need to be streamlined and integrated into the personal desktop, calendar, tasklists. I very much enjoy that in my own calendar, a task can be created for an event. This is an issue I have had with Gcalendar for some time. Still, there are no shared calendars or tasks. Worse, there are no group calendars

New problem: Stay in "Loading" and never load e-mail list

Odd effect when viewing spam messages
If I click on a spam message, instead of opening in preview pane it seems to display at the topleft of the browser window, overlaying the existing text. Attachment shows the effect. Any ideas? Ta Chris
Problem with my POP accounts
I justed logged into my Zoho Mail account and am having problems opening the inboxes for the two (2) POP accounts I have configured. When I click either one the "Loading" message comes up and never disappears. I can open the inbox for my Zoho Email Address (gtdriski@zoho.com) just fine. These POP accounts were working fine just a few days ago. Please advise. Thanks, Gary
Tasks ordering date by Ascendant as default view

Is there any particular reason why this is the case - It's been like this for the last week at least (when I started measuring it). This is really frustrating :(
Problems with email
This is the second attempt to post this to a forum. My first post seems to have dispapeared. I just signed up with Zoho to test it out for my business. I have set up email, but I am hitting too many issues that I cannot work around. All of these issues are critical and would disrupt the flow of business. Without resolution on these, I cannot justify paying for an account. Problem #1 - Can send email from Zoho to gmail. - Sending from email to Zoho - shows up sometime, but not all the time - Sometimes

I plan to use Zoho meeting to review graphics online. Currently it seems that the graphics are at a very high resolution. Is there currently a way, that I am not aware of, to reduce the resolution to gain speed or will you consider this in the future? It would be great if there were a way to change the resolution on the fly to give me a choice between speed and quality. Thanks, Dean

Is it possible to send email messages externally into Zoho Forum? I would like to use my Zoho mail account to send messages directly to Zoho Forum and receive responses into my Zoho Mail a/c.
My Email IDs problem
I work with Firefox 3.x and try to use the mail option. At the "My Email ID" there is a email adres locked but it does not work. I do not have the resend button for the email (also not visible in IE). and I can't make a second adress.... I wanted to mail 2 documents out of the writer by going to Gollaborate > email out but this also does not work for me
